I had a great experience with Nadia and her team! They made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. I did a trial a few months prior to the wedding which helped me feel com...
fortable with the hair/makeup artists and gave me a better idea of what I was looking for, highly recommend it! For the wedding day itself, I had 7 people get makeup services (including myself) and 6 people get hair services (including myself). Candice, Vanessa and Julia were all very professional during our getting ready morning. They all arrived on time, created a fun atmosphere and created great work! They also all finished early which was helpful for our timeline. The hair and makeup lasted all day, even on a very hot and humid summer day.
I’m not giving 5 stars only because I wasn’t initially planning to have 3 hair and makeup artists. When initially communicating with Nadia, it was discussed based on my potential timeline that I would have 2. Then when my getting morning schedule was created, a 3rd artist was added which then increased the amount I needed to pay. When asked for clarification, Nadia was honest in saying it was only to help with my timeline and I did have the option to go back to 2 artists as my initial contract stated. I ended up agreeing to keep 3 artists only to make sure we stayed on time. This was the only hiccup I had; otherwise, I am very happy with this vendor!

as such a pleasure to work with as the makeup artist and hairstylist for myself and my mom. She asked detailed questions about the looks we were hoping to achieve and was really receptive to feedback and any adjustments we wanted to make. On the day of my trial, we both agreed that my desired hairstyle did not look the best on me, and she went above and beyond by completely re-doing a second hairstyle for me. On my wedding day, I asked for several changes to be made to my eye makeup and she delivered perfectly! I felt so beautiful and confident, and my mom was really happy with her look as well. Since I did not have a larger bridal party, I was very appreciative that I was able to schedule services with Nadia/Melisa and that the travel could be made to my venue. My hair and makeup lasted for the whole day - no smudging or reapplications needed, and it looks great in my photos!
10/10 best wedding glam crew ever! My hair and makeup lasted all night and looked flawless. I loved how cohesive the glam looked for my bridal party. I would choose Nadia and her t...

es in a row (after waiting sufficient time in between messages) just to get a response. This should have been my first red flag. My makeup trial was okay, although it did feel rushed and like I was squeezed in, as both the MUA and hairstylist literally ran to a wedding right after we had finished up.
The first big mistake was that the planning for how long services would take/number of stylists needed was way off. There was not enough allotted time, the start time should have been earlier. I would have rather finished early than have dealt with what occurred. I didn’t even have a large wedding party- it was makeup for myself and 4 bridesmaids. Hair was for myself, 4 bridesmaids and my mom. Planning how many stylists and how much time is needed is literally part of the job, and an important one at that.
On my wedding day, the MUA Bianca arrived half an hour late. The reason she came late was because she was speeding and got pulled over. When she arrived, there was no apology and she made excuses saying she “lived far away”. Well of course that’s not something she found out the morning of the wedding and should have been planned for. The first hairstylist rushed through the bridesmaids’ hair. She had to leave at a certain time as well, and another hairstylist, Melissa, came. It was getting close to when the first hairstylist had to leave and she was still working on one of the girl’s hair. She literally told her that “this will have to do”, and messily finished up, even though the hairstyle looked nothing like what my bridesmaid wanted. Melissa, the second hairstylist, did do a great job and was super sweet. I changed what I wanted to do with my hair last minute (day of) and she executed it very well. She also worked hard to try and fix the bridesmaids hair that was not done well by the other artist.
Back to Bianca, she was very slow with completing everyone’s makeup. Again, this should have been kept in mind when deciding who to send for the wedding. By the time she got to my makeup, we were already running so far behind. I was so incredibly stressed at that point, all of the excitement and joy I felt earlier was gone. My makeup did not come out the same as it did in the trial, my foundation appeared orange, and my eyelashes were already partly falling off. But there was literally no time to make revisions. We were supposed to be doing finishing touches around 1:45, and we didn’t even have makeup completed until almost 3. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. My ceremony started at 4, we were supposed to get almost all of the pictures done beforehand, and we weren’t even close to being able to do that. My first look felt rushed, I was super stressed and upset, and it literally ruined my entire experience of the first half of the day. That is a day that I’ll never get back and it was due to something totally out of my hands. When you book a vendor, you are trusting that they will take your special day just as serious and important as you do. But they certainly did not. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did!
Nadia and her entire team were absolutely FABULOUS!! Not only are they incredibly talented, but are so knowledgeable, friendly, and a joy to have around on your wedding day.

before booking Nadia’s Beauty Spot, Nadia was more than happy to answer any of my questions and offer suggestions of possibilities for my shorter-length hair. I appreciated her helpfulness before even having a signed contract - you can tell she’s so genuine and loves what she does!
Nadia and Julia’s talent became apparent at my trial, where I didn’t want to change a thing for my wedding, and everything didn’t move an inch all day! I have a very basic daily routine, so wasn’t sure what I wanted, but they were so helpful and I couldn’t believe just how obsessed I was with the results!
On the actual day, Nadia, Julia, and Vanessa brought such positive energy yet calm vibes, getting along so well with everyone, and working so well in sync that we actually finished early! I would highly recommend working with Nadia and team for their wedding, and I know who to reach out to anytime I need professional hair or makeup!

ommunicative, and just so fun to work with. I was floored after my trial. I really don't love wearing makeup, but Nadia's airbrushing technique made it so that I felt comfortable. We discussed some changes after the trial, and by the time my wedding day rolled around, absolute PERFECTION! Nadia, Alexis, and Melisa made all my best girls feel their best on wedding day. Everyone looked stunning. Hire Nadia and her team, that's all there is to it!

