I think due to the way we set things up, it felt rushed, but only because we didn’t leave enough time for certain things. However, Scott really walked us through it, let us know what we could do, gave advice, and ultimately left every decision up to us. He really read the crowd so well and all of my friends and family raves about how great the DJ was! We were very thankful we found him when we did, considering we were late to the game. He was very accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Music therapy also has the option of a Photo Booth add on- DO IT. The booth is sleek and professional- it looked in place at the venue. The Photo Booth was NEVER empty. The guests loved it and the photos we got from it reflect how freaking fun it was.

I forget the name of my photobooth attendant, but he was just as incredible. He had all of my guests laughing, and kept the props clean in between use for covid safety. erwhelmed with the process- we didn't want to waste time looking through a ton of websites and interviewing potential DJs. We heard about Music Therapy through a family friend, and met with Scott back in December, and he instantly made us feel more at ease with the entertainment. He personally has been the DJ for hundreds of weddings (so he really knows what he is doing), and asked us to fill out a packet of information with all of the songs we wanted to be played. We got the uplights too (which definitely added to the great atmosphere at our reception). Prior to the wedding, we met with Scott at the venue, and discussed the packet we filled out. We had a few songs/genres in mind, but Scott really inquired about playing specific artists/genres to include in his playlist (which was a huge help). He also helped us structure the entrances, cake cutting, and special dances towards the beginning of the evening, so we could have more time to party. On the day of the ceremony, Scott was the first person at our venue, and set everything up perfectly. And once we got there, he met with us right away to go over the game plan. Scott did an amazing job keeping us on track and playing all of the songs we requested. I would 100% recommend Scott and Music Therapy to anyone who is looking for a DJ. If you don't want to waste time playing games, Scott is the guy for you!

he DJ, man with a plan Brian French, was wonderful beyond words. From handling all necessary announcements, to the ceremony and reception music selection, right through all our little twists that we through in. He was there through it all, and handled it with poise and aplomb. We had no real idea what even should be in rotation for dinner music and reception. With minimal suggestions, he handled it all flawlessly. I received several comments from guests about how pleasant and helpful he was. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend.

I recommend looking into the bundles, which we had tailored as well. We had Scott for our wedding (the owner) and he was GREAT. We had several meetings leading up to the big day which made me feel very confident! He gives you a detailed questionnaire of what genres you enjoy, what songs you DON'T want played, etc. He does a good job of reading a crowd to know what will keep them on the dance floor... I don't think there was a time during our reception when the dance floor was empty! (We also picked some well-chosen genres which would go over well with our crowd!) Would highly recommend to anyone!

His selection of music got people on the dance floor and they were having a great time! We actually could have gone on all night! I was thoroughly satisfied with his services. Scott was also great about remembering our special requests and playing songs like "Rains of Castamere" from Game of Thrones during our dinner. Finally, we have to give him special credit for getting all the pronunciations of name correct. We had a lot of international folk in the wedding party and parents, whose names needed to be announced correctly, and Scott did not disappoint. The only reason we are not giving a 5/5 is because we received some complaints from guests that the DJ was rude towards them. However, he was GREAT towards us and we specifically remember the music being excellent and the dance floor being packed the entire time. Also, the photo booth was awesome!

We stayed on track the entire event and that was in large part because of Scott making sure we were where we needed to be. He took care of the ceremony music and sound and it went off without a hitch. Throughout the reception, he played great music and there were always people out on the dance floor! The dance floor lights included in the package were nice as well. We also had a photo booth which was a huge hit! Everyone loved it and the photo album we got back at the end with everyone's pictures / notes was amazing. We loved looking through and seeing all the fun our guests had. I would absolutely recommend this company (and specifically Scott) to anyone looking for a DJ or photo booth!
