Where do I start with how WONDERFUL Jayne is?!? We first worked with Jayne back in 2018 planning our honeymoon to Tahiti, Mo'orea and Bora Bora. She organized a once in a lifetime trip for us that was absolutely perfect. I was even able to text her while in Mo'orea to adjust the meal plan we were on, and she did it IMMEDIATELY. It was so comforting to know we had someone helping us from afar as we navigated an entirely new place.  Flash forward to a few weeks ago and Jayne helped us plan another incredible trip, this time to Hawaii. It was a very last-minute trip, but Jayne was able to pull together another awesome itinerary quickly (at a great price as well!). Well, we managed to fly in at the exact time the wildfires started in Maui. We were unable to reach our resort on the other side of the island (physically or even by phone) and information was coming out slowly.  Jayne helped keep us calm in a very stressful situation, calling all over to ensure that we could get to a new island, reschedule resorts, get refunds, and just generally being an experienced voice to bounce thoughts and worries off of. Not to mention being incredibly responsive despite a 6 hour time zone difference. The rest of our trip was flawless. Jayne is amazing. Don't think any further, book through her!

We told her our budget and that we wanted to experience an over the water bungalow and she went to work to find us the best location for it. Jayne from My Honeymoon Planner always goes above and beyond. I have been booking my trips with Jayne for several years and she is always friendly, helpful and very responsive. I recently went on a Mediterranean cruise that I booked through Jayne and there were issues with the cruise lines computer system which affecting the flights, on board ship credits and payment status . Jayne spent hours on the phone with them to straighten everything out. She is very knowledgeable, is so pleasant to work with and takes the stress out of planning a vacation.

I WOULD GIVE 1,000 STARS IF POSSIBLE. I have absolutely zero bad things to say about My Honeymoon Planner and Jayne Hathaway. Planning our honeymoon was an extremely daunting task for two people who wanted to go to Greece, but had never traveled to Europe before, especially while also planning a wedding and working full time jobs. We gave Jayne our budget and she handled everything, providing us with hotel options, flights, transfers to and from the airport, and transfers between islands. The entire time I was convinced that this had to be a scam because it felt entirely too good to be true, but it was completely real and led to the best week and a half of our lives. Run, do not walk.

Jayne was absolutely amazing!! If I could rate over 5 stars I would. She made the process so seamless and was so fast in her responses. She gave us detailed options with all of our requests in mind. The best decision I could have made was to use the honeymoon planner to help me with my honeymoon! She was super helpful and kept me informed the entire process with any flight updates, covid news for the resort and offered to help set up any activities. Truly amazing and can’t wait to use them again for my next trip !

Working with Jayne was a breeze!! She was so prompt and knowledgable and able to answer all our questions in a timely manner! She was able to give us many options for hotels for each island we were visiting and then book one for each island and book us rental cars! We didn't use Jayne for our wedding - we actually used her for a big family vacation to celebrate our children graduating from HS and College. Normally I handle this sort of thing on my own, but I'm so glad I reached out! Jayne helped us sort through options to find the best place for our trip in which everyone would be happy with the resort and the activities the destination offered. She also helped guide us through the craziness of traveling in the covid era which was a HUGE relief on my part as she told us exactly what was needed and there was no guessing on my part and everything went smoothly as we traveled internationally. Jayne was so great to work with and very easy going and assured me that we were making the best choices. She was not wrong!! Vacation was a HUGE success and both the parents and the kids had an experience to remember!

Jayne is SO knowledgeable about all things travel. I told her in the beginning the places my husband and I were thinking of, and based on our interests, location, etc. she was able to suggest and plan the most amazing itinerary including hotels, flights, airport pick up and drop off. Nothing was left for us to figure out on our own, which after planning an entire wedding, was so nice! She was also super responsive as well while we were on the trip with any last minute questions I had popping up. Jayne was an absolute delight! From the start, she was so great with helping us chose a honeymoon location. She took the time to go through the different options with us and explained the perks of each location. Once we selected a location, Jayne was able to book the exact rooms that we wanted to have the best honeymoon experience. Jayne was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Jayne is great at planning trips! She’ll make sure to offer the best deals and top hotels! She planned my honeymoon trip to Hawaii back in 2017 and I’ve been stuck with her since then. She also planned my trip to Mexico, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, Dominican Republic and I’ve trusted all the way that everything will be booked and we’ll planned from hotel to transportation. She’s the best and you won’t regret working with her as your travel agent.

