Najla went above and beyond to make sure our day was stress free and special. She was so helpful in the months leading up to the wedding as well. She helped provide things so I (the bride) did not have to worry about it and could just enjoy being engaged. She helped set up my vision with my mother and did such a wonderful job capturing exactly what me and my husband envisioned our day to be. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a day of coordinator. She was quick with communication and always kind with her responses. 5 stars!
Najla was an exceptional day-of coordinator, and we are so grateful we hired her for our wedding. Throughout the entire process, she was consistently kind, calm, and helpful, making sure everything was set for our big day. On the wedding day itself, she handled any behind-the-scenes issues with professionalism and grace, keeping everything running smoothly—even when unexpected rain interrupted our ceremony. She was a key point of contact for our families, providing guidance and clear instructions throughout the day. Thanks to her steady and calming presence, we were able to stay fully present and enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Najla there to ensure every detail came together beautifully.
We hired Najla for day of coordinator services. We had multiple calls with Najla for planning prior to our wedding and she was so great at keeping us organized, helping us to think ahead of things we may not have expected to think about, and made sure our day ran smoothly. Najla managed our set up of items we brought, coordinated our vendors, and then assisted with take down at the end of the night. If there were any issues on the day of I was blissfully unaware because Najla handled everything for us. I am so glad that we were able to work with Najla and just enjoy the day with our friends and family.

Najla was absolutely incredible. My husband and I didn't originally think we'd need a wedding planner, but in the end, hiring Najla was 100% the best choice we made. She was with us every step of the way and I honestly believe we couldn't have had such a special and amazing wedding day without her. She spent SO many hours on calls with me and my mom answering tons of questions. She is so knowledgeable and on top of everything and we didn't have any stress on our wedding day because we knew she was there. I think everyone should work with her, I just wish we had more big events coming up so we could work with her again!

My husband and I were planning a destination wedding and it would have been impossible without the services of Najla. We originally had planned to do an elopement, but when we decided to do a traditional wedding we were lost. Najla guided us and helped us make decisions we had no idea we had to make. She was extremely professional and made every effort to be flexible with our demanding work schedules and 2 hour time difference. All of her vendor recommendations were spot on and easily found them within our budget. We ended up UNDER budget on our wedding and I owe it all to Najla. Honestly this wedding would not have happened without her and Hiring Najla was the single best decision we made. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning an event.
Najla is the absolute best!! She’s so organized and knowledgeable and overall lovely to work with. NAJLA IS INCREDIBLE! We are so fortunate to have had Najla as our wedding coordinator for our wedding in September. We had a long engagement and she kept us on track in the planning process and kept adapting to the constant changes (i.e. wedding date changing). She was punctual, always had a plan for the meetings and always provided us with suggestions based on our likes and "vibe" of our wedding. There are so many moving pieces in the wedding planning process that it's easy to overlook some of the details. With Najla and our monthly meetings we had everything taken care of months before the wedding date. There was no stressing the month leading up to the wedding because of her. She has a great process in planning the wedding timeline and communicates with all of the vendors to ensure that the day goes smoothly. We can't recommend her enough. You will go into your wedding week relaxed and confident that everything will be taken care of. We truly couldn't have imagined a better day.

I never thought I would need a wedding planner but then our lives were crazy. Between work, packing to move and moving in the same yr as our wedding there was just no way I was going to be able to get things done like I should have. Then we found Najla!
She was the best thing to ever happen to us in this crazy time. She took the stress away on top of all the communication with vendors. We had a vision for our big day and lots of random decorations for that vision and she took it and created something more than we ever expected. It was the greatest day of our lives and everyone ranted and raved about how beautiful it was and it truly was!

Najla helped me plan an out of town wedding. Her vendors were awesome and I even got discounts working with her, its 100% hiring Najla. She offers partial and complete planning packages. If I had to do it all over, I would've gladly paid for the complete package instead of partial, because she is extremely capable and has great style. She also had her associate Nancy help me as my day-of coordinator and everything went very smoothly.

When we first started planning our wedding, my wife and I both thought we didn't need a wedding planner. And then, at the suggestion of my mother, we decided to sign on for that service. We found Najla on this site, and it was clear from our very first meeting that she was the perfect fit for us. Najla so seamlessly switched between providing us helpful suggestions/recommendations when needed, as well as nurturing our vision when we did have a clear idea of what we were looking for. It felt like our ideas changed a million and one times along the way, and Najla never made us feel bad or guilty for changing our minds, she simply made it work. On our wedding day, it started raining (unfortunately) and Najla and her second in command (Nancy) handled the transition from outdoor to indoor without an ounce of stress for my wife or I. Najla also works extremely well with other vendors, providing exceptional correspondence with all vendors and giving a timeline to all vendors well in advance of the wedding. All I can say, is you cannot go wrong working with Najla, and hiring her for full service was easily the best wedding decision we made.

