From the first email many months ago, to the last song played on our wedding night, Jason crushed it. Jason was responsive and easy to work with through the entire process. Jason provided music at our off site ceremony and then was the MC and DJ at our reception.
Jason’s software was simple to use and made it easy to plan the nights events. We had several special dances/entrances planned that required songs to switch at certain points and Jason nailed all of the transitions.
My wife’s only wish for the wedding night was for the dance floor to be full and Jason made sure her wish came true. From the first song to the last, the dance floor was completely full. While we picked much of the music, Jason picked the order and transitions and it made sure that everyone was on their feet the entire night!
In the planning process, we opted to go with uplighting. Jason provided recommendations for gentle white lights for the beginning of the reception, through dinner, transitioning to blue after dinner, at the start of dancing. This recommendation complemented our theme perfectly and made for some great photos.
Jason came recommended by several friends and locals and it was easy to see why. At this point, stop your search, shoot Jason a call or email and hire him as your DJ. You will not be disappointed.

Jason and his daughter did such a wonderful job at our wedding on 5/26 at the Galilee Beach Club! Jason communicated effectively prior to the wedding when we were planning and made the night absolutely perfect for us! We initially opted out of doing a first dance, but right before our cake cutting, he played one of our favorite Dolly songs, and we ended up having an impromptu first dance, that every guest commented on as one of their favorite parts. Whether it was intentional, or just perfect timing, that moment will forever be the highlight of the wedding for me, and all thanks to the Jason! I would recommend to him to anyone! Jason was awesome to work with! He was extremely responsive, helpful & great to work with. We used him as a DJ for our ceremony, cocktail hour & reception, for our uplighting and photobooth! Everything was perfect. He has a great online platform where you can upload "must plays" "play if possible" and "do not play songs" to get the vibe you want and he keeps it going! He arranged everything he needed with the venue himself, which was super helpful to us.
Jason was fantastic to deal with he was very professional and organized. His website for creating a playlist and organizing the ceremony was extremely helpful. We got the package that included his photo booth and now have a photo album of all of the pictures and the USB. They came out great.
Jason did an AMAZING job for our wedding! The lighting made the whole venue so warm and inviting. He played nonstop hit after hit--our guests never left the dance floor. We had several guests mention that they were really impressed with the music and lights. We would HIGHLY recommend Music Mixers for your event!

The music, uplighting, and photobooth from Music Mixers was all so great! Jason kept everyone dancing all night long, even friends of mine who typically don't dance at weddings. So many people told me after our wedding that the music was so great! And Ken did a great job running the photobooth - we love having the photos from it. Through no one's fault the power went out at our venue for a few moments, but once back Jason and Ken got the music and photobooth running again quickly and professionally. I would completely recommend them to anyone.
Seann is an excellent DJ! we had a small group, but most our guests joined in the dance party. Very reasonable and good communication! Highly recommended!

As a Type A bride I really loved the planning website that came with the DJ service and really utilized the playlist features to give Jason some guidance on the genres and songs our crowd liked.
I'll never forget everyone swaying together on the dance floor to Piano Man while the servers were trying to start the dinner service- one of our favorite memories of the night all thanks to Jason!
Hire Music Mixers!! We worked with Sean specifically. Sean was amazing and was so fantastic to work with. he was able to capture exactly what we wanted to the point that we told him to just do his thing and he hit the nail on the head every time. the dancefloor was never empty, and the lighting work was perfection. My dad is still bragging about how he did, especially since and I quote "it was the first wedding with a Dj where we could hear each other at the tables and the music at the same time" My photographer even remembered him from her wedding!
The best vendor that we hired for our wedding! We were so happy from start to finish. Jason was prompt in replying to emails and messages and made the contract process easy. Requesting songs was also super easy with the online platform and they gave us plenty of time to do any last-minute changes. Sean had the dance floor was packed the entire night and we had the best time!

