My husband and I had My Event Pros at our wedding on 11/17/2023. They exceeded our expectations. I loved using the app before the wedding to ensure the DJ and MC had all the information they needed for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to ensure everything went well. We had the cloud effect and sparkles. It was the perfect touch to our first dance. My Event Pros even capture some amazing highlights throughout the evening. We are so happy that we had the chance to work with My Event Pros and their coordinator service! Alan and Erika were so supportive and helpful, answering my millions of questions and last minute changes. Their planning app and timeline questionnaire helped me catch so many things that I would never have thought of, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. They made sure our wedding went perfectly smooth and we received so many compliments on our reception and DJ. We had a lot of older guests (ages 60+) and only a few younger guests outside of our wedding party (ages 20-25) so coming up with the perfect mix of music was a challenge that My Event Pros overcame like the experts they are. Our guests loved the music and got everyone up and dancing. Highly recommend booking with them!

We booked the team at My Event Pros for multiple facets of our wedding (DJ, Planner, and Lighting) and were incredibly happy with their work on all fronts! Our coordinator, Daisy, was incredibly thorough in our pre-ceremony meetings and provided a timeline that both helped us stay on track while allowing the flexibility to change stuff on the day. Any problems that arose were dealt with swiftly and allowed us to just enjoy the whole day without distraction. Our DJ and MC kept the whole reception moving and the dance floor lively. We had multiple guests come up to us and compliment the wonderfully mixed and eclectic music choices throughout the night. The uplighting provided a wonderful pop of color to accentuate the quirkiness of the venue at large. Alan and the whole team at My Event Pros were an absolute delight and we would gladly work with them again if we ever throw another big gathering!

Music plays a huge role in our relationship so we wanted a DJ who would be able to take and play all of our requests. Alan's team was the perfect fit for this and their app made uploading our playlists from Spotify so easy. Saved us a ton of time in getting over all of our music requests. They arrived far ahead of schedule on the day of and were able to make our night extra special. We cant thank these guys enough for executing exactly what we asked them to!

My Event Pros was the highlight of our wedding reception! Very professional, fun and an amazing team that catered to all of our requests. We couldn’t be more grateful for the services My Event Pros provided my new Wife and I on our wedding day. In our search for our wedding DJ they were the only company that were truly able to provide us with what we were looking for, peace of mind. My wife and I are both professionals with very busy schedules and I cant say enough how easy My Event Pros made it for her and I. The technology (before the event) that they use is AMAZING! It made everything very convenient to our schedules and allowed us to plan our wedding from out of state without any hiccups. The day of the wedding they were extremely catering and caring of our day. They not only treated us amazingly but went out of their way to treat our elder family members with so much care and respect. Great DJ Team! They made the entire experience very smooth and showed us how much more a wedding DJ does than a normal DJ you would have for a backyard party. They had a very organized app that made everything very easy for us and were very detailed in everything they did. The cloud effect was amazing and really made our wedding special! What an amazing DJ team! We had the pleasure of having My Event Pros DJ our wedding ceremony and reception. Very professional and organized in how they collect all the information they need like your timeline, song requests, name of family members etc. They are worth every penny! After hiring Alan and his crew for our wedding we feel like we added a few new members to our family! We couldn’t have made a better choice in hiring a DJ company for our day that we planned for so long. They made us feel so cared for all the way through made sure to check in with us during the planning process and all throughout the day of the wedding to make sure we were well taken care of. They have a very helpful app that was a lot of fun to use when we picked out our song requests and they opened our eyes to a lot of tips and suggestions we would’ve otherwise not have thought of ourselves. My husband and I were very particular when choosing our vendors for our wedding. We had to postpone our wedding many times because of Covid so we wanted to make sure it was extra special. We ran across My Event Pros and were impressed by the awesome videos and pictures they have on their Instagram of the work they do. We booked them to DJ and added on their photobooth and coordination services. Alan and his crew were incredible! They made us feel extra special from the moment we had our first consultation until the end of our wedding night. Our guests all had an amazing time and our dance floor was full all night. My Event Pros are everything their name says they are! They truly know their stuff! My new wife and I couldn’t have made a better choice in choosing a DJ for our wedding. My Event Pros is a no brainer! They were extremely professional, friendly, and they know how to rock a party! We originally hired Alan and his team to DJ our wedding but decided to upgrade and book their Coordination services and Photobooth. They use a really cool app that lets you plan out your entire wedding and search for just about any song you can think of! It was really easy to use and kept all of our details organized for us. The set up look amazing and all of our guests kept talking about how much fun they had on the dance floor! We are really happy we decided to book with My Event Pros and cant wait to use them again in the future!

My now wife and I hired My Event Pros for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! We hired them for Coordination with Jessica, DJ and MC through Alan and his team as well as their cold sparklers and dancing on a cloud. We hired My Event Pros to do our wedding and they were amazing! They made the entire experience a blast and are very easy to work with. They have great taste in music and their MC was able to get all of our family on the dance floor. They were not overboard on the mic and were the right amount of engaging and professional. We had very little experience with hiring a DJ that would be the right fit but Alan and his team made it so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing other than dancing! We would strongly recommend them to our family and friends

