I ordered drink cups and napkins for a Christmas party, not a wedding reception. Everywhere else I looked didn't have what I wanted and this site did! It is a bit expensive but...

oduct matched my order as far as appearance and quality and they were perfect for the event. The only thing I don't understand is I received notification that they were going out of business so I needed to order by a certain date to receive my items.

They got the order wrong :(.
I ordered 10 ounce cups. I wish I ordered 12 ounce, but the lettering is beautiful.
I ordered some cute customized cups with lids and straws. The cups came out cute. I ordered clear lids and straws to match. I was sent red lids and straws. No harm done if our text...
was red, but our text is hot pink, and our cups are clear…so the lids stick out like a sore thumb. Contacted customer service. They responded swiftly, which was nice. Apparently the manufacturer did not have any clear lids, so they just sent red.🤷🏻♀️ They said they could refund me or I could keep them and hope the clear lids came in. I have little choice but to keep them and hope for the best at this point, due to our wedding being in early July in another country. Not a big hiccup, but a hiccup none the less, that should have been addressed earlier.
They are the perfect addition to our wedding favors.
I ordered a set of drinking cups for my daughter's shower. I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery date. After several emails with this company I was told they would arrive the da...
y before the event. They did not arrive. I had to contact them for a refund of my money. I would never recommend this company. They could not fulfill a guaranteed order that was placed over 3 weeks before the event.
