sed dress, and wanted me to pay $500 for it, they have changed the price from $300-$500 talking about they are giving me a deal. The material is very cheap and can rip at any moment. I left My daughters Wedding and went to davids Bridal and received a brand new wedding gown for $99. I decided to still get my bridesmaid dresses there since they were locked into a $50 downpayment contract. After 5 of my girls bought the dresses in full, 2 of my girls were unable to pay the remaining $150, so I called to see if they could work with them with just renting the dresses and they agreed to allow them to rent the dresses for $50 and give them $20 back once the wedding was over. When it was time for the girls to pick up the dresses they changed the prices and the agreement and would not honor what we discussED, One of the dresses were so wrinkled they had to steam it before we could get it. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER NOW 2 OF MY GIRLS CANNOT BE IN THE WEDDING BECAUSE OF THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FAMILY COMPANY THAT DOESNT PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST. o tell them I had an appointment which I didn't find. This girl ask what she can help me with and I told her that I had an appointment and I want to see 2 of these dresses and whatever fit what I was looking for. She found the first dress and told me she couldn't find the other dress, so I told her what kinds of dresses I liked. She went to look for dress and kept pulling the total opposite. I then finally tried on 2 dresses and when I asked if she was going to help me said she all she does is zip. I had to get my mom to help me in and out of the dress. After trying the first dress on I was soooo pissed because of the way I was being treated, I just left. DONT GO HERE. The store is horrible nothing like their website.

lose to what I wanted so I felt comfortable in ordering my dress without trying it on. Not only was the dress perfect but it was extremely affordable was delivered quickly AND they offered FREE alterations which were done quickly and to perfection! A bride couldn't ask for anything more!
