Awful!
Waiting for the 3rd week with 0 response from them. I have spoken to representatives and supervisors every day for the last 3 weeks with 0 information on my order, just pro...
mises of calling me back. Now i have to call everyone to ask them to save the date.

The ordering process was wonderful and the invitations looked fantastic. The reason for only 3 stars is that I was missing 40 blank lined envelopes from my order. Where mistakes ...
happen, I am disappointed in how they have handled fixing the mistake. Someone has ensured me that it would be here the following week. This would be reasonable if it actually showed up. It is currently the end of the following week (almost 2 weeks have past) and I still do not have the order. I believe that since it was their mistake they should have made more of an effort to get them to me. I have called, emailed, and left several voicemails and no one has gotten back to me.
