We had the absolute pleasure of working with Brian and he really knew how to keep the dancefloor packed. While every vendor plays an important role in the big day, we were so impressed by how Brian took our chaotic vision for how we wanted the night to go and exceeded our expectations. We told him we wanted it to feel like a massive party and he did just that. He did an amazing job at also blending in my cultural music and every single person was on the dance floor all night. All of our friends and family had rave reviews for the music, the vibe, and the energy! Could not recommend Brian more!

MyDeejay paired us with Keion. He did a phenomenal job! He played the type of music we requested and some we didn't think about to get our guest dancing. He kept the energy going throughout the night and really had everyone dancing and enjoying their time at the wedding.

Frank Young was fabulous in every way and at every stage of this process. His rare combination of attitude and aptitude made a very important element of our wedding experience just perfect. I am giving him and his org 5 stars only becase i can't give him/them 6. True.

DJ Van was the BEST! He edited down songs in advance for us. Had a planning call to make sure that he was hitting all the right vibes. He made suggestions for reception and cocktail hour playlists. He kept the party going and the guests happy. Truly could not have been happier!

Evan Reitmeyer was the DJ for our wedding! We enjoyed working with him, as he was a great listener that really strove to understand our goals. In addition to DJing our reception, he provided great consulting and support in terms of audio for us, our clergy, our singers and our speech givers. He was well versed on wedding traditions that mattered to our family, including the hora!

We worked with DJ Van and couldn’t be happier! He did a zoom call with us months out to talk about our vision of a somewhat non traditional ceremony and reception, checked in closer to the day a few times, created processional and recessional edits just for us and most importantly helped execute our wedding day perfectly! The DJ portal was also extremely helpful to communicate all our information. On the day of, Van rolled with the bumps that came up, kept us all on track as the master of ceremonies, and brought one hell of an EDM dance party to close us out! Thanks to you all, it was truly the best night of our lives!

Evan was the best, and he made our wedding so incredibly memorable. He was professional and fun to work with, and he has SKILLS at hearing your vision and then curating a playlist that gets everyone dancing and stays true to your requests! (ie... no line dancing or Macarena for us! ) Your guests will dance all night! Everyone was complimentary, and danced the entire time!

DJ Chuck was so easy to work with and our guests raved about him! Multiple people split their pants dancing, and no one wanted to leave the dance floor at the end of the night. We could not have been happier with the entire process; from zoom meetings, to planning documents, to the day of, Chuck was knowledgable, friendly, and most importantly a fantastic DJ. You will not go wrong with MyDeejay!

We had an easy and stress-free experience from start to finish! DJ Frank made all the difference!! I had lots of songs I wanted to hear throughout the night and Frank knew how to read the room and make sure everyone (and I mean EVERYONE!) got out of their seats and down to the dance floor!! Frank also did all announcements in English and Spanish and that just helped ease my mind throughout the night knowing he had it all covered! Our phone calls were always great and Frank was super responsive to any and all questions as they came up down the line. Would 1000% recommend this group!! DJ Frank- THANK YOU!!!

DJ Brian crushed it for our wedding. Everyone got on the dancefloor at some point in the night from our grandparents to college friends. He was on time, professional, and even had a wind blocker for the clip on microphone for our officiant since it was windy on our wedding day. 10/10 would recommend.

DJ Chuck was awesome to work with! The planning form used by MyDeejay made everything very easy from adding songs to our playlist, to filling out the timeline of events. Chuck sat with us and went through everything and was able to make edits on the day of to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a blast and never wanted to leave the dance floor the entire night! We received positive comments about the DJ/music from several of our guests!

DJ Evan was a fantastic DJ and all-around audio coordinator at our wedding! He provided music for everything at our Woodend Sanctuary wedding- including mics and music for our outdoor ceremony in the separate grove, as well as cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance floor in and around the mansion- everything was seamless. He was very flexible and worked super well with our coordinators and other vendors - the day of our wedding the weather was looking sketchy but we were still able to squeeze in an outdoor ceremony even with a little rain which we really appreciated being able to do even with speakers and mics! As for the dancing- we had an incredible night!! We sent a general playlist to Evan before the wedding, but he made the dance floor so fun for us and all of our guests! We got a ton of compliments on the music, the energy and the fact that the dance floor was always full! Couldn’t be happier with the energy Evan brought to our party - highly recommend!!

