Isaac and his team did a wonderful job catering our December 2025 wedding. We received so many compliments on the food (especially the filet mignon with brandy peppercorn sauce), and his prices are incredibly reasonable. The bartenders also provided high quality service when crafting our signature cocktails and we appreciated being able to bring in our own alcohol while Isaac took care of the rest! We would highly recommend him and his team!

Amazing! My husband and I hired Andrew and Isaac to cater our wedding and they were the best. From communication the entire process to Andrew's bar service on the day of and Isaac's food! Everyone kept telling us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Not to mention the price was better than anything else we could find. Seriously, our caterer was probably our favorite vendor. Thank you My Pro Fresh Chef!!!

He spent more than a decade running the kitchen at a high-profile Inland Empire wedding venue before deciding that it was time to share his talents through his own venture. That's why he created My Pro Fresh Chef! We provide gourmet food that will look great in your wedding photos but, more importantly, will taste incredible! Chef Isaac's food philosophy is based on layering flavors so you won't find the same bland catering food here! Finally, we keep our prices simple and low, and we won't overcharge you just because you said the word "wedding!" ghlight of the event. I’d say they went above and beyond. It wasn’t just chef Isaac , it was the entire crew from working the room, being attentive, keeping it professional. It was my favorite part of the wedding. I would hire them again. I ended up pretty surprised. Better than I expected. Thank you.
