Everything felt seamless, and they knew exactly how to create the right atmosphere and keep the energy going. One of the things that impressed us most was how accommodating they were. On extremely short notice, they put together a custom montage of songs for the mother-groom dance and executed it perfectly. It ended up being such a special part of the wedding, and we cannot thank them enough for making it happen! Beyond being great DJs, they are also genuinely funny, lively, and an absolute pleasure to have around. They brought so much of their own personality and energy to the wedding, which made the entire experience even better. We are so grateful for everything they did and could not have imagined our wedding without them. If you want DJs who are talented, accommodating, professional, and know how to make a wedding come alive, we cannot recommend them enough!

Our “must have” playlist was not followed and they seemed more interested in playing the songs they wanted rather than from our requested lists. I spoke to the DJ several times asking them to play something else including a choreographed dance with our bridal party that was on our must play list. When they announced and started playing the Musical Chairs Scavenger Hunt there wasn’t any music!! This is when my husband and I were going for twilight photos so I was pulled away and genuinely upset at that point. We also had a Photo Booth through them which was intended to be our guest book, but they announced it as it was going to be a surprise gift for the bride and groom which was not what was planned, so guests didn’t get the impression that we wanted all guests to take a photo and sign it for our guest book. Needless to say it was the same few people that went back and did photos. Overall our guests seemed happy, however I would choose a different DJ that fit more of our vibe and requested vision for the evening.

Throughout the reception, we did play primarily from the playlist you provided, with a small number of guest requests mixed in. The choreographed bridal party dance was also played. Based on the timeline and notes you provided, we were planning to wait until later in the evening for this dance, but the groom asked us to proceed earlier, so we adjusted accordingly. We always do our best to adapt as wedding timelines evolve throughout the night, all while keeping the celebration running smoothly. We're pleased to hear that your guests enjoyed the evening, as creating a fun experience for everyone is always our goal.

ted our night to look like and how they could make it most memorable. They have played at numerous venues around the state (multiple times) which takes the worrisome out of any setup or administrative issues that may unexpectedly add to our plate the days leading up to the wedding or actual day of. Mark's energy throughout the entire event was consistent and did not overshadow the night. (You definitely don't want an obnoxious DJ or a lump on a log). He knew "when" and "how" to get the crowd engaged and on the dance floor. This was important as we had an older crowd (40's and above) attending our wedding. Keeping this in mind, Denise played the right type of music as she read the room and knew what would attract people to the dance floor - which always seemed to be crowded. She also made sure that our wedding event schedule stayed on track and not felt rushed. Denise and Mark definitely make a good team. Many of our guests made it a point after the wedding to inform us how the DJ's (Denise and Mark) added to our special evening. They were both a pleasure to work with leading up to (and during) the event; their website was easy to navigate; and they were willing to make any needed adjustments or special requests. They come highly recommended! LGBTQ+ friendly as well.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Denise is communicative, organized, and professional. They have an online tool for planning that was easy to use. I filled out information like must-play songs, ceremony music, entrance music, cake cutting song, first dance, parent dances, etc. Everything I requested was played at my wedding! Denise and Mark did a great job picking music to appeal to all my guests - aged 80s down to teens. Denise noticed my love of Disney music, and they started dinner with Be Our Guest (not even my idea!). Mark and Denise also provided up-lighting as part of my package, and I used their photo booth - Be The Star Photo Booth - as well. The package they put together was extremely affordable for the quality and value received. They were an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to my wedding, and on my wedding day. Already talking about planning an anniversary party so I can hire them again! ;)

Music was soft enough during dinner so friends could talk but pumped up enough for the last 2 hours so everyone could participate.
