Nancy Anderson Cordell Photography

d made the entire process so easy. Nancy and Virgil were also incredibly sweet, patient, and very knowledgeable - they knew exactly how we should pose. Nancy is also incredibly speedy. We had sneak peeks the following day because she knew we wanted to use a wedding photo for our "Surprise, we eloped!" cards. I wasn't able to send some by email to family overseas and also got physical cards printed out asap for mailing. The photos were exactly what I'd hoped for - moody, atmospheric, editorial. We looked incredible and we can't wait for the rest of the photos. I HIGHLY recommend Nancy Anderson Cordell Photography.

ful that we could've ever imagined! Nancy has such a talent for capturing those special moments and looks that truly are the heart and soul of the day. Plus, on the day of our wedding, we were running a little behind schedule, but Nancy's patience, calm presence, and professionalism calmed us down instantly and our anxiety melted away with each click of her camera. Thank you, thank you, Nancy, from the bottom of our hearts! We cannot wait to see the rest of our photos. Again, Nancy has such a unique knack for capturing the magic, love, and emotions of your special day incredibly well in each photo!

n absolutely brilliant photographer, she helped us with everything, making sure that every detail was not missed and that things ran smoothly. Our closest friends and family loved her. The best part is the artistry of her photos. They were all exquisite and we will treasure them forever. We feel so lucky to have found her. Highly recommend!

ifully. Looking at her pics of me on my wedding day makes me feel even more glamorous than I actually felt that day. We still haven't hung up any photos because we love too many to frame them all! We love you Nancy!!!

erfection. We will definitely be hiring her to photograph our family as it grows and look forward to many rad collaborations in the future.

Our pictures are amazing!

beyond what we ever hoped for and on the wedding day was relaxed and knew exactly what to do. She made sure we got the shots we wanted and the shots we didn't know we wanted all with beautiful, flattering light and poses. We really loved Nancy and hope to work with her in the future.

friends and family on our wedding photos. She has a unique style and I'm go glad she was there and part of our special day. Highly recommend!

th and unwavering commitment to capturing moments unlike any other. I had a clear vision in mind – I didn't want the typical cliché poses you find in every wedding album, those cookie-cutter shots that lack originality. Nancy not only understood my desire for something unique but embraced it wholeheartedly. She gently reminded everyone involved that the real magic lies in capturing genuine, unscripted moments. In Nancy's capable hands, I discovered that the power of a photograph lies in its ability to convey a thousand words without the need for dialogue. Her keen eye for pictures, coupled with her gentle and welcoming approach, turned what could have been a mundane photo session into an exciting experience, even when we were all feeling a bit hungry! The end result? I couldn't be prouder of the photos we now have to cherish forever. Nancy's talent and genuine personality made our photo-taking moments truly special, and I'm confident that these pictures will bring us joy for a lifetime.

ere in good hands. She helped us with so many aspects of the wedding day and our photos are outstanding! We got so many compliments about how hard working and kind she was and how beautiful our pictures are...Thank you Nancy!

catching special moments. She puts a lot of thought into her work, what moments to capture, the lighting, every detail of the surroundings. Her pictures are stunning, with a natural feel, not your typically posed photos. We have since used her for family photos and a milestone birthday and she captured my family perfectly. She's very calm and easy to work with. I loved all of her unique ideas. We look at our photos and feel all the emotions and beauty of the day. Highly recommend her!

ds and even provided us with insight on things we didn't even think of. She absolutely nailed the cinematic aesthetic we were going for and even impressed my husband who is a total photography snob. I seriously can't stop looking at our photos. I'm obsessed! Thank you so much Nancy!

oup included many children and even pets, and she was very patient and worked well with us all. The best part is the pictures, which came out beautifully. Our family highly recommends Nancy and her photography service and will definitely hire her again in the future.

all around pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Nancy and Bethany.