Let me start off by saying booking a honeymoon planner in general was probably the best decision I made. My wife and I spent 12 days between Barcelona, Canary Islands, and Madrid. MHP booked all our flights (7 in total), all of which my wife and I were in 2-seater sections instead of next to a bunch of rando's. They also booked airport transfers (to and from) which was super helpful. Each hotel/resort was given notice that we were on our honeymoon and made some special accommodations (wine/fruit/etc.) Special shoutout to Petit Palace Museum in Barcelona. We had an incredible view from our room. Jenn made this all happen, all during COVID. She was quick to respond, stuck within my budget, and was super helpful when we experienced some pretty stressful scenarios out of her control. Huge kudos to her! A bit of advice to those still reading: triple check all travel requirements/documents they provide before the wedding if you plan to take off either the day or a couple days after the wedding. It will save you a lot of headache.

Saying we had the best time would be an UNDERSTATEMENT! Hawaii was so beautiful! Our whole trip was amazing! The order we visited all the islands in was PERFECT! 💓 We can't thank Jayne enough for planning the most amazing honeymoon. It couldn't have been any better! We truly enjoyed every second of it and will be re-visiting soon. Everything went so smoothly and we can't thank her enough! With any question or concern, she was a quick phone-call away and always prompt with answering emails. She is the seriously the best and everyone without a second thought should use her for your honeymoon!

Jayne was absolutely fabulous! She was referred to us by my husbands cousin. We had been planning a honeymoon on our own to Maui at the end of June 2021 and things quickly started booking as COVID restrictions opened. We reached out to Jayne and gave her our budget and THAT VERY NIGHT she had emailed us options and within 24 hours our honeymoon was booked!!! We couldn't believe it. We were super psyched to be able to get a car rental through Jayne as there's been a bit of a shortage. Our hotel was fantastic!!! It was everything we had hoped for and more. Any time there was a slight change in our flight plans, Jayne promptly emailed to let me know. On the way home, there was a problem with our check in at the airport. Long story short, it was the fault of the check in agent at Hawaiian Airlines, but Jayne took my panicked call, after hours on a Friday in July and she spent lord knows how much time on hold with customer support for the airline (TWICE) and she was able to get it resolved for us. I cannot recommend Jayne enough. I haven't used a travel agent since I was in high school and honestly, I will use Jayne for every vacation I plan to book in the future. She was a pleasure to work with and I truly appreciated all her help and swift booking of our dream honeymoon. Thank you Jayne, My Honeymoon Planner!!! You're the best :) <3

Jayne was referred to us by a friend who had a positive experience in booking her own honeymoon. She was very helpful and took care of everything, from flights, to hotel room details, to booking extras. We knew we wanted to vacation at a Sandals resort but were overwhelmed by all our options, so after a few short questions, she helped us decide which was best for us. Our experience at Sandals Negril was wonderful and the perfect fit for us! Jayne emailed us promptly with any changes (i.e. as soon as flights had changed) and even responded to an email late on a Saturday with a last minute question. We had the most amazing vacation and didn't have to lift a finger thanks to Jayne!

Jayne from My Honeymoon Planner is great, she is very helpful and quick respond with all my questions . I got engaged on March 2019 and plan to have a destination wedding on 10/10/2020, I reach out to her and try to get some info regards to the resort, she did give some choices and also give me good advise for each resort. of course I have to postponed my wedding due to covid, she re-act quick and help me move all the reservation to next year, without her I will be spend all day on the phone and try to move all the reservation myself.

Our trip was amazing! Jenn helped us organize a quick honey moon just a few weeks before we would leave on it. She was quick to respond and her suggestions about which resort to choose was spot on. Our resort was gorgeous, the beach was beautiful, the staff was super accommodating and the food blew us away. I will defiantly reach out to her the next time we are planning a trip.

I met Jayne at a bridal expo. At first I was unsure if I needed a honeymoon planner as I didn't really understand their roles. Looking back she was a key player in my wedding planning and I don't think I would've even gone on a honeymoon without her. I was so indecisive with honeymoon planning, feeling like the options are endless. I had so many questions, changes in thoughts and Jayne was so flexible and responsive. She was a great resource too, as she had gone to various places I was asking about so it was nice to hear from someone who had gone there. Jayne was so patient and professional. She helped with not only destination options but room options, flights, excursions, simply everything! She made everything so easy for me and recommend her to future brides!

I reached out to Jayne about my honeymoon and all I had was dates and a general location, the Caribbean. She was so patient asking all the right questions to narrow down where we should go and when we got it down to about 5 different locations she gave estimates on all of them. We finally landed on St. Lucia because we like to hike and explore as well as the beach and she was critical in educating us that St. Lucia had everything we were looking for! She booked the flights and hotel for us and when it came time to look at excursions she was able to give some first hand experience on a lot of them which was very helpful! Everything was booked through her and it made my wedding/honeymoon planning super simple. She took away so much of my stress about planning a honeymoon and the trip went PERFECTLY. We had absolutely zero issues with all bookings she put in place. Flights went smoothly, check-in to the hotel was simple, all our tours were booked and ready, and even the couples massage at the hotel was set! I could not have done this without her and I will always be super grateful for her help during this stressful time for any couple!