We hired DJ Chuck from mydeejay for our wedding on April 6, 2024 at Kent Island Resort, and it was the best decision! From our initial phone call, after interviewing a few different DJs from different companies, we knew Chuck would be the right fit. Throughout the planning process he was very accommodating, and the mydeejay planning portal was incredibly thorough and easy to navigate. Chuck arrived early to set up for both our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. His equipment was top of the line - everyone said our ceremony music (which was played outside during an incredibly windy day) sounded like live string music. His indoor set up was incredibly sleek looking. Chuck played all of our requested songs, cut them at the perfect places when needed (for ceremony and dances) and mixed in others that kept our dance floor packed all night - which is what we wanted most at our reception. I highly recommend DJ Chuck and mydeejay for your wedding or event!

It's been almost a decade since our wedding and our friends and family still talk about how much fun they had dancing at our wedding and that it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to. Evan made that happen. 100% Yes.

We couldn't have been happier with our MyDeejay experience. From the first call with Jeff Furnas, we thought he was perfect! He understood our vibe and was very communicative in the months leading up to the wedding. He even mixed our first dance songs well before, probably about five months ahead of the wedding when I asked! Jeff truly went above and beyond for us. His equipment worked so well even though we had sound playing throughout a few separate rooms of the venue, and went to a separate room for the toasts. His vibe reading and announcing was personable and really picked up on the vibe of the night and the guests' energy. I couldn't recommend Jeff Furnas enough!

We had a great experience with MyDeejay at our wedding. We has Brian and he was extremely friendly and great to work with. He executed our plan to perfection and was very flexible the day of with additions, requests, and overall making the night go smooth. We had a blend of different types of music (older music, Afghan music, and modern music) and he did a great job blending it all together. We couldn't be happier!

We had an amazing experience working with Evan from MyDeeJay in October! He was professional, super easy to work with, and was truly interested in making our day special for us. I have never seen EVERYONE on the dance floor at a wedding! Seriously, after the parent dances, not a single person was sitting down and all of our guests were commenting about how great of a DJ he was. During our meeting with him, we told him our vibe and gave him only a few song suggestions and he nailed it! We had a blast all night. Personally, we liked how Evan doesn't try to be a crazy stand-up comedian. He's a chill guy, knows how to make people laugh, but doesn't make a big deal about being the MC. He was also very helpful before the wedding. We asked him to shorten our first dance song by removing the bridge and he sent over a version that we could practice our dance to. We would definitely recommend Evan or anyone from MyDeejay!

I love dancing (badly) at weddings so a priority for me when planning my own was that the dance floor be packed! MyDeeJay paired us with DJ Jeff who was great to work with. He was super understanding of our music indecisiveness and some last minute adjustments. Day of, he made sure he knew how to pronounce everyone's names and gave all the speakers a heads up so they weren't surprised when it was time for them to speak. He also took our Spotify playlist for the pre-ceremony/cocktail hour/dinner and broke it up and expanded it to fit the vibe for each of those. And, of course, he played music that kept people on the dance floor all night! Making sure we had the right DJ was a priority for me and I'm so relieved we ended up with Jeff!

I worked with MyDeejay for my wedding in October 2023. I was assigned to work with Chuck based on date availability and music taste and he was incredibly professional and responsive. The portal they use to organize your event is user-friendly. The goal for my wedding was to have everyone on the dance floor all night, and with the help of MyDeejay, that came true. I had an incredibly positive experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional DJ!

