Nadra Photography really tells a story, and that is exactly what we were looking for when hiring a photographer. Leigh also showed us a stunning wedding album created by Nadra Photography, something we decided to add to our package. Leigh is going to be creating thank you cards for us with one of our wedding photos. Based on the sneak peek photos we have received so far, we are in love and we cannot wait for more! Leigh was such a warm presence on our wedding day, and she worked seamlessly with our videography team. She arrived promptly, even a bit early. When we took larger group photos, she gave family members and wedding party members specific directions in order to create the perfect shot. When I became emotional at times, she kept me calm and reassured me to let things happen naturally. Leigh pulled my husband and I at just the right moment to capture some gorgeous sunset pictures. She was super flexible, as I asked her somewhat last minute if she could try and capture a picture of the entire dance floor - and she pulled out her step-stool and did it! We were thrilled that we chose Nadra Photography for our wedding day and we highly recommend this small business for your wedding day!

enjoyed working with them both! Although we have only gotten three photos back so far as a sneak peek (our wedding was only last week!), they are stunning and we absolutely cannot wait for the rest! Enid was patient, incredibly kind and sweet, and made sure to prioritize any pictures and/or locations we requested. I never felt rushed (even when she was making sure to keep us on track with our schedule) or stressed out during photos, and having her around all day just felt natural and comfortable. Nadra Photography in general is also highly respected among other wedding vendors, which we found out quickly! This worked out very well because they worked with and coordinated very well with our dj, officiant, wedding coordinator, venue, etc.

When our plans shifted due to COVID-19 we were again assured that Enid was meant to be part of our day when she didn’t miss a beat in expressing her excitement to be part of our day, despite the new location and downsized celebration. She captured the moments and her her photos tell the story of a day that we could never forget. She shared our passion as we showed her and took photos at our favorite spots in our neighborhood of Charlestown. She connected with our family, caught beautiful moments on camera, and never made us feel like we were posing for that perfect shot; she caught them all on her own! Enid was such a pleasure to work with and we are so glad she was part of our beginning as husband and wife!

We had such a great time taking photos-- even though it was below freezing for our engagement photo shoot! She suggested we do “the first look” and although we were on the fence for quite some time, we never felt pressured one way or the other. In the end we are so glad that we listened to her advice. Doing the "first look" was the best decision, as it is a moment we will treasure forever. We also chose to have our bridal party pictures before the ceremony and we were on somewhat of a time crunch. But Nadra took charge and completed all the various photo-ops that we hoped to achieve. We also took several extended family photos from both sides of our family. Trying to gather these large groups seemed like a daunting task, but Nadra’s great suggestions worked like a charm. Our pictures were beautiful! She was responsive and supportive throughout the entire process, which helped make the day run so smoothly. We were so fortunate to have Nadra as our wedding photographer.

ay-of wedding coordinator so Leigh stepped up to ensure our day ran smoothly and we had plenty of time to get the pictures we wanted without missing all of the fun of our wedding. She was extremely accommodating to all of our wishes. She easily handled working with our three crazy dogs during our engagement pictures on the beach and got our wild family to get through group shots in record time. When we got our pictures back (which only took a month!), I cried because they captured the emotions of the day so perfectly. Thank you again to Leigh and everyone at Nadra for giving us photos we will always cherish!

Leigh met me (bride) at my parents’ house and shot getting ready photos and some wedding details and Jane met my husband at his parents’ hotel and shot getting ready photos there. They then coordinated our arrival at the venue and staged our first look, and after that, the wedding details and the whole day. They made themselves available for photos with anyone we wanted to grab during cocktail hour and our reception, but otherwise took beautiful photos of us and our guests just enjoying the event. In all honesty, hiring Nadra Photography was a bit of a splurge for us and our budget, but we expected we would treasure these photos for the rest of our lives and after seeing the first photos to come out of our day, I’m so happy we chose to work with Leigh.

