Lance was amazing! Literally before the reception even really kicked off I was already receiving compliments about the music. Our style was hip hop, R&B, country, and basically millennial hits annnnd he was spot on allllll night!

I'm not sure I could take enough time to describe how incredible Lance is. We hired Lance for our DJ for our wedding and WOW. My husband and I have been to a handful of weddings that the DJ was just there to collect a paycheck. Let me tell you, Lance is there to put in work at your wedding and it shows. From timing, to selection of songs, to the seamless transitions. I cannot thank Lance enough for how he made our wedding come together. I had so so so many guests tell us how sore they were from dancing! On top of his work being incredible, Lance is beyond kind and the easiest person to work with. He is very communicative and I would 10000% recommend him to anyone!

MY DFW DJ came highly recommended to us and he did not disappoint. He is knowledgeable and communicative, quick to answer all questions. There may actually not be enough words in the english vocabulary to properly articulate how absolutely INCREDIBLE Lance is and how well he served us for our special day! From the moment we got him on the phone with us after reading a million other great reviews we instantly knew he was our guy, the extent of how beautiful of a role he played in making our day everything we could've ever dreamt of was yet to be known....but let me tell you! This man spent HOURS the day before our wedding and the morning of (while I'm sure trying to mentally prepare and get set up for our wedding) walking me through my bridal processional flow ( I was freaking out about it because I just wanted it to be so special and right), and never once brushed me off or made me feel like I was a bother to him, but instead took the time to write out and talk me through exactly what each and every scenario might look like. Lance, you have no idea what that meant and will forever mean to myself and my husband. Beyond helping calm this bride, he paid so much attention to detail and really got such a great grasp of who we are and what our guests wanted to hear! Our dance floor stayed full and his MC capabilities are BEYOND amazing! I just can't say enough how critical of a role he played in making our day everything that it was- a dream come true. Our guests are still raving about him, his professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Our day wouldn't have been the same without him- not to mention the fact that he was truly the LEAST stressful part of wedding planning, and as a bride that says A LOT! From our initial meeting to the day of, Lance was absolutely amazing! Lance knew how important music was to us and executed our day of perfectly. I have been to plenty of weddings, and while I am biased, I have never met a more thoughtful, professional, and talented DJ and MC than Lance. As the Groom, the best compliment I can give Lance is that I felt his presence without feeling his presence. He had our complete trust and delivered in every way possible. He managed the flow and complexity of our music choices expertly, he introduced us as a couple with the exact amount of enthusiasm, he truly feels the room and knows how to play each guest as an instrument and not merely a bystander. We are a year removed from working with Lance and still have friends sharing their love for how well orchestrated our wedding was. The musical elements of every aspect of our wedding was pitch perfect and I cannot imagine having a better person than Lance running the show. I will never forget watching you carefully cue the Mission Impossible theme song for our "ring security," timing it perfectly so that when they arrived at the altar the song was just concluding. Lance was the DJ for my sister's wedding and we all loved him so much, we booked him again for mine. I didn't have a lot of music opinions, I only gave him about 3 "must play" songs. But he knew exactly what would get people moving, and the floor was never empty. So many friends complimented the music! Wish we had another sister so we could book him again lol.

You gotta get Lance. He DJ'd my sister's wedding so we knew we had to have him back for my own. He knows exactly how to keep the night flowing from getting everyone up out of their seats, keeping the fun out on the dance floor, also making any and all guest announcements. He works with you to get your vibe, learn what are must-have songs, and how to pronounce everyone's name!! Lance is a professional but so friendly and kind and efficient! We love Lance.

Lance understood the assignment. He was the reason the vibes all night long were perfection! My husband had seen Lance DJ at two other friends' weddings and had nothing but phenomenal things to say. He EXCEEDED my expectations. Lance is kind, professional and prompt. He stuck to our day-of music, seamlessly transitioning from ceremony music, to soft cocktail & dinner music, to a full on dance party. Many of our guests never left the dance floor because every time they thought they'd take a break, Lance would throw on another hit and they didn't want to miss it! Lance was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day!! When we first met, we told him we wanted someone who could read the vibe of the room and keep people on the dance floor all night. He 110% delivered! We heard several comments on our wedding night giving kudos to our DJ. In the months leading up to our wedding, we were so impressed with how kind and communicative Lance was. Every time we emailed him, he responded within just a few hours! He handled all of our last minute changes and requests, and did so graciously. Lance was the best! All of his stunning reviews were well earned. When I first reached out I told him my fiance wanted to dance until she collapsed and he was super down and matched her energy. Easy to work with leading up to the wedding (and I'm glad I plugged in so many songs to his app, because it really came in handy). He was super flexible with any curveballs thrown our way during the day, and once the dance floor opened, it was a non-stop party. Can't recommend Lance enough. Very glad we went with him.