We were introduced to the company MyDeejay by our wedding planner and DJ Brian Jones came highly recommended. Brian was so great to work with! Nothing short of amazing-- DJ Tim Preston was the linchpin of our wedding celebration. Tim started off with a call with my fiancé and myself to understand what we were looking for regarding music, flow and environment. And, he did another check in the week before the big day to confirm details. On the day of, Tim kept everyone engaged, dancing, and having a blast throughout the evening. A second marriage for us, we had a large group of family, including our kids and their friends, along with a diverse group of friends (200 of them) which included many different cultures and a wide age group to keep happy. As evidenced by a full dancefloor throughout the night, Tim beautifully covered all bases. Our wedding occurred close to a month ago and our guests are still raving about the great time they had and how much fun they had dancing the night away. Jeff Furnas at MyDeejay was absolutely amazing! He was super responsive in our initial emails, was pro-active to set up a few calls leading up to the wedding, and was really understanding & communicative throughout the entire process. We had a small wedding and were nervous it would make for a sub par dance party. BUT, DJ Evan absolutely delivered and had everyone dancing all night long. We love so many different types of music and he was able to mix together the perfect playlist that totally captured our vibe and kept the party going. All of our guests cannot stop raving about the time they had and how they haven’t danced like that in years, or even at their own weddings. Well, what can I say... here's another 5-star review coming your way. We were married on April 1, 2023 (no joke) and worked closely with DJ Brian Jones. OMG, there aren't enough positive words to say about him and the service he provided us with. Not only was he absolutely pleasant to work with, but he listened to every single detail that we requested of him and implemented it. I did not realize until the next morning that I never sat down. I, literally, danced the entire evening. Brian was so observant of my guests on the dance floor that he knew exactly when to slow things down, speed them up and throw a little mix in between. I kid you not when I say that I received so many compliments from my guests as to how fantastic he was. I seriously could have not asked for a better DJ. And, let's face it, we'll all know the DJ/Band will either make or break a wedding. Brian was EVERYTHING I had read about in previous reviews and then some and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I promise you it will be the best decision you ever make... next to marrying your significant of course.

We worked with DJ Brian Jones, and he was absolutely incredible! He kept our guests dancing all night long, just as we'd asked, and he was great about picking music for parts of the night that we didn't have specific music in mind for (like as guests arrived and as guests enjoyed cocktail hour). I cannot say enough great things about DJ Van Petty! We started with a zoom call, in which he was a great listener, asked questions that we didn't even think about (like music during dinner and if we wanted to fade out our songs), and was super personable. I am shy, and he made me feel very comfortable and even made suggestions that suited my needs. On our wedding day, he was there early, had everything set up, and played the music exactly as we envisioned. Definitely book him for your wedding, you won't be disappointed!

My DeeJay was was an amazing partner from Day 1. We were paired with Brian and could not have been happier! He listened to what we were looking for, took our ideas and helped guide us to what ended up being an incredible night. It was so easy to set up meetings with him along the planning process as well. We had music both during the cocktail hour, the beginning of the reception and eventually on the dance floor. Brian was able to read the room and match the energy to the song. Brian from MyDeeJay was fantastic! Our wedding was 12/2022 and service was very reasonably priced for everything MyDeeJay provided and did for us! Brian spoke with us when we first hired the service to get a feel for how we want the day to go music wise. Then he followed up again a few weeks before the wedding to get into the nitty gritty details. The website MyDeeJay uses for you to input all the songs you want or don’t want is a little confusing and old, but it gets the job done. And the work was worth it because Brian did a great job of mixing the whole day! He was also able to provider lapel mics during the ceremony and all the speakers for the day. We were in three locations across the venue property during the day and he was a champ and was able to get everything set up for all the different locations. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian and the MyDeeJay team for your wedding or other events!

We had our 12.29 wedding at the Athenaeum in Old Town and DJ Evan was INCREDIBLE! First, it was very important for all our vendors to be LGBTQ inclusive — and that is exactly what MyDeejay stands for. Beyond this Evan is simply excellent at what he does— first he has the voice of a radio show host, and the personality to match. He guided us in the process, made everything simple and easy, and mostly created and led a playlist that made the wedding amazing. Every person we talked to after the wedding said the music was ON POINT. Look no further — because you simply can’t find anyone better.

MyDeejay was a wonderful vendor to work with for our wedding, particularly Frank who was our DJ. It was clear Frank has years of experience doing this, and he worked with us from day one being incredibly responsive to ensure that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception went flawlessly. We had a full dance floor all night, and had family who never dance up the entire time! Frank was also nice enough to sit on calls with other vendors and us to help navigate the more "technical" convos and determine if additional equipment was necessary, which it ended up not being since he had everything needed and saved us money in the long run.

