I cannot say enough amazing things about Nathan and the My Yellow Rickshaw team. I attended a wedding they played at 5 years ago and always knew I needed them for my wedding day. They did not disappoint. We met with them before the wedding to talk about the kind of songs we wanted to hear, and they totally knocked it out of the park. The night was nonstop dancing, and so many people have commented how much fun they had and how amazing our band was. They truly made our wedding day the best party of my life. We also had them play music for our ceremony, and they controlled emcee duties for the evening. They were the best decision we made as far as wedding planning went, and I cannot recommend them enough.

My Yellow Rickshaw was one of our absolute favorite vendors to work with! Nathan was so professional and fun and made sure everything was absolutely seamless on our day. As promised, they tailored the music to what our guests were responding the best to which lead to multiple emo/punk rock sets that were an absolute blast. They played it all. Classic rock, country, pop, at one point they even did a little EDM. :) We have not stopped hearing from friends and family about how fantastic the band was - they really made an impression!! We've never seen so many people out on the dance floor. Nathan emcee'd for all the parent dances, speeches, first dance and did a great job keeping us on track. Thank you guys again for a day we won't forget!

Nathan and the band were AMAZING! So much fun and kept the energy up the whole time. Played a wide variety, but kept our requests in mind the whole time. Constantly engaged with the guests and made the night so much fun!!

You cannot go wrong with this band, as they helped make our reception unforgettable! Nathan (the singer and fiddle player) was exceptional to work with in preparation for the day. Absolute professional, you feel like you are the only commitment they have on their calendar (even though they are constantly booked for high-profile gigs) Amazing set list, kept the crowd into the party and on the dance floor all night! Prior to the music starting, Nathan emceed the dinner and preceding events with comfort in delivery and of highest quality. They also don't price gouge, and are actually affordable (unlike other professional bands in the area) Overall, these guys are a must-have at your reception!

Words cannot begin to describe how much I recommend My Yellow Rickshaw as a wedding band! We hired them to perform at our wedding reception and they were A BLAST!! Our dance floor was packed all night and we received SO MANY compliments on how fun the night was! The band will learn songs that are meaningful to you—but I just said, “I trust you” and they absolutely delivered! The lead singer, Nathan, is a phenomenal emcee for the reception if you choose to use him and each of the other band members are exceptionally nice people! Our venue raved about how much they enjoyed hosting them and how great of vendors they were to work with! Hiring MYR was the single best decision I made for my wedding! SERIOUSLY, BOOK THEM NOW!!

This band is AMAZING!!! We had so much fun and got sooo many compliments!! They are great to work with and very professional. They listened to all our ideas and worked with us on what we wanted. They are so talented, and Nathan was an excellent MC. We can't wait to have another party and invite them to come play!!

BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!!! They played through our entire reception without stopping and played all the songs I requested. The MC, Nathan, was great and knew exactly what to do to keep the night moving along, so we could get to the dance floor! I would highly recommend MYR!

My Yellow Rickshaw played for our wedding reception and they were amazing! The dance floor was packed all night long and they played music for all ages. People are still telling us how much fun they had at our wedding!

Our wedding was perfect and part of what made it perfect was My Yellow Rickshaw. They were so kind and considerate before, during, and after our day. I had multiple people ask me where we found them and how they could book them. I had never been to a wedding with a live band before, but my fiance (now husband) insisted on live music. Seriously 100x better than a DJ - it makes the event 100x more memorable. MYR was incredible!

The only thing non-negotiable in our wedding planning was the fact that we wanted a live band. We'd heard My Yellow Rickshaw play a few times around town and heard many reviews of happy customers, so we decided to book them. The decision was hands down the best decision we made when it came to our wedding. Our wedding reception was amazing and the majority of that credit goes to MYR. They are consummate professionals who cater to the crowd, and their sole focus is to ensure everyone has a great time. The entire band was very accommodating and Nathan was an outstanding emcee for our event. Plus, Nathan worked with us in the months before the event to personalize their performance and seek our input. The morning after my dad came up to me and the first thing he said was, "I've never been to a wedding where people were on the dance floor from start to finish. The band was awesome!" We can't thank Nathan and MYR enough for making our reception memorable and something we (and our guests) will never forget. Brian and Melissa Minix

My Yellow Rickshaw is the perfect wedding band! They are so fun and entertaining! They performed a variety of genres and popular songs through each generation, which made them appeal to all ages at our wedding!

We cannot say enough good things about My Yellow Rickshaw. The band was amazing and did an excellent job of keeping everyone on the dance floor. To top it off the guys in the band were so great to work with and did an amazing job emceeing the event. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Cannot say enough about this band! We had an incredible time and people have not stopped talking about how great they were. SO fun! The dance floor was packed the entire time with grandparents, parents, friends and kids. Nathan was incredible to work with. SO helpful and so responsive to any and all questions; very willing to offer advice but also willing to do anything we wanted. My husband and I are now fans for life. And I would recommend them to ANYONE. Would be worth going over your music budget if you can just to have them. Totally made the reception party!

My Yellow Rickshaw made my reception one to remember! They are engaging with the crowd, personable and extremely talented! They are easy to work with and accommodating! In addition to being the band for the reception, they also served as the emcees for the evening. Our guests were all enjoying the music selection and the dance floor was packed all night. The music catered to the young and old crowd. My Yellow Rickshaw was a pleasure to work with and I hope I get to use them for an event again in the future! They are great men and passionate about making the event fun for the newlyweds! I suggest that you check them out and you won't be disappointed!
