ry small and intimate ceremony with friends and family and one of the last times we would see many of them for years (we were moving across the country). Three days into our honeymoon, our photographer called us to inform us that he had lost our wedding photos. We were truly devastated, as that was the one thing that was so important to us about our big day. A year later we decided that we would dress up every year to redo our "wedding photos" and watch ourselves grow old together. We met Mylyn when we booked her to take our anniversary photos on our fourth anniversary. She took our story to heart and truly documented the love we had for one another in a way that no one else had seen. She was heartbroken and even cried with me when I mentioned not having any of the moments with our friends and family. My husband and I decided to renew our vows at five years and Mylyn was the first person we called. We had another intimate ceremony on our favorite beach. Declaring our love for one another, sharing sushi and champagne while laughing loudly with our loved ones, and listening to the roar of the ocean as the sun set. These are the moments I still feel when I look back at the incredible photos that Mylyn took. Every time we flip through our wedding album, tears fill my eyes as I feel every single moment. It's as if it were a romantic dream that I'm able to relive time and time again. I regret not hiring a professional to photograph our wedding. Those are the moments that I will truly miss forever. BUT it led us to Mylyn and it led us across the world to declare our love for one another in a way that I never thought possible. Thank you a million times for being the best photographer I could have asked for! You truly captured OUR story in so many ways!
