If I could give a ZERO stars I would. Contracted them for a school dance and they never showed up. Once they take deposit or payment they never pick up the phone. Contacted the BBB to file a complaint. Total scam!

Like others in this thread, run the other way. It took weekly calls and several months to get digital prints. We never received the scrapbook which was clearly promised in the contract. Booth broke down for part of the evening. Customer service is non-existent. No follow up or accountability. Small nit, but they were unable to remove their logo from the prints. It would've been nice to open an album and not see "My Events and Celebrations" a half dozen times per page. Not worth the savings.

RUN away from this company!!!! SO unprofessional! They didn't deliver on anything they told me I would receive. I did not get a guest book with copies of every picture. It is next to impossible to get anyone to email back and forget trying to get anyone on the phone. The attendant wasn't confirmed until the day before even though I'd been asking for months. The attendant arrived late and was setting up as my guests were arriving. The props were extremely old and damaged. It took the team forever to to get the design on the strip right. The print quality was also EXTREMELY POOR!

This company is extremely unprofessional and is very likely to ruin your event. The booth was only operational for half of the event. When I reached out to Mark Johnson for a partial refund for the inconvenience he was very dismissive and rude. After one response from him he stopped responding to my requests for a resolution. It has been a week now and I have not even received a simple apology let alone a refund. Heed the warnings and go elsewhere.

SCAM!! Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this company like we did for our wedding. It was a 3 month hassle even trying to get a hold of them. Marvin is the only one behind this whole company, and he has zero idea what he’s doing, he just took our payment, and never answered our calls again. He only answered our calls from random phone numbers. He told us he would give us a full refund for all our troubles, and after 10 days of no refund in our account, we called back from another random number. He said he doesn’t have access to give us a refund, he just didn’t know what to say anymore. Please avoid at all costs, this was the only thing that cost my wife grief during our wedding planning.

I found this company on Groupon, when I called to make sure the date was available they did convince me that for just a little more money I could have a lot more than what was included in the Groupon. Before the wedding they were quick to respond and did design/personalize our photo strip. They showed up and set up on the day of the wedding. The photos were OK quality, they did blur easily if you moved. If I had just booked with the Groupon like I was originally going to, my rating may have been higher. The package I was sold was supposed to include a photo book and digital copies of all the photo strips. I never received the book. I emailed a few weeks after to find out how long it would take to get the digital images and never received an answer. When I decided to call and follow up with them it was really hard to get in touch, no one was answering the phone. When we did eventually get in touch with them I explained what happened and was assured that I would still get my photos. It’s been over 2 months since my wedding and I am not holding out hope that I am getting them at this point. I’m definitely disappointed. I believe that as a customer you should get what you pay for. I feel that there wasn’t a lot of concern involved on the company’s end and would like other couples to know it may be best to book with someone else. I would also be wary of so many of the 5 star reviews being posted on the same day.

These reviews are on the website itself. Read the google reviews. Multiple people including myself and my wife were defrauded. These people will not show up to your event and will still take your money. They will NOT refund it though they promise they will. They have done this to multiple people and those too have not received a refund. When you call the guy that sets up your event, you'll ask for a manager and he'll say that only the manager can grant the refund. I believe there is NO manager and that he's the manager. I dont know that as a fact but others will also confirm that they cannot get ahold of the "manager". I'm sure he really does provide photobooth services, but only when he wants to, not when the paying customer wants to. They're not BBB accredited. Please stay away from these people! They will take your deposit upfront and then charge the rest on the day of the event and never show up. They make pitiful excuses and fake apologies. These folks are thieves and they believe that since the amounts of money are seemingly small in comparison to a wedding that no one will fight back. They're wrong.

Our wedding guests absolutely loved the photo prints and it was fantastic to receive a USB with all the photos from the night and a fun highlight reel. We cannot recommend you highly enough.

Our guests didn't know about this and loved it! We loved looking through the photo book and their messages! My Events and Celebrations were very accommodating and helpful during the process!

Highly recommend them. They make the process easy through their online portal and app and guests loved the features of being able to print out images they had taken on their phone from the booth as well as being able to download copies. Attendant was fantastic and friendly. Great value and service.

The props weren't as good as expected. I wish I would've known they were just little handheld ones. The staff however were really great and the photos were good too.

I will definitely be using My Events and Celebrations again! From the outside, their photo booth looks very professional and classy, which is exactly what we wanted at our wedding. The attended that is supplied with the Photo Booth was also a deciding factor to choose My Events and Celebrations. On the night of the wedding, he ensured that the photos were actually stuck in our guestbook so we have a great memory book to look back on.

Cost a little bit more than what I wanted to spend but it was definitely worth it. They are a quality company. The end products were great and everyone loved the photo booth. I picked this one because you can leave video messages and take your own photos and have them printed out at the booth.

The service of these guys is seriously above and beyond - there website is amazing, they have a portal you can sign into to help with the set up of the booth and have great service before, during and after the event - highly recommend.

My Events and Celebrations was so easy to work with and if you wanted an extra print of a picture they were able to do it straight away. Our guest absolutely loved the photobooth.

Worth every penny, the booth worked overtime really it was never unoccupied, and we were impressed with the picture quality as well as our slide shows.

We weren't going to get a My Events and Celebrations and then had a change of heart after seeing how much fun guests have with them. My Events and Celebrations were terrific. They took care of everything - I barely had to lift a finger. Our guests had a ball, and we loved that My Events and Celebrations can fit so many people when compared to traditional photo booths. The attendant on the night was lovely too.
