Tim the owner had outstanding communication throughout the whole process. We booked MIM a year and a half in advance and he reached out several times to check in and see if we had any questions. Our DJ, Jeff, was amazing! He brought the high energy that we needed. Everything turned out seamless and perfect. Their photo “booth” was also such a fun addition! We would hire them again anytime for entertainment needs.

Tim and DJ Ricky were incredible to work with for our wedding reception! Our guests could not given DJ Ricky better reviews. Our guests never left the dance floor, and we closed down the party. Tim was communicative throughout the whole process, and it was great to not have to worry about anything that day--we knew it would be perfect, and it was! We highly recommend working with Music in Motion for your event or wedding!

equipment into his setup for the best experience. He made everything we had imagined come true and more. Including some impromptu changes. So many of our guests said our music selection was the best they had ever heard at a wedding. We provided some of the songs, but Tim made sure everying flowed together and kept the party going. We cannot say enough nice things about Tim and DJMIM. His services were reasonably priced and far exceeded any expectations we had going into the big day. We will gladly recommend this service to anyone looking for a top notch dj. Thank you for everything!

I can't say enough nice things about Music in Motion! Tim was excellent at communicating. He would check in every couple of weeks just to touch base and see if we had any questions...

. He was so easy to get a hold of. Our reception Venue recommends the DJ to be placed up in the loft. When I told Tim this he gave us honest feedback and said it would actually be a better experience for us if the DJ was set up on the main level so he could be more connected with our guests. We were going to just listen to what the venue recommended because we didn't know any better but we really appreciated Tim's honesty. Having the DJ on the main level ended up being a great idea! We ended up having DJ Damian and he was AMAZING!!! Guests are still talking about how great he was! He knew how to keep the dance floor full and keep the party going! If you are on the fence about finding a DJ I cannot recommend Music in Motion enough!!

before the big day, communicated clearly, and made the whole process feel so easy. Oh, and he is seriously the most friendly human! He worked seamlessly with our day-of coordinator, and when the wedding day arrived, everything was smooth sailing. You can tell he has this down to a science; in the best way possible!! The music, the transitions, the energy… all flawless. We had so many guests come up to us saying it was the best DJ/music they’ve ever experienced at a wedding. That says everything! And I’m so happy we went with the uplighting—seriously, it made all the difference for the vibe and tied the whole night together. If you’re considering Tim, do yourself a favor and book him. what we had envisioned for our wedding. He played music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. He was a great MC throughout the night and kept everyone entertained and the dance floor packed all night long! We gave him a ridiculously long list of songs to play and he got them played throughout the day. We did order the extra uplighting, which was a huge plus! Really set the mood for the reception with the changing colors throughout. I would give him 100 stars if I could. We may have to plan an anniversary party every year so we can use him again!

I'm a wedding planner, and I worked with Tim for the first time this weekend. He was great! He song transitions are carefully crafted, and he knows how to both entertain and guide ...

the crowd. He also went above and beyond his job duties by asking his assistant to bring an HDMI cord (he was offsite), so that a guest could borrow it to play a very important slideshow that meant the world to my couple. Would recommend 10/10 - Makayla, Oak Avenue Events -
