I purchased personalized cocktail napkins, koozies, and cups for my son's engagement party. I thought the options were many and the products came in a timely manner. The final product matched my order as far as appearance and quality and they were perfect for the event. The only thing I don't understand is I received notification that they were going out of business so I needed to order by a certain date to receive my items.

I was having a 60th Birthday party and had cups made for the guests. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but shipped very quickly. I ordered the color cups and lettering, and the next day I realized I ordered the wrong color cup. I sent them a message and they fixed it immediately before it went to production. The cups are a great quality and my guests loved them

I ordered personalized dinner plates, dessert plates, and cups for my daughter's wedding picnic. They were perfect! Great choice of colors and there was room to include the title of their favorite song as well as their names and date.

I ordered cups for our outdoor mountain wedding and they turned out PERFECT! Was informed of a lid shortage and was given the option of other colors or refund, everything was handled very professional and timely! Can't wait for everyone to see them on July 10th!

I ordered 10 ounce cups. I wish I ordered 12 ounce, but the lettering is beautiful.

I ordered some cute customized cups with lids and straws. The cups came out cute. I ordered clear lids and straws to match. I was sent red lids and straws. No harm done if our text was red, but our text is hot pink, and our cups are clear…so the lids stick out like a sore thumb. Contacted customer service. They responded swiftly, which was nice. Apparently the manufacturer did not have any clear lids, so they just sent red.🤷🏻‍♀️ They said they could refund me or I could keep them and hope the clear lids came in. I have little choice but to keep them and hope for the best at this point, due to our wedding being in early July in another country. Not a big hiccup, but a hiccup none the less, that should have been addressed earlier.

I ordered a set of drinking cups for my daughter's shower. I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery date. After several emails with this company I was told they would arrive the day before the event. They did not arrive. I had to contact them for a refund of my money. I would never recommend this company. They could not fulfill a guaranteed order that was placed over 3 weeks before the event.

The gift bags arrived quickly and looked just like I expected. Everyone loved them.

Really happy with this site! I got personalized cupcake boxes, matchbooks, and candles. Everything arrived as described, and the stickers for matchbooks and candles were easy to assemble. I was very happy for the quality I received for the price. Would recommend!

I am only giving 2 starts because of the material. My wedding day changed thanks to COVID. And, they would not even let me send them back to get the date changed on the napkins. I paid $50 for napkins for NO REASON.

Ordered the personal wine boxes in black with rainbow colored writing. It was so elegant, packaged well, boxes are sturdy and a true size.

I originally ordered these before my wedding was postponed to COVID. I absolutely loved them and the high quality of the products and how fast the process was for over 100 koozies. When we postponed I knew I wanted to reorder to have the new date on them. I was disappointed that my original color from my first order was no longer available. I had to settle for the closest color which was a more neon blue and not really on theme with the rest of the color scheme. Although that was disappointing - I did reach out to them about having to reorder and they gave me a discount for being a COVID bride doing a repeat order. I so appreciated this act of kindness! My new ones are the same high quality and came super fast!

We love our customized plastic cups. The quality is great. We love the custom choices, but wish we could have seen the back view as a proof too. We were torn between a few ideas and not being able to see it made it hard to know which was best. But in the end, we love our reception cups.