It goes without saying that 2020 has been a very difficult year for everyone however the big day that I had always dreamed of happened to fall in the middle of this pandemic. Alan & Jessica over at My Event Pros however really helped us keep it together as all of original plans fell apart. We hired them for our original wedding reception in April but with all the shut downs they were able to work with us to reschedule to a different date and venue once everything opened back up. Not only were they completely understanding but they were extremely flexible given the circumstances. They really made our experience through all this a little easier and they are very friendly and helpful. With so much going on this year, it was nice to be able to work with a professional company that goes above and beyond for their couples. Were extremely happy with our decision to hire these guys. So, so sooo happy! I booked Jessica to be my coordinator with my event pros and I can't express how happy I am with the decision I made. She was so genuine and truly cared about tackling every detail that I wanted for my wedding and getting it done. I really do not know how I would've planned any of this without her ! She was there with me from start to finish and took care of EVERYTHING for me. I was able to enjoy my day without having any worries. We built a great relationship this past year of working together. She's been in contact with me from day one and literally handled everything for my husband and I. I am so happy! We got married at Mountain Meadows in Pomona and these guys were listed as their preferred vendors and for very good reason! It really helped working with a team of guys that already knew our wedding venue. Their online log area on their website was also a really great feature! You can log in and add all the wedding details and song requests on there and helps you out with suggestions and tools especially since it was our first time planning a wedding! The lighting was amazing as well! It added a great touch to the room and their photobooth was also a hit! We recommend using these guys at any venue you may be getting married at! 5 Stars!

Alan and My Event Pros did a fantastic job! They provided very professional service throughout the entire process and helped us everytime we needed it! My wife interviewed many different DJ companies but Alan made us feel real comfortable and confident in our decision. The music was appropriate for every stage of the wedding and when the dancefloor opened up, nobody sat down once! I really enjoyed having them keep our dances and speeces lined up so we didnt have to worry about a thing. We also hired them to do the dancing on a cloud effect and our pictures came out amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better company to take care of our wedding day! We hired Alan and his team to provide coordination, DJ/MC and Uplighting for our wedding reception. Using them to do both our DJ service and our day of coordinating made communication a lot easier and convenient. They made sure the timeline for the day was flawless and they didn't miss a beat. We didn't realize how hectic the a wedding day can be for a bride and groom but we were getting pulled every which way to take pictures and greet family and our coordinator Jessica and MC B.J. made sure to keep us on schedule. It was really nice to not have to worry about what activity was coming next or what time of the night it was. We were kept on track by these guys and cant express how much that really helped us enjoy our night! The music was fantastic and the lighting added so much color to the room. I cant express how happy I am with my decision in trusting Alan and his team with our wedding day! Its not everyday you organize a wedding so it was great using guys with so much experience and know-how on how to throw a successful one! 5 Stars isn't enough!

My Event Pros was AMAZING!! They made everything so easy for us. We definitely were in over our heads trying to plan out every detail of our wedding but these guys were extremely detail oriented and really helped us out in putting together the reception of our dreams! Great music and great guys. Such a pleasure to deal with My Event Pros. These guys were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. Hired them to DJ the party initially and then found out that they offered extra services so we decided to add on the photo boot and uplighting. This made it so much easier for us since we only had to call them to make any changes to our timeline instead of having to make calls or send emails to multiple vendors. There Photo Booth was completely worth it because my family would not stop going to it all night. The lighting brought the room to life and the DJ rocked the dance floor! Our party was a success thanks to these guys and we hope we get to use them again in the future or hopefully our family and friends will use them for a future party we attend. The only thing I would have done differently is hired them to also do the coordinating. I had already hired a coordinator but I can definitely see the advantages of using them to provide that as well. Makes more sense to use a team that always works together but thats not to say that they didn't work great with the coordinator we hired. Thank you guys for an amazing night!

The My Event Pros team was incredible! Our DJ for our wedding was our biggest priority and when we met with them we knew they were the ones! They are very knowledgable about how to work a wedding but what we loved was how comfortable they made us feel. A wedding is overwhelming and these guys really helped me calm my nerves. I decided to book their Day of Coordination along with their DJing services and it was worth every penny! You don't realize the value of a coordinator until you're wedding day arrives. Their coordinator took care of all the details before, during and after and was by our side to make sure we were on track and comfortable. The advantage of booking them together is that the DJ and Coordinator are part of the same team and theres nothing "lost in translation" as opposed to working with different companies. They worked together flawlessly and made our wedding day a success! Their DJ and MC was a lot of fun and got our friends to their feet. Everything came out just how we wanted it. Alan & Crew know how to throw a party! We hired them for my bro's wedding for a total of 7 hours. He had it all. Dinner music, bridal party dances, Hip-Hop, 80s, Funk, anything you wanted. The MC he provided spoke well, had a nice baritone voice and was charming. My Event Pros have more than 10 years of experience. If you're looking for a DJ who can provide an MC, photo booth, uplights, fog machine for a great price, hire Alan & Crew!

Booking My Event Pros DJ/MC services for our wedding was by far one of the best decisions. Alan and his crew blew away our expectations from the beginning to the end, they were just the best. We were a little stressed out from the start, having some other things fall through with our wedding plans, so having Alan there to make it one less thing for us to worry about was amazing. He played great songs, and really kept the party going, on and off the dance floor. Because of Alan and his crew, we were able to have one of the most memorable nights with our family and friends. I would 100% hire them again, and definitely recommend anyone looking for these services.

I hired the crew at My Event Pros for my daughters wedding and I can't begin to tell you how amazing they were! I met with Alan and from the beginning made me feel very comfortable and interested in hearing what we wanted to accomplish for the reception. He was always on early to our meetings and very informative and knowledgeable about weddings. They offer an online system that was a great help for my daughter who was planning her wedding from out of state so she was able to log into the My Event Pros website to work on all her reception details and information. The day of the wedding, they made sure everything was taken care of. Filling out the information online made sure they were fully prepared and everyone was on the dance floor all night. A lot of family and friends asked where I found them because they all had such a great time. Another great thing about the wedding was their emcee and how he was hosting the event and encouraging the guests to participate in the nights events. I would definitely recommend My Event Pros to anybody. They even went as far as helping us load some of our stuff into our cars at the end of the night. These guys are sweethearts.
