I can not say enough about how awesome Nahant Country Club is! From day one it was such a great experience. Yasmine and Heather are the best! They help you through everything and make you feel so relaxed through the whole process. The venue is beautiful and all my guest keep talking about how beautiful it is there and the food is awesome!!

My husband and I felt at home with Nahant. They made our whole experience seem like a breeze. They were with us every step of the day. The moment we walked into our reception for our first look, I was absolutely speechless. The vision we had created in our minds had come to life. The food was spectacular. We are forever grateful for Heather and Yazmene and the entire staff. They made our dreams come true.

I cannot say more wonderful things about the Nahant Country Club or its management. From the very first day that we met Yasmene, Heather and Peter, we felt we had been welcomed into the family and we could not have picked a better place to have our wedding. They worked with us closely at each step of the planning, and allowed us the flexibility to customize the day and make it our own, despite many unconventional requests at times from both sides of the family. To start, the venue itself is beautiful, simple and unique, with a classic New England charm. The space is perfectly designed to allow movement between different rooms and spaces during cocktail hour - with a beautiful circa 1930s bar, sun deck patio with plenty of seating and a beautiful lawn and gazebo that we put lawn games on - preventing our guests from feeling confined to one area or being forced to stand. The ballroom itself is breathtaking and is a clean, simple palette that can conform to any style and color. And, finally, the food is bar none - easily the most delicious entrees I have ever had at a wedding with sizable portions. When looking at venues, we were very turned off by more commercial sites that held multiple events at the same time. This place is unique, beautiful and will give you a wedding day you and your guests will never forget!

The vintage look and feel of the Nahant Country Club were exactly what I was looking for in my wedding venue. Out of all the places I toured in MA/NH, this was also one of the more affordable options. Yay! Heather & Yasmene are flexible and allow you to customize many of your options. I don't even think our chosen entree was on the menu! Overall, we had a great day and my vintage style wedding was exactly what I had pictured. Family members still talk about how much fun they had. Plus, the wedding photos at 40 steps beach were STUNNING at sunset.

We had an absolutely wonderful wedding at NCC. Yasmene and Heather were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, both during planning and on the day of the wedding. The venue was absolutely perfect for us: there's a beautiful outdoor garden space where we had the ceremony (but also a very pretty room available in case of rain), a pretty set of rooms for cocktail hour and for guests to sit in during the reception if they don't feel like dancing, and an absolutely gorgeous sunken ballroom for the reception. NCC was able to coordinate directly with the florist, photographer, band, etc., so that everything was set up and ready to go and we didn't have to worry about it. Everything went perfectly on the day of the wedding, thanks mostly to how well managed the whole process was. We have wonderful memories (and pictures!) of our wedding day, thanks to NCC.

First class all the way. Best bang for your buck, friendly and proffesional staff. Been there for every family event since being married there. They make you feel at home and the food is delicious!

My wife and I had an amazing wedding-day experience at Nahant Country Club (NCC). From the time that we chose NCC as our venue, the coordinators were attentive, responsible, and most impressive- genuine. They made us feel incredibly welcome and helped build our dream event. While wedding planning inevitably leads to stress, NCC worked with us to alleviate our issues. Not only was NCC incredibly personable, they were a great value and offered an amazingly beautiful setting. The food was delicious too! While we don't miss the stress of planning a wedding- we do miss our our friends at NCC. Without a doubt, I would whole-heartily recommend NCC for any function!!!

I can not say enough good things about the NCC. During planning, all I heard was how stressful it would be and I had the complete opposite experience thanks to Yasmene and Heather. The day of, Yasmene couldn’t have been more calm, cool and collected and that made for a fantastic day for me. There was not one thing I was stressed over and the venue could not have looked for stunning! If I could go back, I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you Yasmene & Heather!

We had a 100% positive experience at NCC! In fact, my family still uses our wedding as the golden standard and most of that is due to how accommodating, organized, and pleasant Heather and Yasmene were throughout the entire process. The mansion could not be more gorgeous, and the outdoor ceremony space was beautifully green and floral. Everything (including the food) was perfect from start to finish! For the experience we had, NCC is an amazing value! I would recommend NCC to anyone looking!

