as needed, was available for phone calls even late at night when I got home from work, went over the process as a first time (and only time) bride, answered my multiple questions, and provided additional services like setup of the venue floorplan, alternative options to what I was trying to achieve as our vision, helped to stay within our budget, a Photo Booth (Totally worth it!), lighting, Floor monogram, Spanish to English translator, and a liaison for a difficult situation (mariachi fun!) not related whatsoever to his services or company, and then proceeded to take on this additional responsibility to fix the situation for me! Truly, a FANTASTIC man who goes beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are happy with the end result. He is very personable and family oriented. He made sure he was hands on at our cocktail/reception, worked with our families, and helped out when needed, especially during our wedding night when we had another issue pop up at the end. He was our troubleshooter and my rock so I did not have to think about anything once at the reception and was able to have a blast at our wedding! Totally would recommend Ralph to anyone who wants someone who is experienced in the business and in the music world, and is reliable and enjoyable to work with. He WILL take care of you. I really appreciated working with Ralph and look forward to working with him again in the future!