He was extremely responsive to all of our questions and email and the music selection was perfect!!!! Jason DJ'd our wedding this past weekend and could not have been better. The entire process was seamless. He has a great easy to use platform to help make a playlist. He had the entire wedding on the dance floor the entire night. Jason was extremely easy to work with and could not have been nicer. We couldn't have asked for anything more!
We could not have had a better experience working with Music Mixers!!! We specifically worked with Seann for our wedding day. We had an hour phone call when we first hired him learning about what he could do and sharing our ideas. We spoke for another hour a week before the wedding to confirm details. We also emailed in between. There was a website which was so easy to use to put all of our music preferences. Seann heard what we wanted and used his experience to create an environment that was better than we could have imagined. He had a wonderful playlist of music and was so inviting/funny to help everyone feel comfortable and have a blast! He made sure we felt comfortable and that we knew everything would be taken care of. Seann checked in throughout the night to make sure we knew what was happening next and making sure he was doing everything as we wanted. He was so kind throughout the whole process. We also had a photo booth which they reopened at the end of the night when the flower girls wanted to take more pictures. I could not have wished for a better person to work with!
Jason was an amazing DJ for our ceremony and reception. He was recommended by our venue and we were very happy with all of his help. From the first email introduction, Jason was quick to respond and jump on the phone to answer any questions and provide professional insight into the process. He was super affordable too, which was really nice because we were able to use his uplighting as well. Because he was so familiar with the venue, he brought in extra lights to fill up the ballroom, which looked amazing! He has an online portal for music selection and planning which helped keep us organized. Day of, the ceremony music was timed perfectly. During the reception, the music had everyone on the dance floor. We had guests submit a song request when they RSVP'd, which we gave to Jason prior to the wedding, and he played a lot of them. Most of us had lost of voices from singing along so much. Photos ran long so we decided to skip our bouquet toss mid reception (for more dancing!), and he was super flexible to the plans. Overall we were super happy with the experience!
I’m so thankful that Music Mixers was recommended to us by my venue (The Towers in Narragansett RI). Jason (owner) and his team provided DJ services, uplighting and a photo-booth for our wedding. Jason is super easy to talk to and really cared about helping to make our day perfect. He went above and beyond my expectations by taking the time to provide helpful wedding day tips and other general advice about having a wedding at our venue!
I also really loved the fact that Jason provided us with our own wedding day website page where we could add songs throughout the year. The website is super easy to use and my husband and I really enjoyed spending time picking songs together. In the end, we ended up with a bunch of different genres and somehow Jason perfectly strung them together into one of the most epic playlists! So many of my guests reached out to me during and after the wedding and demanded I send them the playlist!

Hired Jason and his team for our daughter's wedding. We attended a wedding over the past summer and he was the DJ. We noticed that he was great with the dinner time music and then picking up the pace during the dancing. I grabbed his business card and reached out to him. He was responsive, great to work with and made it easy to select music for the event. He also had great suggestions to make it fun and special. We added the photo booth which was a fabulous addition to the evening. The dance floor was full all night and he kept the party rocking. Professional and great DJ and I would highly recommend him for weddings and other events!
Jason with Music Mixers was absolutely phenomenal to work with! He knew my vision without me even really saying what my vision was and actually exceeded my expectations ten fold! As a covid bride, my husband and I got married still in 2020 and decided to have a reception/big party in 2021. There was a lot of uncertainty with all the news about covid surfacing and resurfacing from time to time which caused it to be quite hard for me to get into the mood to planning all the details. Jason was super supportive and answered every question my husband and I had. He even helped my husband plan a few surprises for me - my husband picked our first dance song and put together a video clip of my brother and his family and my sister and her family (who could not attend our celebration due to military orders). If you are on the fence like I was about under table lighting - pull the trigger and do it! Jason transformed our dream venue even more with the under table lighting - each table looked like they were floating! Music Mixers has a fantastic portal to help with all announcements, songs selections for special dances and throughout the night - even songs you do not want played! I have been talking up Music Mixers for anyone's special events coming up. I could not have had the day we had without them!
From Music Mixers, our DJ was Jason. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. The website that was set up for us to make music choices was simple to use and made planning music for all parts of our wedding very easy, from the ceremony through dancing. Only issue we had was that would have liked some communication during the wedding about when certain dedicated songs were going to play. However, we would certainly recommend Music Mixers for anyone to use as a DJ.