My husband an I fell completely I love with this venue the second we walked in !! Yasmine & Heather are simply amazing ! This family owned venue gave us everything we wanted in more and it was all in a verrrrry reasonable price range ! The day of my wedding was simply breathtaking & went just as I always imagined as a little girl growing up ! Yasmine & Heather where around and at my side all day whether it was making sure we didn't need anything or yasmine simply telling me this was my day and to basically take it all in and take my time ! Got married on 8/5/17 @ the NCC! Wonderful time! You have access to the bridal suite all day which was awesome! We had been working with Heather for a majority of our wedding planning then on the actual day worked with Yasmene. There were a few little hiccups but she was GREAT at responding. Would highly suggest booking at NCC as it is beautiful, excellent service and overall a great bang for your buck!!!

Our wedding here at the NCC was AMAZING! Yasmene and Heather were great to work with, were easily accessible by email to answer all of our questions, and accommodated allergy concerns for my flower girl by maintaining our entire wedding as nut free. The all-inclusive nature makes this venue so easy to deal with and it was the most affordable option we found! The food was great, the cake was great, and the mansion is beautiful. The bridal suite is a great place to do the "getting ready" photos as well! They brought us up some food and drinks beforehand so we had something in our stomachs, and truly made us feel at home. Nothing bad to say - it went off without a hitch!

From the moment my husband and I walked into the Nahant Country Club we knew that this was our venue. We had originally wanted to get married on the beach, but changed our mind when we saw how gorgeous this venue was. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the venue, all of which are held in various rooms. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue is and how attentive the staff was. Many guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Thank you to Yasmene, Heather and the entire staff at the Nahant Country Club for making not only my husband’s day and mine special, but for our guests as well.

The Nahant Country Club is fantastic! When my husband (!) and I were looking for reception venues, we wanted something that was classic and elegant while being intimate and homey. NCC definitely fit the bill and we loved it from the moment we stepped in! The wedding package they have is really inclusive and very reasonable in comparison to similar venues. The food was absolutely delicious and desserts were out of this world! Yasmene and Heather were also very knowledgeable to all of our questions and very accommodating to all of our ideas. Our reception was everything we dreamt it would be and we loved every minute!

We had our wedding at Nahant Country Club last month and it was absolutely perfect! We spent a long time looking for wedding venues because we were both so picky about what we wanted. But after we looked at NCC, we immediately knew it was going to be our choice. Peter, the owner, showed us around and totally sold us on the place. He was great! We love the atmosphere at NCC and how you get the entire place to yourself on the wedding day. We had the place to ourselves starting at 9am when we started hair/makeup in the bridal suite (which is gorgeous!). We had our ceremony outside by the gazebo. We ended up bringing our own flowers to decorate the aisle way because I felt like it needed something else besides the plants they have there. There is a public tennis court on the property and I was concerned about hearing noises from the tennis court or street traffic, but neither of those ended up being problems at all. You can’t hear any of the street noise from the ceremony area. It was the perfect setting for our ceremony. They also have a backup ceremony room inside, which was really reassuring just in case of rain. There are public beaches two minutes down the road so my husband and I hopped in a car immediately after the ceremony and had some time to take pictures on the beach. The beach area provides some beautiful backdrops for wedding photos! The bar area is beautiful and we loved the idea of having a few rooms and a terrace for our guests to hang out during cocktail hour. There was so much space in the venue—people didn’t have to be stuffed in one room for the entire 6 hours. The ballroom is also really nice. We had about 115 people for our wedding and it felt like the perfect size, although it can certainly accommodate much more than that. You can’t beat the price at NCC. The wedding package they offer makes it a really good deal. For the cost of dinner and drinks, you get so much included, such as centerpieces, personalized place cards and cocktail napkins, champagne toast, wedding coordinator, and wedding cake. The cake is from a local bakery and it was delicious! We had two flavors because my husband and I couldn’t decide on just one. Our guests were talking about how good the cake was the next day. We ended up bringing our own centerpieces but it was really reassuring knowing they had backup centerpieces to use in case we didn’t have enough time to do our own. The package deal also includes a dessert spread of pastries, fresh fruit, and coffee/tea service. Our guests loved the dessert options! Yasmene and Heather were the coordinators who helped plan the whole event with us, and they went above and beyond to make our night perfect. From the moment we signed the contract until the morning after the wedding, they were always making sure everything was going smoothly. You can tell they are truly experts at what they do and we are so thankful we had them! Some of the past reviews complain about poor service and poor communication but we didn’t have that experience at all! Yasmene and Heather were incredibly responsive—I sent them emails at all hours of the day & night with random questions that crossed my mind and they made sure to respond to each question in detail. All of the things they include in their package really helped us have the night of our dreams. I couldn’t recommend Nahant Country Club more!

