Please be warned!!! This photographer is a con artist, to say the least. We had an awful experience with Carlos. We purchased a wedding package that included an engagement shoot, wedding photography, and wedding film. There was a complete lack of professionalism and communication after he received his final payment. All of our items were received months after the due date, and only after we reached out to him multiple times via several different platforms/methods. He continued to avoid us and then apologize for being busy he continued to make excuses saying that he was going through a “difficult time.” He works with different videographers and you basically get whoever is available for the day of your wedding. He doesn’t let you know in advance who it is; you find out the day of your wedding when and IF they show up. He must have had our videographer cancel for our wedding because he had his SISTER shoot our wedding, who I might add is NOT a professional videographer. And we didn’t find out it was his sister until we did some digging of our own. He was extremely rude and unprofessional in his email responses to us. He would go weeks without replying to my texts/emails, but would reply to my husband saying he would “get back to us soon,” but then nothing for weeks. The quality of work was subpar. Carlos did not follow our vision whatsoever; didn’t get the specific shots we discussed about our family during the ceremony, shots of our immediate family during dinner. His sister CUT OFF OUR HEADS during our first kiss (ceremony). He had the audacity to joke about it and said, “my videography we must have had a stroke.” Which we didn’t find very funny. I reached out to other brides who hired him (I found them on Instagram) and learned that they were also having similar experiences with him. If we could give zero stars, we would. My reason for posting this honest review is to try to save other couples from having a similar experience.