Jason was an amazing DJ for our wedding. Not only was he on time and played almost all songs we had requested, we had to move our wedding venue on Jason which increased his travel time by another hour - hour and half and he still made it work. I have used Jason for 2 weddings and 2 rehearsal dinners. He has both DJ'd and run the photobooth. As a DJ service, he is great. We had slideshows at both events and he pulled everything together for us. He had a great mix of music and everyone was out on the dance floor.

Any question I had, Seann had an answer for, even if it wasn't related to the music or lighting. He got people of all ages up and dancing, and gave us the peace of mind of knowing we could wander around and enjoy our night without things going to pieces. He was even wonderful with our dog, Kaiser, who joined in the festivities. We could not have been happier we chose Music Mixers for our August 2019 wedding. Jason really understood that we wanted people up and dancing all night long and he made it happen! He created the perfect playlist and atmosphere for our wedding guests. People were talking the next morning about how much their feet hurt from dancing! Jason was a fabulous DJ for our wedding. He made the entire pre-wedding process easy by allowing us to preload songs we wanted for the wedding and working in guest requests as well. He was prompt, prepared, and flexible the entire event. We had some unexpected weather delays with a beach wedding and Jason was able to make the odd timing work out without a hitch. Jason arranged the flow of our outdoor ceremony and the reception - my daughter filled out his online planner and he was very diligent about finalizing the details with her so that everything would go smoothly. He recommended lighting that worked beautifully for us. Dinner music was tasteful and beautiful and he used the dinner hour to play selections that made our Southern guests feel welcome. I didn't realize how important your DJ is to the party and I was so fortunate to have hired Music Mixers - it was just a blast!
We loved working with Jason. We naturally had a lot of questions having never planned a wedding before, but Jason patiently guided us until we felt completely comfortable. Having our own website dedicated to our wedding that allowed us to add and remove music that we wanted was a wonderful touch. Music Mixers was recommended me by a trusted source, and while seemingly pleasant and reliable, I was not satisfied with the service we received. I asked for a lot of oldies to be played during cocktail hour, since that is what I grew up listening to - I didn't think that was an over the top request, yet no oldies were played. After being told on the pre wedding call we had that my music choices were not really dance songs (Yeah by Usher, Don't Stop til you get enough by MJ, SHOUT, September, Despacito...), I stated that a specific song on the list, I would really like that played. Never was played. During the reception I asked him if he could play Spice Up Your Life next and he told me I would have to wait. He told the Bride, the person who paid for the DJ, that she had to wait. He jammed out to basically whatever he wanted to play and also played every song on the do not play list (which was only 4 songs). When I reached out to the DJ after the wedding to express my discontent, he dismissed all the questions I had and attempted to blame it on my father. Yes, please blame the bride's father. He did not acknowledge the fact that he didn't play music we requested. He had already been paid and tipped, so it was not like the email sent was going to lose him money, we just wanted him to know how our experience was before we reviewed him, and nothing was done to soften that. He said he was panicked the entire night because of an electrical issue, yet as he rocked out singing along to songs we did not like during the reception, it seemed the opposite. We also had a planner, so if there were concerns, he could have reached out to them during the wedding reception versus blaming the father of the bride for something that was probably not top of mind for him hours before his daughter was walking down the aisle.
He did his job, he played music for a wedding and announced people, he just didn't play the music we wanted.

