Scott and Dwight were absolutely WONDERFUL! They were an absolute joy to work with and they had so much fun with us! You could tell how passionate they are and serious they are on getting the best quality photos. When there were times that we were a little stressed they made us feel comfortable and made us smile! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that wants a personable, reliable experience! THANK YOU so much again guys!

I’m so happy we hired mypic photography their prices are great and the quality of work is priceless. The fact that they let you pay AFTER the wedding was a lifesaver (in case you didn’t know wedding planning is expensive lol🤣). I will reflect back on these photos for years to come.

I could not recommend them enough! Scott and Tyler did a truly amazing job at our wedding! All of the pictures (1300+) were stunning! They are incredibly easy and fun to work worth and make your day effortless. Scott asks you to make a list of family pictures that you want before your wedding which makes that process go really smoothly. They ask you exactly what you want ahead of time and how much of a priority pictures are to you. Pictures were a 10/10 importance for me and they definitely went above and beyond. I honestly cannot thank them enough for making our day even more perfect! A lot of people told me that I didn’t need 2 photographers, but I disagree. They were able to capture every moment beautifully! Thank you Scott and Tyler for making it nearly impossible to pick what pictures I want to print! ❤️

Scott and Tyler were so nice and fun to work with for our wedding! We did the photography and photo booth package. They took over 1,300 photos of our getting ready, ceremony, and reception. They captured our happiness and now we can enjoy it forever! Thank you so much.

Mypic Photography made our wedding day so much more amazing with their exceptional photography skills. They made picture taking fun and were amazing to work with. My pic photography was one of the best decisions we made. We met Scott originally at the bridal show at kings court castle in Canterbury village. He was very personable and polite and it was perfect that his studio was on site! After the meeting and seeing his teams work- we booked him right there. MyPic is very affordable and you get so many fun extras! We ended up getting an engagement session a few weeks after our first meeting which was awesome because we got a change to get to know the photographers that we would be working with on the big day! Tyler and Misty we’re able to get to know us and the photos we were looking for early on and make our pictures an absolute dream. Tyler and Misty are very talented, professional, and truly go the extra mile. After (and during!) our engagement shoot, they got to know us and our interests and I believe you can see that in the final photos. There is not one picture that doesn’t tell our story and who we are as a couple. We were in constant communication and they found out our love for the Disney movie tangled, and brought their own frying pan to re-enact a famous scene from the movie. You will NOT find another photography studio that cares as much as mypic. Scott takes pride in his business. If something was not quite right (there was an issue with the disk that we got) he would take care of it immediately. Although he had another wedding that night and wasn’t one of our photographers, he still came to our wedding offering congratulations and to make sure that everything went exactly how we wanted it. It was also super convenient to get to pay AFTER the wedding! The two weeks before the wedding were so busy with final fittings and final touches, this was truly a gift! Thank you Scott, Tyler, and Misty for a fairytale experience. It was absolutely perfect and I would recommend them to everyone!!

We unfortunately had a very poor experience with Scott. I encourage all Brides to consider other vendors. Despite his references and alleged awards, MyPic was unprofessional and unsatisfactory every step of the way. Our first meeting went fine, but once he had our money service dropped off. We showed up for our engagement shoot to find his office closed and locked. It took multiple tries to get Scott on the phone, and when we did he blamed us, saying we weren’t on his schedule. He finally conceded that he had two scheduling programs and we were only on the one in his office, not his phone. We then had to wait outside, in the heat, while he drove over. He then took us through very boring, cookie cutter photos. Thankfully the shoot was free because we didn’t like any of the photos. When we asked to downgrade our package (not wanting to pay $3000 and risk more bad photos) he was very unpleasant and uncooperative. The day of the wedding I had to spend extra time making lists of family photos we wanted, and guiding him as to what we wanted photos of. He then continued to barge into the closed bridal suite, without knocking, and even took photos of me in a state of undress without asking my consent. That photo made it on to our final disc and I had to remove it before sending the photos to family. It took over a month to get the proofs of our photos, and of the 600 random shots we received, maybe 20 were worth the trouble. To top it all off, after waiting more than three months for our wedding video, Scott mailed it to the wrong city. When I asked him why the DVD hadn’t arrived, he took a very rude tone and sent me the tracking number for the DVDs, stating they had been delivered, and I was wrong. It was then I realized Scott sent the DVDs to Troy, even though we live in Rochester. I knew he had the correct address because we received our wedding photos. When I pointed the error out to Scott he again got defensive. When I asked for another copy of our $1500 wedding video, which we had been waiting on for three months, he said he didn’t have it. When I reminded him how much we paid for the video, and asked for another copy, he refused to respond to my emails. This went on for a week until the DVDs showed up in the mail. The wedding video was shaky, cheesy, didn’t include many of the things we hoped it would, and to top it all off, Scott was all over the video. He can be seen stepping into the frame as I’m walking down the aisle, climbing onto the alter during our vows, and he’s standing between us and our Pastor when we share our first kiss.