She's calming, kind and her style is so unique. It's apparent she loves what she does and it shows in every photo! Thank you, Nancy! We appreciate everything you did for us!

went perfectly with attention to every single detail. Guests commented on how hard they worked and how sweet they both were. We will cherish these photos forever!

ut also so helpful and calm. Because of her years of experience in doing weddings, she knew exactly how to keep us on schedule, what to ask for, who to watch - everything. We can't recommend her more.

owed by a larger wedding celebration in May 2021, she was extremely accommodating and happy to do both. Nancy and her assistants (Bethany in 2020 and Daniel in 2021) were all friendly yet professional, organized, and punctual. As people who aren't used to being photographed they did a great job patiently directing us. Leading up to the event, Nancy was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and made an effort to learn exactly what we were looking for. Despite the fact that our events were in the height of the wedding season, we got about 25 edited pictures back within a couple of days, and the rest of the photos about 6 weeks later. We were also shocked by how reasonable her prices are considering the quality of her work. Most importantly, the photographs they take are absolutely stunning. We wanted to find a balance between artsy, candid, and posed, with an emphasis on capturing the emotion of our wedding. Nancy did all of that and more. They made everyone and everything look beautiful, and the compliments from our friends and families on the quality of the pictures keep rolling in. She does use various degrees of filtering and editing on her photos, but it is always to a positive effect and they never feel fake or overdone.

at I didn't know I'd want pictures of, but am so glad to have them now. She is so sweet and fun to work with too. We are beyond grateful for these photos to look back on this day forever! Thank you Nancy!

de everything stress-free. We recommend her highly!

ating, and professional and we couldn't be happier!

rviewing many photographers, I came across Nancy's website and after looking through her body of work - I knew I found the one! At the wedding, we got so many compliments from friends and family on how hard working and accommodating Nancy and her 2nd shooter were. She is focused, but super sweet and we love all the memories she captured. Thank you, Nancy!

h her and Bethany, which also helped to get to know them before the wedding day. We loved the pictures and working with them so much, we also did our trash the dress shoot with them, and we are honored that they are about to capture our pregnancy shoot. Nancy and Bethany are professional, talented, efficient, patient, friendly, flexible, and experienced so they can guide you and your guests with picture and pose ideas. You will be very happy with the whole experience and beautiful pictures of your precious memories.

d & “artsy” shots (we had the opportunity to see a few soon after the wedding). It could have been a challenging job - it was a smaller location, a rainy day...Nancy & her assistant made the best of every situation. They went above & beyond to make us look our best and get the best possible shots. We are SO lucky and grateful for them being a part of our special day and providing us with so many amazing & beautiful memories - I could not possibly come up with the words to emphasize how strongly I recommend Nancy as a photographer; her demeanor and professional attitude make her stand out, we definitely know we are lucky to have worked with her. Thank you, Nancy!!

d to express my sincerest appreciation for the work Nancy did to not only capture the wedding day events--the preparation, the wedding party, the service, the guests, the reception, etc., but to evoke in those photos feelings and emotions that will live forever. A photograph, by its nature, is just a "moment in time" but with Nancy's sensitivity and skills, she truly brings the moments to life--jolting the senses in ways unexpected. She has a true gift to share with her subjects and we are forever grateful she shared that gift with us on our daughter's wedding day. Thank you Nancy!

iful our wedding photos would turn out to be. That has now become an understatement she captured the absolutely most magical magazine worthy photos. My husband is not photogenic at all and a little shy, Bethany her second Photographer made him feel so comfortable from getting ready to the photos afterwards; Nancy and her are a dream team. Ofcourse Weddings don't go off with some hiccups with family or vendors; it happens prepare yourself.. but with a photographer like Nancy you barely notice. Her loving friendly cool collective attitude and rockstar second photographer will make your day a fairytale. I could go on about how professional and a joy to have her on my big day was. But the facts are her pricing is wonderful, for her work she should be charging 3 times as much. Her style tells you a story of your day, we all go back and forth wanting a videographer and those are bloody expensive with Nancy you won't even feel the need to have one. We barely even noticed she was going around taking photos we didn't have a camera in our face saying look here do this. She let us do our own thing which made the day even more special, we didn't feel like a puppet which I'm in the Beauty industry the amount of brides telling me how they felt like the photographer put them on a wind up string is vast. Look at the end of the day you want something to remember you don't wanna feel like a stressed out bride or groom not only did I feel I had the most incredible photographer I felt like I had a friend at the end of the day. No questions asked Nancy and Bethany are the #1 choice just the joy love and passion they have for what they do what's better than that; I'll tell you it shows in their work!! We can't thank them enough they truly were a puzzle piece that made our day INCREDIBLE.