Lance was a fantastic DJ!! But before we even get into that, he is just overall a great human. Seriously, he is so kind and thoughtful and truly cares about making your day perfect!! He also really listens! From the first time we spoke with him, we just knew he understood the vibe. Beyond being a great guy, as a DJ he killed it! All night everyone kept telling us how awesome he was! And even a month later we keep getting told how much fun the dance floor was and how they have never been to a wedding where the dance floor was so full all night long. He truly kept the party going which is exactly what we wanted. He read the room and the crowd so well and worked in our additional requests flawlessly. We could not have asked for a better DJ. From announcing, to music, to set up, everything was perfect! We are so glad we picked him for our wedding day!

We have been to three weddings, listened to three DJs, since our own in March, and we kept comparing them to Lance! He could read a crowd and play the appropriate song. He took the playlist we created for him into account. I had, let's be honest, an unreasonable list of how the procession music would play out and Lance was prompt with his replies and worked so well to accommodate everything. Many solid DJs can play music from a popular playlist, but to have the ability to curate music is something you cannot teach. My DFW DJ is not only passionate about music but making sure that your time on the dance floor is one thing you do not need to worry about on your wedding day. After being recommended by our wedding planner, Lance emphasized that it was his job to keep the party going, and he did not disappoint. DJ Lance was AMAZING!!! He is professional and a great communicator. Lance’s initial questionnaire and playlist app was also much appreciated. Using his app, were able to quickly share our favorite music with him. Lance mixed music for our special dances and was great with our guests/ crowd! During our reception he had us singing our hearts out!!! About 90% of my friends sing, we had a blast before the actual party started! Lance was amazing. The best part is he does not charge per hour but per event. He provided the music for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all for one price! He was an entire vibe, dressed to the nines and all The guest kept saying how great the music was. He was the one vendor I did not have to worry about. After getting engaged, there were two things we wanted to book right away for our wedding—1. a good venue and 2. a good DJ. Having a good DJ was something extremely important to us, so we made sure to do a lot of research and speak to multiple DJs before committing. Well boy are we glad we went with Lance. He was recommended to us by our coordinator, and we were sold after listening to his mixes on his website (I highly recommend you listen to those if you haven’t already). Throughout the entire wedding planning process, he was very easy to get in touch with and his wedding app was very easy to use. But of course what mattered most was how he performed on the wedding day……and he knocked it out of the park. We had a lot of genres we wanted to dance to (pop, country, salsa, reggaeton, rap) and he was able to play all of those while keeping the dance floor full. One of our favorite moments of the night was when he invited us and our guests up on the stage we rented for him. It was a total game changer and helped turn the party up a notch. We have received so many compliments about how great the music was, and for that we have Lance to thank. I promise, you will not regret booking him!

Lance was easily our best wedding decision. Music played such a pivot role in setting the atmosphere for our evening & we received many compliments on the music selection. So much so, a few guests thought the playlist was 'mine,' when in fact it was 100% Lance. We're both Hispanic - cumbia, salsa, merengue, tejano, norteno, etc he played it all. He's a true professional that knows how to read a room & keep the dance floor hype. Absolutely worth the investment!

Lance was AWESOME! We have had so many people tell us they had an absolute blast dancing. And we didn't leave the dance floor the whole night! He played our "must plays" and made sure to incorporate them organically! I'm honestly sad we can't have another wedding to party some more!

Wow! Lance was the BEST DJ we could’ve asked for. From our first meeting, where he answered our questions and asked some of us too, until the last private dance, working with Lance was fun! We wanted our guests to dance the night away, and have fun, without making groups feel like the dance floor wasn’t for them. It never happened! From the minute the dance floor opened until we kicked everyone out, there was a PARTY on the floor. Several songs were special to us, but one thing I want to note was that Lance got to know us well enough, that he even surprised us with a special song to dance to! Lance used this great app that allowed us to pick specific songs we wanted for certain moments, and put songs we didn’t want to hear on a no play list. We LOVED working with Lance for our wedding. From the beginning, he was responsive, punctual, and organized. Lance used our Spotify profiles to get to know our favorite artists and genres and mixed them in throughout the night which was so special - one of my dear friends looked at me during dinner and said "he's playing all your favorite artists!" This took time and planning and was truly such a special detail that made the wedding feel so unique. Lance also found a way to work in my very favorite song, Dancing Queen, several times throughout the night which was so much fun and several people have said that song will always remind them of our wedding. Lance played the best music all night - I only stopped dancing to cut the cake and I think every single person at the wedding was on the dance floor by the end. Lance was amazing!! I hired him to be the DJ at my company's end of year event and it was a huge hit! With a very diverse crowd, I was a little worried about making sure everyone was happy with the music, but Lance did not disappoint. We were in a bind and needed to book a DJ super quick. Another highly-regarded DJ friend of ours gave us a list of recommendations and Lance was top of the list. Not only has he won impressive awards, everyone we knew in the industry was singing his praises. We were a month out and thought it would be impossible that he would be available on our date, but he replied promptly that he was! From the moment we spoke over Zoom, we knew he was going to make sure the day flowed exactly how we imagined. I love that Lance is willing to take as much input or as little as you want. He also uses an incredible app to help track everything which makes it incredibly easy for couples to input what songs they want to play throughout ALL the important moments of the day (didn't even realize I could pick a song to cut our cake to!!). When we were days out from the wedding, my husband and I were so burned out that we just put "2000's hip-hop, current hits and party dance music" for the reception portion and HOLY WOW he killed it... It was an epic dance party. The vibes throughout the night flowed into each other perfectly and it was so unforgettable. He is also an amazing MC who helped keep the flow of the night on track with the help of our planner. HIRE LANCE!!!! You won't regret it.

