Mike was an absolutely AMAZING DJ for my wedding and my husband and I cannot recommend him enough!!! From the moment we had our initial inquiry call with Mike we knew we had to book him. I think within the first 5 minutes of the call I was nudging my now husband that we had to book him! The energy that he had that we could feel was incredible and that continued throughout our planning. We booked Mike well over a year in advance of our wedding but he was on top of everything! Leading up to the wedding we were in communication about specific songs and ideas for the reception and it was truly wonderful! Mike not only was our DJ but he also specifically mixed the father/daughter dance song as I wanted it to skip from one section to the other and let me tell you, he sent me the mix and I made the mistake of listening to it before work, I was in tears (in a good way!) because it was exactly what I was envisioning for my dance with my father. The night of the wedding he brought such amazing energy, played the songs we wanted and kept the vibe that we had asked for the entire time. However it didn't stop there, Mike also provided us with a photo booth for the evening and it was such a hit! People loved it and it was such a good way to capture the joy and energy that was happening all night. If you are looking for a DJ seriously book Mike before it's too late, you will not regret it!!!

It's very difficult to wish for anything more than the service Mike provides. He always makes himself available, he is articulate, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. His prices are very reasonable. He could probably charge more given the quality of his service, but this is part of what makes him amazing and reasonable.

Music Man Entertainment was the best choice we ever made for our wedding. We had a vision for the music and vibe of the night and Mike took his time to listen to what that was, ask questions and then knock it out of the park. Mike is awesome and so easy to get along with and we also happened to have similar tastes in music which made it super fun to go through this process with him; but with his talent and knowledge of music, having similar taste wouldn’t have been required. Our preference for the night was all music and dancing with little to no emcee and he delivered with a smile! It was so reassuring to see that he was having just as much fun as we were, and it really helped to bring the good vibes all night. Mike followed all of our requests for various genres (and do not play list!) and while he played every single specific song request we had given him in advance, once he knew what we liked and what was getting the crowd moving, he was able to improvise on the fly and really show his skills. Many of our guests are musicians or simply huge music fans and we are still getting rave reviews on how well he not only chose music to compliment the audience, but also seamlessly transitioned through a wide variety of musical genres and had a little something for everyone. At brunch the next morning we had so many people approach us with “I can’t believe he played xx song, that was so awesome!”. Just got married yesterday, my sister had Mike as her DJ 12 years ago and I knew I needed him for ours! We had a pretty complicated playlist (90s country, hip-hop and some classic rock/blues mixed in) and Mike handled it flawlessly. So much so, nobody was leaving the dance floor. If Mike is available on your date, booking him is a no brainer (and check ASAP because he books up early). He was a delight to work with! Incredibly friendly and positive energy from beginning to end. Every single request made was delivered on perfectly, no deviations from the plan at all, and he seamlessly juggled setting up sound at our outdoor ceremony at a public park and our different reception location. Everyone loved the music and energy! It was a perfect match for our taste and vibes, and he did a beautiful job as emcee. We loved the small touches of the photo slideshow capability and uplighting, and the Photo Booth was also awesome!! The most compelling evidence that he’s the best is how other vendors speak about him! Before even seeing Mike, our photographer, videographer, and venue coordinator all gushed about him being one of their favorite DJs - and better yet, a wedding planner of a different wedding at the park remarked that we snagged her favorite DJ!