, and they made every step of our wedding planning process as seamless as possible. For starters - the initial phone conversations. After submitting an online inquiry, Jen reached out and scheduled a phone conversation to provide more information about the team, studio, fees, etc. Afterwards, she helped to set up a phone conversation with Leigh, who would ultimately be our photographer for our engagement session and wedding day. Leigh was completely lovely, warm, down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and it was clear right away that she was excellent at her job and that we were in good hands. My husband and I grew up in Maine, but we live out-of-state for the time being and both have very crazy work schedules, which meant scheduling an engagement session was very challenging. Leigh was patient throughout the entire process and managed to sneak an engagement session in for us on a rainy day two days before our wedding - it was absolutely wonderful. She laughed off the less-than-desirable weather, helped us relax when we had never had professional photos taken of us before, and even accommodated a certain location request that was a bit out of her way at the end of the shoot. It was a pleasure to work with her before our wedding day to allow us to get to know one another a bit more before showtime... On our wedding day, Leigh and Deanna were both so kind and professional in all interactions with us, our family and friends. Despite having put together a very detailed timeline to try to keep my family on task, we managed to get a little bit behind while getting ready, and Leigh kept us focused and caught us back up to our planned timeline, while still managing to get all of the formal portraits done that we had requested (this was a feat in and of itself - we had requested a lot of photos and we both have very large and difficult-to-organize families!). It was a hot and busy day, and Leigh and Deanna worked so hard capturing all of the special moments (particularly those unplanned!) for us... In the several days after our wedding, we received two sneak-peek photos via social media networks, and were blown away by the quality of photos and the emotion conveyed in them. We also received the digital files from our photobooth (which Nadra helped operate for us on our special day!), which were hilarious and beautiful and so much fun to look through. Two short weeks later, we received a gorgeous photo-slideshow, set to music, previewing some more of the incredible moments Leigh and Deanna were able to capture that day. I couldn't even wait until we had received all of our photos to post this review. It is abundantly clear from the previews we received (and the company's website / blog / Instagram, etc.) that their photos are stunning, and we are so excited to see the rest of our images. Most importantly, though, every single interaction with Leigh, Deanna, Jen, Nadra and all affiliations of Nadra Photography staff were warm and professional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hire this team for your wedding photography needs - they will exceed all of your expectations. hen she walked us through the First Look, which is something we originally planned to opt out of doing. Until Nadra talked us through it, the reason why she has her couples doing it, and what it means for the rest of the wedding day. It was beautiful. She just transported us to another world. And honestly, every time we talked to her during our engagement it was like that. Our initial phone call felt like we were just old friends, catching up. Our engagement session in Portland was so much fun, and she just got the most beautiful pictures of us. And the day of our wedding, she really made us feel so comfortable and allowed us to truly enjoy those special moments together without the hustle and bustle of the wedding. She's incredibly talented, compassionate, meticulous, and devoted to her craft and her couples. We are extremely lucky to have gotten to work with her and look forward to keeping in touch and seeing the final product of her hard work. Shout out to Leigh and another photographer who was there helping out the day of as well, we're so grateful for the cumulative efforts and especially for staying cool and getting great shots despite our crazy friends and family!

her assistant arrived early to make sure that we had enough time for all of the photos. I felt completely comfortable around her the whole time and was so thrilled to have her as part of our day. She made sure that we got all of the photos that we wanted and took so many fabulous candids of our guests as well. We got a beautiful slideshow within two weeks of our wedding and had all of the photos back less than a month after our wedding. The photos were just phenomenal. We could not have asked for better photos to remember our special day. I would recommend Nadra photography to anyone!

My Mom and I spent hours looking at Nadra's work online, before we got to see first hand how she tranforms a beautiful moment into a memory that will last forever! At first my husband and I weren't sure if we wanted to have engagement photos taken, but we were so excited to work with Nadra we couldn't wait until the wedding and we were so happy we didn't because our engagement photos are beautiful! The day of our wedding came and Nadra and her assistant arrived with bells on - so excited to be there and capture our special day! They captured moments I didn't even know they were there for, that I didn't even know occurred. We've been married less than 1 month and have already seen a sneak peak at some gorgeous photos and our wonderfully crafted slideshow. Looking at the photos, I can easily relive the special moments from our wedding weekend because of Nadra's ability to capture not just images and beauty, but emotion.
