They were so nice about the last-minute request and so easy to work with to arrange for a celebration cake and also four different cupcake flavors for our guests (red velvet, dark chocolate, and funfetti), including one flavor (white chocolate) that was gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and still just as delicious as every other flavor (in fact, it was the only cupcake flavor that had no leftovers at the end of the night)! Their flavors were exceptional as was their buttercream frosting. Cannot recommend the red velvet highly enough. We so appreciated their help especially given how last-minute our needs were - we'll be going back to them next year for our first anniversary celebration cake!

So, I knew several months before even beginning to plan my wedding that I wanted our dessert to come from here! And of course- Amber and her team provided us with cupcake perfection! I chose a well-rounded selection of some of my favorite flavors, as well as a cake for our “cake-cutting ritual.” One of the most frequent comments we got from our friends and family after the event was HOW GOOD THE CUPCAKES WERE! We were also able to offer a gluten-free and vegan option, which many of our guests appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough- whether you are looking for a cake vendor for your wedding/event, or just passing through town… these are some of the best cupcakes you will ever have!

tions for our dessert table. They were very easy to work with and very cooperative with the plenty of changes I made to the order! The cupcakes were the most delicious desserts I have had in my life! We got chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, and I created a toasted marshmallow (which was the hit of all the cupcakes). We got the mini donuts which were gone in the blink of an eye. I had most of the dessert table set up before they arrived and they brought some rentals and put their finishing touches on everything and the table looked absolutely stunning! The cake was gorgeous and just as I wanted, and absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to eat our frozen slices on our anniversary. We ordered so many cupcakes thinking we would have a decent amount left over and they were so delicious that we hardly took home less than a dozen! We had a good amount of gluten free folks and the gluten free cupcakes were also to die for! Best gluten free myself and others have ever had! Overall this was one of the best decisions I made in creating my vendor team for my wedding! I can’t recommend them enough! We will definitely be back for future anniversaries to celebrate!

I live 2 1/2 hours away from them and couldn’t bring myself to make the drive for some desserts I was not even choosing for the day-of. I think I honestly just missed the event of actually going to do a tasting in-person. Other than that, I loved working with them! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants delicious desserts with a cute aesthetic!

Amber was easy to work with from start to finish. One thing to note, The Cupcake Gypsies offer a rotating tasting sampler each week. It may not be possible to taste your exact choice if it’s not present in a sampler or you miss the week it’s available.

The only downfall was that we were unaware the cake was mostly frozen or else we would have let it sit out a bit to thaw before trying to do our cake cutting into a mostly frozen cake :( Otherwise, communication was great and the pricing was affordable! Very pleased and would definitely recommend The Cupcake Gypsies :)

We had hardly any leftovers at the end of the evening and our guests couldn't stop talking about how great their desserts were. Our cake table also featured my grandmother's 60+-year-old china and Amber treated it with such grace - our table looked phenomenal! We can't wait to have another slice of wedding cake on our anniversary next year.

s because we ordered 3 different types of cupcake flavors and they got one wrong. It wouldn't have been a big deal except it was our number 1 flavor choice. Highly recommend getting mexican hot chocolate. We plan on getting my 30th birthday from them so if you want deliciousness choose them!!

I changed my mind a couple of times and emailed back an forth with Amber and she was very quick to respond and was able to do just what I wanted. I did have a couple of issues with finding the location so DO NOT type Cupcake Gypsies into Google Maps because it will not take you to the store! You MUST enter the exact store address: 415 N. Cleveland Ave, Loveland, CO. (This is something that can probably be fixed by contacting Google Maps.) I was frantic because the store was closing in 20 minutes and I could not find it and could not call since they do not provide a phone number. Finally after asking a few businesses in the area that did not know where it was we just walked around the block and finally found it. A good tip would be to add this to this information to the website. I did notice afterwards that at the bottom of the emails they do tell you where the store is *facepalm*! Other than that the most important thing was the cake was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! It was so beautiful and so moist and delicious! It was exactly what I was looking for and more. They really do pay attention to every detail. I really loved it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom cake!

wn, even amidst the pandemic. We brought a couple friends along and we sampled 2 dozen cupcakes between the 4 of us. Every single one of them was delicious - not dry, full of flavor, and we couldn't tell the difference between Gluten & GF. For our wedding, we chose Citrus Blossom, Caramel Stout, and Unicorn Dream (reg and GF) and they were all devoured. We added delivery service and they were able to individually pack the cupcakes into plastic containers we provided as a COVID-19 precaution. We could not have asked for better service or cupcakes! We hope to order some more to celebrate our first anniversary.

g about 60 guests due to Covid and there were NO LEFT OVERS. They delivered and set everything up beautifully. Our cutting cake was also exactly how we wanted it. Amber and her sister do amazing work and your guests will certainly thank you!

I've been in their store and tried their gluten free and vegan bakes and they're just as good as the regular varieties. I would 100% recommend them and would love to work with them again in the future.

3 different flavors of mini cupcakes, an 8" two layer single tier cake, and some brownie bars. It was impossible to find any leftovers to take home. We had a tasting with them back in February so we already knew that we had made the right choice with them. I even ordered a cake for my birthday because I just couldn't wait for the wedding! We will definitely be back for more!

Our guests LOVED the cupcakes – only 6 of 60 were left (and we only had 60 guests)! And our cake was to-die-for. We chose the Fiesta Picante and Matcha Pop for our cupcakes, and the Hipster's Joy for our cake. Everything was phenomenal, unique, and delicious. We would highly recommend Cupcake Gypsies!

We had 4 different flavors for cupcakes, and another flavor for the wedding cake. They were all SO. GOOD. We also love that this is a local family owned business because they do care about making your wedding day special. 10/10 will be eating more cake from Cupcake Gypsies in the future. Definitely hire them for your wedding! (And invite me, so I can eat more cupcakes)

was much appreciated. Unfortunately, we weren't able to go in and sample our cupcakes before our wedding. The birthday cake cupcakes turned out amazing! However, our German chocolate cutting cake was so dry we actually ended up having one piece at the reception and ended up having to toss the rest of it. We're bummed we don't have anything to dig into on our anniversary! Overall, great service and awesome flavors just flopped on our actual cake.

They offer a vast array of unique and mouth-watering cupcake options that our guests devoured! They also offer gluten free and vegan cupcakes which was great and allowed all of our guests to enjoy dessert. We chose a simple flavor profile for our wedding cake - champagne cake with a beautiful, magenta ombre vanilla buttercream icing - and both of our eyes lit up when we did our "first bite" together! Not having a chance to eat more cake was one of the things we were bummed about at the end of the night! Our leftover cupcakes were boxed up and we were able to take them to a post-wedding picnic the following day where they were finished off. The Cupcake Gypsies are a delicious way to offer variety to your guests for an extremely reasonable cost!
