Michael and Valencia of Mythical Moments Made by Infinitiea were absolutely amazing! From the beginning, they were thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to bringing our wedding vision to life. They helped us identify inconsistencies in our venue contract and gaps in our DJ’s schedule that we may not have noticed on our own.
They were always available, responsive, and willing to assist, even outside our scheduled meeting times. Their planning website was also extremely helpful for keeping our tasks organized and making sure we stayed on track throughout the process.
During our rehearsal dinner and wedding day, Michael and Valencia did a wonderful job keeping everything on schedule and helping us remain calm and focused. When unexpected issues arose, including hotel room complications and weather concerns, they quickly made accommodations. They coordinated with the venue and our vendors, so my wife and I didn’t have to worry or stress.
Their professionalism, attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine care made such a difference in our wedding experience. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did to help make our special day beautiful and successful. Vel and Micheal helped us so much during our wedding in 2023. We had many cultural details to include, and sometimes it felt like a lot. The best part for us was the client portal. Everything was in one place , our tasks, vendor information, timeline, and messages. We did not feel lost or confused because we could always log in and see what was next! It made planning feel organized, tailored list of tasks, and less stressful.
We always felt like we were collaborating with trusted partners who has gone through the family objections. They were so excited that it also felt like we relived our wedding day the 2nd time after an amazing post wedding revisit of our videos and photos. We truly felt supported and understood.