Our crew of ladies has a range of different hair, skin, preferences and personal style. Each and every one of us came out looking and feeling so beautiful, so comfortable and so uniquely ourselves on our best day (not to mention all night long!).
Here's the thing every bride should consider. It's an intimate day - and you're inviting your glam team into that space. Julia and Bianca made such a lovely and wonderful addition to our experience. These two are cool, calm, collected, creative, collaborative and FUN. Would refer them to anyone - and yes, I already have.
Thank you, ladies!

wanted and felt comfortable with, and then they did their magic. It mattered to them that we were all comfortable and happy with our final look, and we all definitely were! The entire process from booking to scheduling trials to the wedding day was handled professionally and easily. Do not hesitate to book Nadia and her team. They are great at what they do and worth every penny!

y bridal party and family. From start to finish, their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience a joy.
Nadia and Alexis arrived at my parents' home fully prepared and ready to work their magic. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service was evident from the moment they set foot in the door. The convenience of having them come to our location made the day even more special and stress-free.
I had the opportunity to do a trial for my makeup at Nadia's salon, and I must say, her salon is absolutely lovely. The trial coincided with my bridal shower, and the compliments I received on my makeup were endless. Nadia truly understood my personal style and preferences. As someone who doesn't typically wear a lot of makeup, she provided helpful recommendations and worked with me to achieve a look that felt comfortable yet stunning.
In addition to the makeup, Nadia assisted me in choosing the perfect set of hair extensions, which was a first-time experience for me. Her attention to detail and willingness to find the right match, offering several recommendations, showcased her dedication to ensuring my satisfaction. I wish I lived in the area to have her take care of my lashes all the time!
I must also highlight Nadia's responsiveness throughout the entire planning process. Her prompt and helpful communication made me feel valued as a client. Additionally, her pricing was reasonable, considering the high level of expertise and professionalism she and her team brought to the table.
Overall, I cannot recommend Nadia's Beauty Spot highly enough. The exceptional service, combined with Nadia and Alexis's fun and professional demeanor, created a memorable and enjoyable experience for me and my entire bridal party. If you are searching for a talented makeup artist and hairstylist who truly listen to your needs and deliver stunning results, look no further than Nadia's Beauty Salon.
Thank you, Nadia and Alexis, for making me feel like the most beautiful bride on my special day. Your skills and dedication are unparalleled, and I am forever grateful for the incredible experience I had with you!

ound my day of makeup and hair to be even better. I did take off stars since our makeup artist was late and did not communicate how late she would be or why. She also was much slower than hair was and caused some stress about getting everyone done and me having to change the schedule on the fly since we were off from the 1st person. In addition my mom found her to be rude when we expressed concern about timing. Aside from this we were happy with the final product, just wish she had a better attitude.

ndly - it felt like I was just chatting with a friend about how I envisioned looking on my wedding day, and I so appreciated how warm and laid-back she was during an otherwise stressful pandemic wedding planning process. She was flexible and understanding as my bridal party all decided they wanted hair and makeup at the last minute, and the booking and payment process was always smooth. If you're like me and you're indecisive about how you want your hair and makeup, I highly recommend doing a trial for one-on-one time with Nadia to think through the options that work best - she is very knowledgeable and sensitive to what's important to you. On the wedding day, it was so fun having Nadia's team there with us while we were getting ready! My hair and makeup turned out exactly how I hoped it would, and the airbrush makeup photographed beautifully and didn't budge all day despite heavy rain. I am so grateful for Nadia, Kristy, and the whole NBS team, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Nadia and her team are absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Nadia, Kristy and Bianca. I originally hired Nadia in March of 2020 prior to Covid for our October...
2020 wedding. We ultimately postponed our large ceremony to October 2021 and Nadia was more than accommodating. We did have a mini ceremony in 2020 and Nadia provided hair and make up for that as well as our large celebration this year. Nadia and her team were prompt and professional asking and making sure all the girls were satisfied with their look. At the wedding everyone was commenting on how awesome everyone looked with their hair and make up done. I cannot say enough about the wonderful job they did. Thank you!

ing website and I really wasn't sure what to look for besides price and reading reviews. I decided to have her do my makeup for my engagement session in 2019 to see how it went. Well she did an amazing job but also was just easy to talk to, so I felt immediately comfortable with her. We were lucky to able to retain her when we had to move our date due to Covid. I ended up going back for another 'trial' when I needed my makeup down for a maternity shoot at the end of 2020.
As the wedding got closer she was extremely organized and communicated with me as I had questions, which considering she was planning her own wedding too must have been a challenge! She even sent me a sheet to have all my ladies fill out so she could prepare for what each may want. The sheet was great and super helpful! It asked for photos with and without your daily makeup, what your favorite feature is, what type of skin you have, what makeup you wear regularly.
On the day of the wedding the extra effort showed. All of the ladies looked great and said they loved their make up and a few commented on how quickly she worked!
I has been a bridemaid several times so I've had my makeup done for weddings before, I think Nadia's work was the best I've ever had done!

ts. She traveled all the way to NY for me and was so worth it. My makeup came out AMAZING! I was in love with it the whole day and not only that but everyone else that got their makeup done by Nadia also loved theirs!! Honestly, they were amazing, and I can’t wait to get my hair and makeup done by Nadia for my sisters’ wedding in May.

or my shower which was just a few weeks from when I first contacted her. The makeup was stunning. It felt natural, the air brush was flawless, and Nadia was open to any ideas I had. My makeup lasted all night and well into the next day after my wedding. She is a professional and did makeup for all 8 of us with time to spare before we got on the bus. And most girls got air brush, while other went traditional. She can do it all. I am so grateful she was able to fit me in. I felt beautiful and confident! I received a ton of compliments at my shower and wedding. You can’t go wrong booking her!