First, allow me to apologize again. I thought I had already sent you an email response when you first contacted me about your experience, and I had hoped that my reply would have helped provide some context into what occurred. Unfortunately, ...
I don't think I explained the challenges adequately and maybe even created some confusion especially if you felt dismissed. That was not my intention and I hope this response will help in some small way.
It is always our goal to do the very best for anyone who books us. We know that you are trusting a portion of your day to our company and we do not take that responsibility lightly. I am sincerely sorry you felt that we let you down. I do remember your day quite clearly as it was one of the more stressful weddings I had.
When we spoke, you had informed me that your event would be an outdoor wedding with a tent. We have done many outdoor tented events like this one. Most times, the tent company works to either provide or allow for ample power for entertainment, safety and security, and caterers. Unfortunately, this was not the case and it caused problems which ended up creating a ripple effect through the night. Whoever was responsible for providing power did not provide us with a dedicated circuit which is a requirement on our contract. In the first 10 mins of the cocktail hour my power cord became unplugged because a guest tripped over the cord that was run thru the area where the buffet was set up.
I am sorry that you felt that I blamed your father. That is not the case. Your father came to me to see if he could help. I informed him of the power issues I was having and the gravity of the situation as he could see the stress on my face. He went to try and assist which I found generous of him considering he had other priorities. My associate and I were able to work to reroute power, and get back online. However, the power cords were on the ground and exposed, and within minutes someone had tripped over the cables causing another power outage.
Again, normally when a professional tent company sets tents, they accommodate for power ensuring that cables are not running on the ground as it's a safety issue. This was not the case, and my focus was split between playing music, and trying to ensure that the power cords were covered as much as possible so that no one would accidentally unplug me or get hurt. I used my equipment to try and block off anyone else from tripping on cables and did the best I could to try and remedy further issues. These issues definitely impacted the rest of the evening.
One of the items I use on each event is a power meter/protector. I was watching it throughout the evening as the power was not strong enough to send a consistent current and I was fearful of more outages occurring. If you thought I was dancing, it could very well have been because I was constantly looking back and forth at my power meter worrying that there could be another outage at any moment. I admit that, on this evening, I was as fidgety as I've ever been which may have looked like some type of dancing. As a rule, I am not the type of DJ who jams out and gets into the music. I am usually focused on crowd reaction and trying to determine what I'll play next.
DJ-ing someone's wedding is not a time for me to relax, get into the tunes, and have a good time. It is a time for work, and it is something I take very seriously. I demand that those who work for me do not indulge in drinking any alcohol as this is not our time to celebrate with guests. It is a time to do what we can to help the guests enjoy themselves. In this case, I was trying to keep the night moving, not stress the equipment's power needs and put a greater strain on the power, and do everything I could to ensure that music was playing throughout. If I erred and played some of the songs on the do not play, it was because of the distraction. It was not deliberate.
This was one of the most stressful and challenging weddings I have done in over 20+ years. My company has received many accolades over the years, and I take it to heart when someone is not satisfied. I do take responsibility for not taking the time to do a site visit prior to your reception to check on the power cables, tent setup, and ensure that there would not be complications. I made an assumption that yours would be like most outdoor weddings and that there would be no issues with a dedicated power source. Had I done a site visit, I may have been able to spot the issue prior and helped to create a better day for everyone. I apologize for the confusion, and am sorry that the reception did not go as you had hoped.
My husband and I had chosen Music Mixers for our 10/7/18 wedding (for both ceremony at The South Ferry Church and reception at The Towers) and I'm so happy we did!
When reviewing DJs, we had noticed the experience they seemed to have working with The Towers. Anyone who knows that venue knows its a unique setup with a list of rules that are to be followed.
After our first initial call with Seann I knew the search for music was over. The day of the wedding, boy did he deliver!
The music was fun and appealing to all generations. He also helped keep us on time for everything which was SO much appreciated.
I truly cannot recommend them enough! They made our big day so special and fun!

From start to finish we could not have been more happy with music mixers; such amazing service. Their years of experience really show. My fiancé and I were overwhelmed with all the options and how to mix our musical tastes, Seann came to our rescue. He took the time to go over each aspect with us, which helped put us at ease.
The day was magical. Seann did an amazing job of reading the crowd to help keep the good times coming!! We can not recommend music mixers more highly, they did everything in thier power to make our day fun and stress free. We would book them again in a heartbeat!

