We are three friends who have been in the food and beverage industry our entire working careers. Utilizing our creativity and passion, we aspire to make every event unique. We believe delicious, thoughtful food doesn't need to be pretentious.
Our culinary focus is to procure food that is as local and as fresh as possible. We aspire to minimize our waste as much as poissible by using every part of the produce, composting, and donating leftovers to Portland shelters.
As we grow as a company, our goal is to find ways to give back to the community. Our mission is to find creative ways to feed our neighbors in need.

t's of praises and said it was the best wedding dinner they have had. Not only did they serve an absolutely delicous dinner, Tarl worked with us with the current restrictions with the pandemic. We had to cut down th guests and change the buffet into a served dinner. Tarl was so kind and worked with us through all the changes. The crew was amazing at the reception. They were organized, the presentation of the appetizers and dinner was beautiful. Major kudos to the pastry chef as well for creating a beautiful cake display with seasonal flowers. If you are a foodie, this is the caterer you want for your wedding :)