Lance with My DFW DJ was everything we hoped our wedding DJ would be, and more! My now husband and I had a unique vision for our wedding. We wanted a "romantic rave" and once we met Lance we knew he could live mix during our reception party and our dance floor was PACKED the entire duration! No exaggeration! He mixed in well known songs with new remixes, EDM drops, and played some classics so our family members were included. Lance is professional, personable, passionate about music, reliable and I would hire him over and over again. I'd give him a 20/10! His music knowledge shines and if you give him free range with music selections, he will not disappoint!

I cannot recommend Lance enough! Music is very important in both me and my husband’s lives and Lance understood that from the beginning, which is why we knew he was the perfect DJ for our wedding reception. Lance is the best of the best! As a wedding planner by trade, as soon as I got engaged, I knew I wanted Lance to be our DJ. Lance was amazing at our wedding. Not only did he play amazing music, but he was always receptive to our suggestions, and provided really insightful suggestions himself that helped make our wedding a hit. Ours was an interracial marriage - I am white and my wife is black. So one of our biggest concerns was making sure that our wedding brought the two families together, and Lance helped out so much with that. He played music that both families really enjoyed. Not only that, but he was just a great MC - nearly everyone I spoke to after our wedding commented on how wonderful the music was and how our wedding was such a blast, and Lance is a big part of what made that possible. I gave him a list of songs to play during dinner, and he did, but beyond that, I told him to go with his gut once the dance floor opened up, and that was one of the best decisions I made. He was super accommodating with any last minute changes my now husband and I had with the playlists. He allowed requests shopping with our playlists as well. He provided such a big personality, which I fell is a big discrimination between a good and great DJ.

When my wife and I were engaged, and honestly even before when we were dating, I always told her one of the most important things you have to have down at a wedding is a DJ. They cannot only be willing to play some good music but they also have to have an presence being the MC. It cannot be some rehearsed information that all the guests already know about the couple. The DJ has to bring a different energy that lets you know that we are here for a good time and that this DJ actually kinda knows the couple. I found Lance through a reference and I am glad I did! Lance did such an AMAZING job!!! He is truly talented in feeling the vibe of the room and responding accoringly so that EVERYONE has a great time. Lance is the best!! When my husband and I met him before booking I was sold pretty quick. He is professional, easy to work with and even filled in the perfect music during the "events" I didn't have one picked out. Hiring Lance was one of the easiest and best decisions I made for our wedding. He was actually the first DJ we met with and after we did, we cancelled all our other meetings and hired him that day! Having attended numerous weddings that left us mostly sitting on the sidelines due to sleepy music, we knew that having a DJ that knew how to read the room was a priority. To us, the entertainment was either gonna make or break the wedding. After interviewing FOUR different DJs, we knew we finally found our DJ a few short minutes into conversation with DJ Lance. He understood that our mixed religion & culture wedding would require an experienced hand and his willingness to listen to every petty detail about us made it clear that he cared about delivering a truly personalized experience. His communication is lighting fast (which was especially appreciated for an out-of-town couple like us), his program outline and mobile app are professional and easy to use, and his performance during the wedding was endlessly complemented by all the dancers and non-dancers alike. Chairs were no longer essential later that night for our dance floor was packed all night - timing, song choice, and 'do not play list' were all flawlessly executed. Did we mention that he's got an amazing deep voice for all the announcements? DJ Lance - amidst all the obstacles that 2020 has thrown in our way, having you as our DJ was easily one of the best and most rewarding decisions we have made. Lance was WONDERFUL! We got married Oct. 2019 (behind on my reviews- life) and he exceeded all of our expectations! The whole wedding process was hectic for me (like everyone) and I wasn't the most organized as a bride so I REALLY appreciate Lance's patience with me. He really listened to my wants and needs and applied them on the day! We gave him an outline of songs we would like played at certain times but other than that I let his expertise show and he had the freedom to lead the dance floor the way he saw fit. He NAILED it! We got so many great compliments on the DJ & music. It was a wide range of music and everyone was literally on the dance floor the entire time! He was professional, kind, and so so much fun! His prices are very reasonable and he has lots of experience under his belt which makes for a flawless event! I would recommend Lance a 1,000 times over!
