I contracted For Your Entertainment to provide after dinner live music for a 30th Wedding Anniversary Celebration that I was hired to plan. The clients hired my company with only 10 days to plan the entire event so I needed to find a band quickly. I contacted For Your Entertainment after another band backed out just days before the event! Though their schedule was tight, For Your Entertainment was able to work with me and adjust their busy schedules and their set to accommodate my needs and at a very reasonable fee even though it was a last minute booking. The band arrived on time to set up and was very professional and personable throughout the evening. They played a great selection of covers and originals and even dedicated a special love song to the couple of the evening. By the end of the night all of the guests were dancing, clapping and having an absolute ball...there was even a soul train line that formed when the band got down with some good old Chaka Khan! It must have been by fate the our other band cancelled because I don't think that the guests and my clients could have had a better evening than this one! I have worked with this band on another event in the past and both times I couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely book them again and again!

My wife and I have been fans of Antone “Chooky” Caldwell since we heard him and his band play at the Lake Arbor Jazz Festival. So when we were able to book him for our 30th Wedding Anniversary Dinner Party), we were absolutely thrilled. They did not disappoint!! As “Chooky” lit into his bass and his keyboardist and drummer followed suit, the music got so funky that the concert turned into an all out party! Goodness…no wonder he is a two-time, Grammy-nominated artist. The vocals were also off the charts, with the fabulous Tamika Caldwell showcasing her mesmerizing range and control. The group has a strong chemistry and their approachability was perfect for our family and friends who came to have a good time. Lastly, their professionalism was on the mark. Arrived and setup on time, played and sang strong throughout, took photos with the guests, and packed up with precision. We are now thinking of events to have just so we can party with them again! We partnered with Musically Yours Entertainment as one of our vendors for the Black Bride Bridal Brunch in Washington DC and they did an outstanding job! Professional, versatile, entertaining, and talented are all words that describe this band. If you are looking for a band that will keep your guests engaged and on their feet grooving to the music then this is the band for you! I highly recommend them.

The Band Was AMAZING! Normally I would not select a vendor that was not referred but this band was really great and went well beyond my expectations. They were very respectful to our customs and demands in terms of playing or not playing certain kinds of music. They were easy to work with and responded quickly to all emails and were available to answer all my questions. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
