told him we didn't want or need video. Not a big deal by itself. Then at the reception, for the majority of the evening he was playing at least two songs over each other and didn't seem to notice and couldn't figure out what was happening. Absolutely no one danced (how could they?) and people started leaving, so we decided to end our reception that was supposed to go from 5:30 to 9pm at 7pm. When we received the final bill, he had discounted it without being asked, so I resolved to let the matter go, but then he posted a picture of us on his Facebook page. We do not want our image to be used as an advertisement considering our experience, so I asked him to take it down. He did, but then went on an hour and a half long private message tirade saying some very ugly things. We didn't respond but did decide we needed to leave a review so other couples don't have to go through the same thing. John was very nice to deal with up until the Facebook post. I'm not sure what caused the change but hopefully he doesn't treat anyone else like that.
