e process to order the gelato / vendor at our wedding was seamless and we were able to finalize everything about 1 - 1.5 months before our wedding.
We did not go in for a tasting ahead of time because we didn't have time to make it down to Narragansett. Instead, I asked Dianne for her recommendations. The four flavors we chose: Pistachio, cream brule, bacio (chocolate hazelnut), and mango non-dairy.
Nana's Gelato team came in and set everything up. Our guests really enjoyed the gelato, and in fact, I remember seeing a line! Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves and left the remaining gelato in cups on the table.
I would recommend making sure you try the gelato at your wedding! I was able to grab one of the last gelato cups, but my husband/groom didn't even get any! The gelato was delicious.
The only reason why I am giving a 4/5 stars is because I personally did not see or talk to any of the team (I just didn't have time to get over there while they were still set up), so I cannot attest to the customer service at our wedding. Otherwise, the gelato was a hit! If you want something a little different, and a great summer treat at your wedding, gelato is great idea.

in) ice cream eating competitions - so we had to incorporate that somehow. Nana's was super easy to work with. Plus tasting flavors time and time again was a highlight of wedding planning. The lemon gelato is AMAZING - as are all the flavors!