Seann did an awesome job at our wedding. Prior to the day, he was very organized and always reachable. We had a quick phone meeting a few days before the wedding, to go over our plan and he was great about outlining it all and reassuring us.
On our wedding day, Seann would check in with us and give us updates on timing of things, such as speeches, cake cutting, etc. Couldn't have asked for more! Things went extremely smoothly, our guests had a great time and the day was amazing for my now wife and I.
Jason is great!!! My husband picked out all the oldies tunes for our wedding and Jason expressed concern about the lack of dancing music. I added in a few of songs I thought would be a good addition and Jason was totally right! We got so many compliments about the song choices, and how awesome the DJ was! Jason is not the kind of DJ that is loud and in everyone’s face, but does an excellent job getting everyone together for different parts of the weddings events seemlessly. I highly recommend!
Jason was a pleasure to work with - very easy to collaborate with and open to suggestions (or the lack thereof, and just taking minimal guidance and running with it, which is what I did). We received many compliments on our DJ throughout the night and had a blast dancing the night away. He also did all our tent lighting and it looked amazing!
Jason is such a great DJ. From start to finish, he was very helpful and made the process so easy. He had the crowd dancing all night - he played the best songs!! We highly recommend him!

We found music mixers on the knot and that’s how we connected with Seann. There is not enough good things I can say about seann! Besides being professional, punctual, prepared for any situation and had a great mash up of music for all of our guests, he was funny and I felt instantly we knew each other longer than we had. He made me feel comfortable and helped me navigate music choices and the time line of the day. The day of I knew I could trust seann to keep my day moving without a hitch. Music Mixers Entertainment rocked the house! We tore up the dance floor at our wedding a few weeks ago! Jason knew exactly what we asked for, and he delivered beyond my expectations!!! Everyone was on the floor the entire night. With the uplighting he provided, completed the ambiance I was looking for. We would definitely use him again and would recommend you give him a call and meet with him. Extremely professional and easy to work with. I had no worries whatsoever. Jason was awesome!!! He read our crowd so well! Once the party music started, everyone was on the dance floor the whole time! He did play everything that we (the bride & groom) requested even during the event/last minute! Most importantly, he made sure that everything flowed smoothly.

We could not be happier with Music Mixers for our wedding day! Jason was great to work with and really listened to our preferences (we weren't big on country music or mo-town and he didn't play those song styles at all!) A very nice touch that he has a song portal where you can select your 'must play' and 'must not play' songs, as well as offering uplighting (looked beautiful in the Roger Williams Botanical Gardens!). Jason transitioned between songs so well and read the energy of the room to keep us and everyone at our wedding on the dance floor literally ALL NIGHT LONG - we had an absolute blast dancing together as bride & groom and we ended the night with all the guests in a giant circle singing thanks to choosing Jason as our wedding DJ. We could not recommend music mixers more!! :)

Music Mixers and Seann in particular for our big day, made the night! Everything went as smooth as possible and my husband and I did not have one ounce of concern, anxiety, stress etc once the ceremony got started. Seann spoke with us several times prior to our wedding day to go over what the outline would be, ensuring the music we wanted played was played, and answered any questions for us! The day of, he met with us again, made sure we were completely stress free and that we left everything up to him. Everything went off without a hitch! Our guests loved absolutely every single song that was played and Seann made sure to include everyone in activities and dancing to ensure everyone had fun. The photo booth was a huge bonus and our guest book that was left with us with all of the photos is the perfect keepsake to look back on. If we could do this all over again, we would choose Music Mixers day in and day out! I cannot wait to see what they have up their sleeves for my MOH’s wedding in December :)