NCC was the perfect place to have our wedding! The staff was phenomenal and worked wonderfully with me and my insane organization :) We had our ceremony in the Tudor room (lovely and intimate), the cocktail hour took place in the bar/lounge area, and our reception was in the ballroom. Three seperate places all within one venue was perfect for what my husband and I wanted, all while not having our guests have to travel from one location to another or have large gaps in between ceremony and reception. I reccommend NCC to any and all brides that want a beautiful venue, delicious food, friendly staff, and a romantic atmosphere. I cannot say anything bad about this place. It was the perfect place for our perfect wedding. Best of luck planning & Congratulations! PS Chef Pat is the nicest guy around, and my friends and family are still raving about the food!

NCC was a beautiful place to have a reception. The grounds are extremely well kept and the inside is modern and comfortable. The food is delicious - the Chef is top-notch and the service is pretty good too. All is all I highly recommend this establishment.

We had a beautiful wedding at the Nahant Country Club. The mansion has a lot of character that does not require extra decorations, it is definitely a step up from many of the bare banquet-style ballrooms we had looked at. The general setup and logistics were better than many other venues in our price range. I felt so comfortable when I booked them, knowing all wedding necessities were included in the package - centerpieces, escort cards, guestbook, card box, champagne toast, even desserts and a delicious wedding cake from a well-respected local bakery. We ended up bringing in our own centerpieces, escort cards, and guestbook anyways, but it just put my mind at ease knowing that if there was any detail I did not have time for or could not afford, I would be covered. And when we compared the price of Nahant Country Club to the other venues we considered, we ended up getting a lot more bang for our buck with the Nahant Country Club. The bridal suite is very cute, a great spot to put on dresses and relax before the ceremony, though maybe not suitable for actually doing hair and makeup, we did ours before we came. The staff brought us snacks, sodas, water, and champagne while we were getting ready. The ceremony was at the gazebo, and they had nice white garden chairs set up. At other venues we looked at, we would have had to rent chairs from another company, or would have had to pay extra for anything nicer than metal folding chairs. Just another example of how they made things simple for us! At our request, the staff placed our programs and bubbles on every chair for us. They also had jugs of water out for our guests as they arrived. Had it rained, there was a spare room indoors that we could have had the ceremony in. NCC was the only venue we looked at that had a backup rain plan better than using the dining room for the ceremony! The cocktail hour was in the bar/lounge, the sunroom, and porch. It was the nice that the guests had so many spaces they could mingle through. The porch was great, most people spent the cocktail hour there since it was such a nice day. The ballroom was a good size for our 170-guest wedding. I would not recommend going much higher than that - they say they can fit 200 with a dance floor but that is very tight! I liked the loft-style seating, it made it feel so cozy. The staff was great to work with, especially Pat the chef. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Great apps and entrees, and everyone raved about the desert buffet, which was included in the package. The staff is very experienced, my wedding was pretty standard and traditional, which seemed right in line with what they are used to doing. They had every detail planned out, everything was perfect. My favorite thing was that so much of my wedding could be planned through just this one vendor - the thought of having to hire separate caterers and bakers and rental companies gave me a headache! The only ways they could improve and catch up with the times is if they accepted credit cards and were better with email, I used phone as my primary contact with them, whereas I used email to communicate with all my other vendors. Really not a deal-breaker though. I have no regrets and would definitely recommend Nahant Country Club to other brides!

