She and her assistant, Kimmy, also did hair and makeup for my mom, mother-in-law, and three bridesmaids, and somehow kept everyone calm, on schedule, and looking amazing. She knew exactly when to listen to me... and when not to, especially when I insisted I did not need hair extensions. She gently disagreed, convinced me to trust her, sent the perfect color match recommendation, and of course, she was completely right. The final look was fuller, softer, and photographed so much better than I imagined. Everything lasted through happy tears, Charleston humidity, and a full night of dancing. I felt confident, comfortable, and never once worried about touch-ups. I’m so grateful for Nabia’s talent, honesty, and ability to save me from my own bad extension decisions. 2 different needs. Each of our discussions were extremely detailed and I always left our chats feeling very confident she understood my needs and knew exactly how to get it done. She and her team are miracle workers. They were extremely patient with me and my ladies when it felt like everything was pure chaos with our schedule and people not coming last minute. They were so easy going and professional! They transformed all my ladies into the true queens they are. Everyone felt so confident and radiant without feeling like they were fully painted up. Nabia helped give me 2 very different looks where I still felt like myself in each one. She also helped pin me into all my Indian jewelry and dupaatas which is never an easy task. I threw her a curve ball on day-off wanting to pivot my hair from our trial based on a hair vine i found and wanted to use, and she didn't miss a beat. I felt like I was sparkling each day but still recognized myself in all of my pictures. I would truly not recommend anyone else - she's a genius and a master of her craft. I would book her again in a heartbeat. Hell, I probably will!

Everything was flawless my base looked smooth and natural, my eyes were stunning without being overdone, and it photographed beautifully in the beach lighting. Nothing melted, nothing shifted… it stayed perfect the entire day. And my hair?? THROUGH the ocean breeze, humidity, outfit changes, and all the dancing it did not move. Like at all. I was shocked. Beyond her talent, she brought such a calm, organized energy to the morning, which honestly made the whole getting-ready process feel so much more special and stress-free. Nabia's soft glam romantic style was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for as I wear very little makeup normally and I wanted more of a Classic Hollywood Glamour look for my wedding day. As I mentioned previously, since I wear very little makeup I was a little nervous as to how I would look at the end, so I highly suggest that if you are like me and are unsure as to how you will look like exactly makeup-wise, please do book a trial makeup preview for yourself because it helps to see as you are in the process if certain looks are your style or if you want to see a different look completely. For example, it helped me with noticing things that needed improvement such as my combination skin. Overall, the makeup held up remarkably well for many hours, but because I have a very oily T-Zone I asked Nabia if she had anything that would help better seal the makeup but also provide a soft dewy / opalescent look because a lot of my wedding attire and accessories were iridescent. I also asked her to lengthen my eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil as I find they are too short for my naturally round face shape, and I also asked for a more dramatic lip color which ended up on a beautiful, deep plum. On my wedding day, because of the trial, all of the makeup application was way less stressful, quick, and precisely what I wanted. And additionally, as a testament to the quality of the products Nabia uses, it did first rain quite a bit in Savannah on our day, but then, it cleared up and honestly, you can't tell in my wedding photos because it stayed on flawlessly the entire day, which I was so incredibly grateful for! Nabia also did my hair and used some extensions that I provided to give my natural shoulder-length hair a perfectly coiffed bridal hairstyle and not only could you not tell that they were extensions added, but she also pinned my veil so well that it did not budge one bit even though I was carrying a cathedral length veil everywhere to prevent it from getting too wet in the rain. Nabia even helped me out with getting ready as I really could not have been able to get into my wedding dress all by myself without help and I will be forever grateful for her immense kindness and patience! I can also say that I am so pleased with all of my beautiful wedding photos! And they are even more special because I don't normally take pictures. Also, my husband was completely speechless when he first saw me, and it felt like he saw me all over again even though we have known each other for almost twenty years! You have no idea how profoundly moved I was, and it really was because of your hard work, so please accept my gratitude for this as well!
