Mystic Creek’s in-house catering staff will work with you to design creative, gourmet menus that will delight you and your guests with every bite. Catering options include buffets, cocktail receptions, desserts, hors d’oeuvres, plated dinners, and stations, along with servers and items such as china, flatware, glassware, and linens. If you desire bar service, they supply a range of drink selections, including champagne for toasting; house beer, wine, and liquor; and premium and specialty drinks, with the option for open or cash bars. My experience with Mystic creek personally has not be great. I set my date with them 12 months ago and now 3 months before my wedding had to switched venues. I live 8 hours away so...
I specially value good communication and Transparency, which I feel Mystic Creek (Kathy) fell short on. When touring the venue a couple weeks ago, she walked me around showing me where the DJ’s going to set up,where the guest book going to go and I told her that I wasn’t going to do assigned seating seating, which she seemed okay with. We got to the end and she asked if that was it (I felt like she was pushing me out the door), I told her I wanted to sit down and talk about the menu, so we did. Once we sat down she informed me that because of Covid restrictions we couldn’t have a guestbook table,everything had to be assigned seating, we could not have pictures sitting out of us because people make “congregate” around them along with NO DANCING. Which was the last thing I would have taken from the tour because she didn’t mention any of that. Three months out from my wedding day and I’m just hearing about this now? I truly feel like if I would not have sat down and wanted to talk over details I would not known any of this until a couple weeks before my day. The price is right, but not worth working with deceptive people. She even made a comment to me that she didn’t want to say anything to anyone because so much can change (which is true), but that she strongly believes that the no dancing rule, and congregating rule were here to stay through the season. Luckily I was able to get my down payment back because of the current (at the time) restriction of only 10 people allowed at a wedding reception. I understand rules are rules and that people interpret and enforce the rules differently, but I think having open communication, honesty and transparency is important. From day one I have felt as though my business was not valued or wanted at Mystic and I highly recommend skipping this location and working with someone you trust and someone who wants to make your day just as special as you do!

with. The ceremony site we used the gazebo. All guests are brought out via a golf cart. Not that it is a distance to walk but just such a unique way to go to a wedding. The Bride is placed in a Limo golf cart that is covered and her entrance is not viewed to all right until she steps out to walk the aisle. We had many items we brought in for our event and never a problem. Oh and the price was amazing.

er, Tracy, was such a pleasure to work with. The hall was decorated beautifully as well as the outdoor ceremony site. The whole experience was wonderful. I did not hear one bad comment about the place/staff/food from any of my guests. My guests actually can't stop talking about how great everything was at Mystic. I highly recommend this vendor for any wedding based on the how well EVERYTHING went, and on top of it all, it was very affordable.