Our venue hunt was over after seeing the Nahant Country Club for the first time. We had previously looked at 3 other venues, but after seeing the beauty of this venue and feeling at home with Peter Dawson, it was a done deal in planning our August wedding. Peter Dawson and the entire staff at the Country Club really make you and your guests feel at home. Their wedding package covers almost ALL details at a reasonable cost and makes everything easier for the bride and groom. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Their chef, Patrick, is very talented and truly caters to your every need. I can't say enough about the convenience of this venue. There's a beautiful ceremony gazebo, a back-up fireplace room in the event of inclement weather, a bridal suite upstairs, a bar, a cocktail room with a 2nd bar, a terrace for guests to enjoy cocktail hour, and a stunning ballroom. You've got everything you need in one location. My one complaint would be that you're charged the price of your higher entrée for a split menu-- for example, to serve chicken or fish. More than half of our guests chose chicken, yet we had to pay the price of the haddock entrée for all 200 meals. While that doesn't sound like much, it sure added up. Our guests had a blast and they're still raving about how much they enjoyed our wedding. Nahant Country Club truly makes their mansion yours for your special day.

My wedding at NCC was beautiful. The food was delicious, the venue was decorated beautifully, and the staff was great. My only complaint was, as a bride I had a lot on my plate, and NCC was the only vendor that I had to proactively call. It would have been nice for them to call me when something needed to be done instead of me remembering about it last minute and having to call them.

We chose to have our wedding at the Nahant Country Club the moment we walked in. We had seen 2 other venues prior, but the WOW! factor for us wasn't there...UNTIL we walked into the NCC. The venue is breathtaking. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the club, each taking place in a seperate room. The staff was amazing, and Peter Dawson (our coordinator) was point on with everything. It is a family owned venue, and they are very catering to whatever your needs are. The chef (Patrick) is also amazing! Everyone enjoyed their meals, and could not get over how delicious the appetizers were as well. We had about 150 guests, and everyone thought the wedding was spectacular...and I can promise you we would'nt have pulled it off without the NCC!

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! The food is good and the general staff such as waitstaff and the Kitchen staff are great, however Beverly is RUDE and needs a to get out of the customer service industry !!! She Yelled at my guest was difficult with the other vendors. she through out things that we had been told that we needed to supply. It is not worth the money you save to deal with her. They did not start setting up for the function till an hour before hand and after assuring us we would be the only functions there had another function before ours which was not the problem till they started walking in on my D.I.L. getting ready and did not leave until her mother and myself had to ask them to vacate an hour before our event started. Once it began Beverly proceeded to rush us through dinner and to get us out as fast as possible. The Wedding cake was cut before dinner was even started per Beverly's orders. And the toast glass were removed before the toasts were even completed. the water glasses were never refilled and the desert buffet was put out and taken away with in a half an hour. no coffee/tea was left out and the bar was shut down 45minutes before the end of the evening. she the proceeded shut down and vacuum while the event was still going on. Then proceeded to place all the gifts outside the front door when asked not to do that she insisted that we had to vacate. so my suggestion is not to use this venue EVER!!!!!!!!!!

The country club is all yours for the day or night. The people there help you along with anything you need even with the planning. Their package deal was really great and the food was absolutely WONDERFUL!! Patrick, the exeutive chef treated us like Princess's every time we stopped by to do any planning with his boss. Everybody there was really great!! The atmosphere and ballroom are really BEAUTIFUL!! Have to see it to understand. If I could give a 10 I would!!!

From my first meeting to the the end of the night when I walked out the door they Nahant Country Club was FANTASTIC. Everyone there was so helpful and nice to us. Yasmine was there for us the day of to keep us on track and keep everything going the way a Day of Coordinator would. We had so many compliments and even now 3 months later people still rave about our wedding. The food was amazing. The cake delicious. The invitations which I also ordered through them were very elegant.
