upgrade to a video booth, in which guests could record short videos - the service was meh. The props, though there were a lot of them, were pretty old, dingy, and somewhat dirty. Also, the attendant seemed like working our wedding was the absolute last thing he wanted to do. Each time I was near the booth, he was glued to his phone watching videos. I don't care that he was on his phone, but I do care that when a question was asked - eye contact was barely made and answers were short and muttered. He helped himself to a plate of food and even drinks, but still left 45 minutes earlier than our agreed upon 4 hour rental.
Ending on a good note, the setup and breakdown was performed in a professional manner at least and we enjoyed received copies of all of the photos on a burned disc and USB stick. The owner of the company was pleasant to work with and very accommodating. It was really just his employee that dragged the experience down for us.
