The trial helped ease my nerves because I got to preview my look and Kaelyn was very collaborative during the process. I will add that I am 38 with very fair, combination skin. I also wear very little makeup on a daily basis and never wear foundation so it was important to me to achieve a look that was more natural and simply emphasized my features and gave me a nice glow. Kaelyn was super professional and helpful from our very first conversation. She is CLEARLY a professional and knows what she's doing. I trusted her implicitly. She took great care (and time!) during our trial to ensure that I looked exactly as I wanted to look (spoiler alert: I thought I looked better than I ever could lol!) and was super prepared on wedding day to give me that exact look while staying on time. Kaelyn is super down to Earth and you will feel like you've known her forever. She's very easy to talk to and will immediately put you at ease. was very worried I would not look like myself with my makeup professionally done. Kaelyn listened to my concerns and was so patient and flexible during our trial to create a look I adored! When it came to day of my wedding, Kaelyn and her associate flawlessly handled myself (the bride), 6 bridesmaids, and 2 moms. Each girl got to decide what kind of look they wanted, and none were disappointed with what Kaelyn put together! Kaelyn was efficient, took time to clean equipment, and helped all the ladies feel and look their best. I was especially blown away when she stepped in to help do one of my bridesmaid’s hair when things with my hairstylist were not going according to plan. My makeup (airbrush) held up for hours while outside for pictures in 80 degree Cleveland heat, and while dancing the night away. You won’t go wrong working with Kaelyn!

now where to start. Upon sending inquiry notes through The Knot to a handful of vendors, Kaelyn immediately made an impact on me through her amazing customer service. Her response to me was not just a 'template' or a list of pricing. It was a survey for her to learn more about me and then set up a call to personalize our conversation around my vision for my Wedding Day. Coming from the Hospitality industry, I was drawn to this level of service and her commitment to customize my experience so that it met my needs, not simply a standard offer of services. She maintained this level of service throughout the entire experience. She was on top of scheduling touchpoints, my make up trial and the day-of plans. She was timely in her responses to my emails, sending updated proposals/contracts and made coordinating payments easy. Her professionalism through it all gave me a level of confidence that I knew would be carried through to our Big Day. I knew I needn't worry about everything running on time or the ladies in my life not having a good experience. Everything was RIGHT on time and even the ladies that were nervous to have someone else do their make-up were very pleased with their results. I had a 12 hour wedding day and my airbrush makeup lasted all day and I got SOOO many compliments that I still looked like myself and glammed up for our big day! Highly recommend!

Even when you feel like you have jumped in a pool because it is so hot, somehow your face doesn't and it is some sort of sorcery magic. Kaelyn was also incredibly easy to work with. I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID-19 and she was incredibly understanding and flexible and was so communicative as things were up in the air. I am going to miss having Kaelyn do my makeup as I have been seeing her so frequently! She also did an amazing job with a schedule for our large bridal party and we were all ready and looking fabulous with time to spare for touch ups! Then, she met with me in person for an hour to chat about what I wanted and my vision for the day. , as I live in another state and was not back very often. On the day of the wedding, we started at 7AM to be ready for the ceremony and worked with Kaelyn and an assistant. They we both wonderful people to work with and everyone's makeup turned out great! I almost never wear makeup and that was pretty much the only thing I told her, giving almost no direction because I don't know anything about makeup. I felt comfortable in my makeup and got many compliments on it, everyone said I still looked like me, which is what I was going for. Kaelyn was a joy to work with and I would absolutely recommend her!

was GORGEOUS! I texted her right away to see who did it and got all of Kaelyn's info. I emailed her back shortly after that to inquire and the rest is history...just kidding, kind of, but here are the things I loved about working with Kaelyn: 1. She was super prompt emailing me back, like a couple hours. A lot of the other artists I reached out to took FOREVER…hello wedding anxiety! She sent me her pricing right away and was very transparent which I loved. Any bride knows that "request a quote" is probably the worst thing ever. 2. She was very flexible with scheduling trials and listened to what I wanted. I was super nervous for my trial because I have never liked my makeup after I have gotten it professionally done and I don't wear that much makeup (I'm a tomboy at heart). She listened to my concerns and created a face that wasn't too heavy and I still looked like me. When I told her I wanted to second trial to try something slightly different she was totally open and willing to try it out! 3. On the day of the wedding Kaelyn and her assistant showed up promptly to set up and brought a ridiculous amount of makeup…like basically an Ulta store!! Hello prepared!! They were so professional and honored the time we had and did not go over! This is important because from what I have heard a lot of times things get backed up and then everyone has to rush to get ready…not fun. 4. Lastly, Kaelyn is a great person, very personable and confident which I love. Who doesn't love someone who knows EXACTLY what they are doing!? It was so relaxing knowing I could trust her with my face because, well, it's important! I am so glad I chose Kaelyn for my wedding makeup, I cannot tell you the amount of compliments I received and I loved what I saw when I looked in the mirror.