Najla was our full-service wedding planner, and she helped pull off our vision exceptionally. Her calm demeanor, communication, and willingness to flex with our many ideas, indecisiveness, and busy schedule were instrumental in the planning process. She understood our style of timeless, classic, understated elegance from the get-go. My husband and I were planning our wedding in 8 months from long-distance with two full-time jobs and 98% of our guests were flying in from out-of-state (their very first time visiting Oregon!). That was an incredibly big task, and Najla tackled the challenge head on.
From the personalized welcome gift bags, menus, ribbon-tied programs to the seating chart, save-the-dates, monogrammed posters, Najla worked on all and assembled the personal details, which made our wedding meaningful! Additionally, we had to gather a rain contingency plan last-minute due to inclement April rain weather, and Najla was on top of it.
Najla orchestrated our most special day. She worked tirelessly with all our vendors on the timeline and made sure all their needs were taken care of. We could not have had our wedding day without Najla!

Najla was very thorough, when it came to our meetings, to answering questions we had or any advice I was looking for- she always had the answers. She responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. She took the time to listen and understand our vision for the wedding. She made sure everything was in order, all while being kind, caring and helpful. Our vendors also loved her and working with her! This was truly the best gift my husband and I could give ourselves - was hiring Najla and having her be our day of coordinator. Oh and I forgot - she makes the most amazing timelines! Your day will be a breeze and the best ever!

Najla Rose and her team were exceptional at helping plan our destination wedding. It was a fluid motion from the time we were engaged until the day we said our "I do's". She was with us from the beginning by helping us select the venue that fit our needs to the ending details making sure there was nothing for me to think about but enjoying our day.
Along with this, Najla's experience working with multicultural weddings created a seamless transition from hosting an event locally to Mexico!
Planning an international wedding with 70+ guests would not have been easy without Najla. You never realize how much planning goes into a wedding until you're planning one yourself. She was worth it - for the peace of mind, the decision making, the guidance, and of course, the creativity!

Najla and Nancy were fantastic coordinators for our wedding in October 2021. Najla created our day of timeline, recommended the best vendors, and really helped guide us through the process. We paid for day of coordination but it included so much support from Najla and her team. Nancy was our coordinator on the actual day of and the transition was seamless. It felt like Nancy had been helping us plan all along, which shows how detailed and caring both Najla and Nancy are. We just got to relax and enjoy our day - they took care of everything!

Najla literally saved our day! Like most couples heading down the isle we thought we could handle it all, but as the day approached and we were having troubles with our venue's coordinator we looked to Najla for help. Right from the moment we meet our nerves were calmed. We hired Najla for day-of coordinating and she took care of everything. None of our friends or family members had to worry about the details, she made sure we were all able to enjoy the day. Our families still talk about how kind and "with-it" she was.

I talked to Najla about a destination wedding and she was great. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what I wanted to plan which is a relief since I have no idea where to start. She was genuinely excited for me and that made me feel really good about selecting her as my coordinator. Her rates are reasonable and the quality of her work has been excellent so far. I know she has other clients but she has always made me feel like I was the only one! I know I am going to love working with Najla and I can't wait for my big day!

Najla was such an amazing coordinator to work with. I honestly was not stressed out during the planning because of her. I’m a very indecisive person and Najla really helped me when it came to decision making. She’s so sweet and doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed with everything. Not only did najla coordinate my entire wedding but she did day of coordinating. Most venues already have a “day of coordinator” so they’ll advice you not to hire someone, don’t listen. They don’t do half the amount of work as Najla. We have a big and overwhelming family and the day of your wedding you and your family aren’t thinking of everything, but Najla is. She remembered all my request I wanted done at the ceremony and reception because she’s been helping plan my wedding since day one. I highly recommend Najla.

I hired Najla for two separate events last year and she was amazing from start to finish! She helped me pick design themes and colors for both, had excellent suggestions, and was efficient and fun during the whole process. Both events turned out BETTER than what we had planned, So Beautiful, Creative and Fresh. I will definitely be using Najla Rosa again, two thumbs up!

Najla was the day-of coordinator for our wedding day. It was very reassuring to know that everything was in capable hands and the day would go incredibly smooth. She took care of all setup for ceremony and reception, working with the venue staff to ensure everything was on schedule. One of the best qualities of Najla is her willingness to adapt and go the extra mile. This was apparent when we had trouble determing how we would transport our flowers and decorations. Najla stepped up and offered to transport everything in her vehicle days before the wedding. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinater we highly recommend Najla. Having her there to ensure all the details of the day were taken care of was a huge relief and gave of peace of mind. You won't find a more friendly, professional event planner near Portland.
