Olga was professional and responsive. After my first fitting, we discussed the schedule for alterations and approximately when each fitting would take place. Olga stuck to that schedule and the dress was finished well ahead of my wedding day. I appreciated all of my interactions with Olga. She was kind and warm: exactly the person you would want to work with to prepare your wedding dress. She took a lot of stress out of a potentially overwhelming process. wn's beauty while making it actually fit me, but her expertise helped us solve problems we didn't even know we would have. My gown had a halter neckline that I said didn't bother me (it didn't feel bad at all) but she was concerned it would rub. And what do you know... even though I didn't feel anything, after wearing my dress for a while at a fitting, my neck was red with irritation. She was able to line it with something softer that didn't irritate my skin. If I had gone to someone less knowledgeable, I wouldn't have even thought to have it lined. She did a 3 point bustle and spent a long time teaching my mother how to bustle it, and letting her practice. We were VERY appreciative of this- if she had just added the bustle and sent us on our way, my mom would have had NO IDEA where to find the points in my huge skirt and we wouldn't have been able to bustle it. We paid one price upfront and had many (4 or 5?) fittings, where she made sure each little bit was exactly where I wanted it before making the alterations. Two days before my wedding, she steamed my gown before I picked it up so we could minimize wrinkles from it sitting in its bag. She was a pleasure to work with and it was obvious that she really cared about how everything would look on the big day. We couldn't be happier with how my gown turned out!