I can’t express enough how pleasant Scott and Tyler were from start to the final product ! Alex and I are so pleased with their beautiful creations! Starting from the way Scott was so sweet during his presentation and how awesome Tyler and Scott were during the big day! They are such artists with their photography work! Alex and I couldn’t be happier ! If you are looking for competitive prices with professional quality work, book them now!! Thank you both so much!! ❤️❤️

They did a fantastic job on all the photos and on the album! They were a great presence at the wedding too, helped some of the nervous/upset members calm down and enjoy the day. Only thing I think could be improved at all was the timing of the photobooth - as the bride I only got to use it when the photographer dragged the bride/groom for a together photo. When I wanted to at the end of the night after dessert and first dances it was already being packed up. But all the guests had a great time using it and overall was extremely pleased with all interactions with MyPic Photography!!

Scott and Dewitt did a great job! got lots of pictures. The only thing I wish could have been different is the amount of time we were taking pictures seemed like the whole wedding that we were pulled away from the guests and also how one of my guests was treated by Dewitt outside. My cousin is a professional photographer and she surprised me and my husband and said she wanted to make us a wedding album with her pics. She came outside to find out where we were as we were away from our guests and people were leaving due to us being MIA and she got shooed away by Dewitt being told "that it was only to be the three of us out there. He didn't need help," (it was me my husband, Dewitt and our videographer) She was simply trying to help. Other than that the wedding was good.

Scott was amazing! He really made my experience easy and enjoyable. When it comes to customer service, he went above and beyond my expectations. My photography package included a photo booth but it wasn't available for my wedding date. He offered to find another vendor for me so I could still have a photo booth at my wedding and was able to price match his price with the other vendor. My photography package also included two photographers and on the day of my wedding one of them wasn't able to show. The other photographer went ahead and found someone to help capture my day. I was surprised and VERY happy to have two photographers for my wedding. I highly recommend Scott and his team for wedding photography and engagement photos!

Our first meeting with Scott was great. I wanted to make sure we used as many local vendors as possible since we were from out of town. We started our adventure with beautiful engagement pictures which at first we thought we only wanted to snap a few to make a save the date but realized quickly on the wedding day how much it helped our day flow. Scott, Charlie and Ty were all AWESOME! As an event planner by trader going into the day I was nervous I'd be stressed and constantly looking over my checklist. I appreciated their assertiveness and direction most of all. I told them early in the day that we were open to any of their suggestions for poses or on site locations to take pictures. We haven't gotten our pictures just yet (it was only a couple days ago!) but I'm sure they're going to be amazing. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience I have ever had. Our photographer, Charlie, was extremely short and not cordial at all. All of the wedding party commented on his rudeness. Whatever, he's there to do a job, not be our friend. I never received notification that our pictures were available online, even though I had called the week prior. When I realized that the photos were online, I found it odd that there was no password. I was disappointed in the quality of the pictures taken, and even more disappointed in the lack of professionalism when I expressed my disappointment to Scott, the owner. He was extremely unprofessional, never expressed any sort of apology for the poor quality of photos, only arguments as to why the pictures were good. The photos of our toast all have my husbands head cut off, and the one that doesn't has the focus on the champagne flutes, which are cut off. His response was "It's called artistic". Our disk arrived in a cracked case with scratches on it, due to being shipped in a plain envelope, with my husbands name spelled incorrectly. When I called Scott the day after our unusable disk arrived, I still did not receive any sort of apology, just a statement of "I send disks all the time and that never happens". He told me that I was difficult and I have great photos. Every one of the pictures taken at our ceremony has the sun in someone's eyes and is unsuitable for hanging on the wall. This is on top of all of the missed shots. Also, there is the false advertisement. The website clearly states that, other than your deposit, nothing is due until two weeks after your wedding. This is a lie, as the photo booth payment was due by the day before the wedding. Also, the card that came in the mail with our disk clearly says online proofing is for 60 days, when our gallery expires less than sixty days after our wedding date. Did Scott do anything to rectify the situation? He sent new disks with full resolution photos and a code for some free prints. He was more concerned with being right than acknowledging any error on their part. I feel as though as soon as they got our money, they were done concerning themselves with us. I should have run for the hills when he asked what color sapphire was. Positives? TJ was great and got some amazing shots of the guys, and the photo booth was a hit, with the girl running it being very professional and friendly. Bottom line, there are too many great photographers in the metro Detroit area to deal with poor customer service and a mediocre product. In an industry where a service is being provided perception is reality, and telling someone they are being difficult for being disappointed in a service you provided is completely unacceptable.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these guys. Missed shots, HORRIBLE quality pics. Over 1000 pics and NOT 1 good enough to print. Very disappointing and customer service is just as bad as their pics. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