Brian was an absolute ROCKSTAR at our wedding! We weren't really sure how to go about finding a DJ, but MyDeeJay made the process so easy. We just added our music tastes and the vibe of our wedding, and we were paired with Brian pretty quickly. After our initial meeting, it was clear that he would be the ideal DJ for our wedding. I didn't want to give too much direction, but I did share a couple playlists as a starting point. He ran with those playlists and made the entire night so fun! We got constant compliments about how packed our dance floor was the entire night, and that's all thanks to Brian!

My deejay is absolutely the way to go! We had the pleasure of working with DJ Jeff and he is the best! He was super helpful and flexible with everything leading up to the wedding night! He also kept checking in with us throughout the evening to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything. We gave him two Spotify playlists that we love and let him have all the freedom. He was feeling out the crowd and adjusting accordingly and he did a fabulous job! Every one of our guests said it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever attended! We owe that to DJ Jeff!! He’s not just a great DJ but a great person as well! He handed us a snack as we passed the cocktail hour during our photography time to make sure we weren’t starving. My husband ended up with an injury t words the end of the evening and Jeff was offering assistance and even check in on us a few days later. I would absolutely recommend DJ Jeff for every event!!

DJ Van was incredibly meticulous and detailed when discussing our music choices (which ranged from EDM to Rap to Reggae/Soca) and he checked in frequently to make sure we included everything we wanted. The MyDeeJay team helped us determine which one of their DJs would be a good fit for us based on the type of music we were interested in and the approach we were hoping our DJ would take to our wedding. We are happy that we were matched with Chuck! Chuck was very willing to meet with us to discuss the music we liked, what we were hoping our DJ would do, the schedule for our wedding, etc. He was laid back, kind, and straightforward. He was also really patient and open to our ideas. We had a lot of songs we hoped to play and he carefully reviewed them to make sure he had the right versions and everything was available to him. He even worked with my husband to create a custom mix of a song for the mother-son dance at the wedding (which was a huge hit!). He was also willing to learn how to operate lights so we could have a light show toward the end of the reception. On the day of the wedding, he arrived on time and made sure everything was set up efficiently. His DJ table was actually very compact and simple, so it didn't distract from the dance floor or venue. He had everything queued up and ready to go so we were able to keep to our schedule as planned. He was enthusiastic and made announcements without taking on an over-the-top/entertainer type persona, which is exactly what we hoped. My husband and I didn't leave the dancefloor all night (and we probably should have)! Everyone had a great time dancing and we received a lot of positive feedback from our guests. We can't say enough good things about MyDeeJay, and especially Chuck!

MyDeeJay was fantastic to work with for our wedding. Extremely professional, including 3 completely different set-ups for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. It's been 3 months since our wedding and guests continue to rave about DJ Brian Jones. He kept the dance floor alive all night long! We appreciate that he took the time to review our timeline and learn the pronunciation of all names in the wedding party. DJ Brian made sure to play our favorites while we were on the dance floor and incorporated a fantastic mix of wedding classics and modern hits. MyDeejay was great - they're really helpful and have plenty of experienced DJs. They will pair you with someone who matches your style and preferences. They matched us with DJ Van Petty, who was absolutely incredible. Van was so much fun! He got to know us (and my very opinionated family) on multiple video calls before the wedding and absolutely nailed it. He played a perfect mix of the songs we specifically requested and the right songs for the vibe. Multiple guests remarked that they couldn't remember going to a wedding that got so many people on the dance floor for so long. Van is the best, couldn't recommend him enough!

Having a great dance floor was a must for our wedding. DJ Van made that dream come true. I would absolutely recommend MyDeeJay's wedding services. The whole team was incredibly responsive and helpful from the start, and it was easy to get matched up with Evan Reitmeyer and sign the contracts needed. The company is great and easy to work with, and on top of that Evan is spectacular! He worked with us ahead of time to make a custom cut of our first dance song, and the version he created was exactly what we were looking for. Because he went above and beyond to help us, our first dance was even more perfect and magical! Evan has such a kind and fun personality. He took the time to talk with my husband and I to learn what our style was, what our guests would be comfortable with, and how to make our friends and family really dance. He was masterful in how he wove together songs to fit different age groups in our audience. He found a way to work in Toby Keith, Old Town Road, some classic oldies tunes, and Cascada in a seamless way. He is truly a master of his craft, and we loved every minute of our reception thanks in large part to Evan's work!