Seann was great from the our first phone call until the last dance of our wedding night! He knew just what to play to get people up and moving and everyone loved making requests. Jason Citrone was fantastic! We didn't give him much to work off of in terms of a playlist, but he gauged the crowd and kept everyone on the dance floor. He was flexible and kept the schedule moving forward which meant I had absolutely nothing to worry about. He accommodated all of my guests' requests and has a great MC voice. DJ Seann Jackson did an amazing job at our wedding in July! He was very organized and helped create a relaxed and fun environment for us on our wedding day. Seann was very professional. Jason Citrone of Music Mixers provided all the music for my daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception. Jason was very easy to work with. He listened carefully to what we wanted. Music Mixers DJed our July 2017 wedding in Fairhaven, MA and they were AMAZING!!! Seann was our DJ and was super attentive to what we were looking for. We had multiple phone conferences with him leading up to the big day, where he really took the time to listen to what we wanted and give his professional advice on the flow of events of the day.
As former residents of Miami, we can appreciate the night club scene, but we were looking for a DJ who could help provide an elegant wedding ceremony and reception that turned into a fun party--still keeping elegance in mind (no fist-pumping/DJ forcing everyone on the dance floor/making it all about him/her, tacky kind of thing). Seann definitely delivered. He got our vision 100% and listened to everything we said.
Our ceremony was outdoors and Seann provided us music and microphone for our officiant and speaker. Everything went off without a hitch--volume was perfect, timing was perfect, everything was perfect.
Our cocktail hour/dance floor was in one room and dinner was in another adjoining room. Seann set everything up perfectly--toasts, dinner music, cocktail hour music, dancing music--everything was perfect. He kept in touch with us, the couple, throughout the night to help guide us and make sure everything was okay (Along the lines of... "Is 5 minutes good for the cake cutting? You're all good to go? If you want to take a bathroom break now, we can definitely do cake cutting in 10 minutes if that works better.") We could honestly just relax with our guests through the ceremony and Seann made sure everything ran the way it should.
Also, not to be forgotten, Seann provided us with uplighting for our wedding. He has a degree in lighting design and really knows what he's doing here. Because our venue was a historic, gothic building, he used a beautiful shade of amber lighting and placed everything perfectly. The room looked absolutely gorgeous.
Go with Music Mixers. You won't be disappointed.
Music Mixers is AWESOME! Our ceremony got started a little later than planned, which then lead to our reception starting later, but that didn't stop the party. Seann was our DJ for the night, and he helped move everything along as quickly and as seamlessly as possible so we could get to the really fun part - dancing! Our guests never left the dance floor! He played one great song after another, and even though it was a pretty warm night and everyone was sweating, no one seemed to mind. It felt like the end of the night came way too soon. We can't thank Seann and Music Mixers enough for helping us create some of the best memories of our wedding!!!

We used Jason to help us with lighting for two events around our wedding wedding - one was our outdoor welcome party and one was our actual wedding at The Dunes club. Jason was very professional, had great ideas and was very accomodating. He helped our vision of our outdoor tent/food truck bistro lighting welcome party come to life! We also loved the way everything turned out at The Dunes Club. Thank you to Jason for all of your help with reviewing drawings and making the set-up perfect for us!

We had Seann as our wedding DJ at the Towers, who did a fantastic job keeping the music upbeat and our guests dancing and singing along. A couple guests noted how funny they thought he was, and as the bride, I felt he was professional and on top of things. The photobooth and uplighting that was provided were fantastic! If you are getting married in the Narragansett area (and specifically at the Towers), you will not find a more knowledgable or helpful DJ.
Our wedding was amazing and Jason made the night! Great entertainer! He was a true gentleman thru this whole process! Such a talented guy!

Jason did an amazing job! From the start the process was simple and the event turned out amazing. Music Mixers has a great site where you can enter all of your event detail, then the next step was a call with Jason and we walked step by step throughout our entire reception (including things I would have never thought of). On the day of our wedding Jason arrived early and set up everything for both he ceremony and our reception. Jason did a great job of incorporating some of the non dance magic we like during the cocktail hour and dinner. Then when it got to dancing Jason had everyone on their feet the entire night. Everything was perfect and I would recommend Jason and Music Mixers to anyone that needs a DJ for an upcoming event.