5/5 Great experience! For the wedding, we worked with Scott plus one additional photographer. Having 2 photographers was absolutely amazing. The price fit perfectly in our budget and both photographers were a ton of fun to work with. They were super relaxed and able to go with the flow of things, especially since our family went a little crazy with asking for a million different pictures. The Photo Booth was great and the quality was pretty good too. We have a TON of photos.. way more than necessary but it was really nice that we have a bunch to choose from AND we got our photos back pretty quickly.

Perfect from beginning to end. Charlie and TJ were our photographers and they were awesome. They were both very professional and helpful. They had many suggestions for pictures which were great. The day started off rainy but it didn't matter. We just got our pictures and we LOVE them. Lots of variety. The photobooth was a big hit and TJ was so great helping out with the Polaroid station I had set up next to the photobooth. Great guys, great pictures and great value. I can't thank them enough!!

Book MyPic photography for your wedding, you will not regret it! Scott went above and beyond to make sure that everything we wanted was accommodated for! The value for what was in our package was exceptional. We were supposed to get 2 photographers in out package and Scott showed up with 3! They all captured some amazing shots. At the end of the night we needed Scott to stay a little longer and capture some more pictures because the reception was running a little behind schedule and he stayed a little longer with no problem. My mother requested a special picture that she had taken for her wedding at the same church and wanted us to have the same picture. Scott put one of the other photographers up to it and he did it beautifully. We also had a photobooth and all the wedding guests loved it! You will not be let down with MyPic photography to capture the memories of your special day!!!

Overall I am pleased with the MyPic Photography and Scott was good to work with. My Pic Photography was within my budget and the fact that they had two photographers was a plus for us. I feel like they did a great job of capturing our wedding. They were professional and seemed to enjoy what they were doing at the same time. I rated them a 3 in quality and value, because when we received our prints they were not the best. The pictures seemed dull and my head was cut off in one of them. It was clear that they did not review them before sending and also went with a cheap print job. I called Scott and explained my disappointment. He was very short with me. However, he did have them reprinted and they were much better which I appreciated. In addition, when I had them printed, I noticed that I was not able to print a lot of them in an 8x10 or larger because it made them blurry. This is upsetting considering the amount of money we spent. I rated them a 3 in responsiveness and professionalism. Overall Scott was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The reason I only gave them a 3 is because they were about 20 minutes late to the wedding. This is HUGE. They did not take any pictures of us getting ready. This is disappointing and they acted as if they weren't late and with no apologies. In addition, I had ordered them sandwiches for dinner, along with the other vendors. The reason for this is because I thought it would be easier for them to eat sandwiches and I thought they would be grateful that we were providing them dinner. They told the waitress that they do not do sandwiches and refused to eat them. This is something that I should not have had to think about on my wedding day. Just silly.

My family can been a bit crazy at times. Our wedding photographer, Charlie from Mypic was fantastic! He loves his job, very creative and was most helpful keeping my crazy family and wedding party in check. He captured moments we were not expecting and kept it fun. We LOVE our wedding photos and very much request you ask for Charlie. Thank you!