w hard they worked and we were shocked at the amount of beautiful candid moments they captured. It was like reliving the day! We hope to use them again for future events!

st incredible shots of my husband and I and our guests. Nancy clearly knows how to get artistic shots without making it look over posed which is something we loved about her work. She was so calm and professional which made the day so much more fun and less stressful than other weddings I've been to. We look at our photos over and over and are so happy!!

ips and it really showed how much she cared about making our photos and our day perfect for us! On our wedding day she was so accommodating and made everyone feel at ease. She took so many creative shots and most of the time we didn't even notice she was there. We can't recommend her and her team highly enough! Thank you Nancy for the beautiful memories!

her assistant photographer Bethany were amazing!!! They were both so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. We received so many compliments on how hard they worked and how unobtrusive they were. The lighting in our venue was not the greatest, but Nancy was a true professional and we were shocked at how beautifully everything came out. I am so happy we chose Nancy and Bethany for our wedding and I recommend them to everyone I know.

y. Knowing that these photos are so important, we were really worried about choosing the right photographer. Nancy was so sweet and knowledgeable and really made us feel at ease through the entire process. When the wedding day arrived, she and Bethany made everything go so smoothly and were so easy to work with. We really love the artistic, candid shots they took. We couldn't be happier!

portraits after the wedding, and the candid shots of our reception are fabulous. Every time I look through our pictures I feel like I'm re-living that day which was so much fun and, as everyone says, all too short. We enjoyed Nancy's photography so much that she also shot our daughter's one year photos. She's a wonderful photographer and we hope to have her capture even more of our family's milestones still to come.

re our engagement photos, but Nancy was so sweet and made us feel so comfortable. We have received so many compliments on our photos. I couldn't be happier with our pics!

ial day she delivered and then some! She's creative, talented, professional and a ton of fun to work with. I am THRILLED with my wedding photos as well as the engagement photos we did with her beforehand. I highly recommend her to any bride looking for an exceptional wedding photographer and team!

ithout feeling intrusive. They were both super friendly and professional. Overall, we are so thankful for their work, and would absolutely recommend their services for anyone. They really paid attention to our preferences and the shot list that we had shared. The photos made us look incredible while still keeping us looking like ourselves. We felt that Nancy was able to focus in on photographing emotion and love that was very present in our wedding via her pictures. Nancy and Bethann are very talented and we appreciate their services very much.

for any formal photos so it was up to Nancy to get great candid shots in a photo journalistic style and she did. So many genuine, sweet, fun, and crazy moments that capture the event so perfectly. Most of the event was at night which poses a challenge as flash photography can make people look bad but our photographs are great. Nancy was also very professional and sweet -- so nice to work with and very affordable.

d. On the wedding day, she was very sweet, positive, and professional, and gave great direction on the photos. You can tell she has a really great eye and is a true artist. She and her assistant did not stop for the entire eight hours and took constant photos all night documentary style. They were like professional photography ninjas and most of the time you never even knew they were there. If you book Nancy, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

are absolutely amazing. Not to mention her price is extremely reasonable. Most photographers would charge thousands more for the work she does.

difficult, but Nancy just went with the flow and helped make sure we got all of the shots we needed and wanted. When our guests arrived early, forcing me inside for pictures before the wedding, she quickly made a new game plan and we ended up with wonderful shots that weren't on the original shot list. They were kind, attentive, creative, and accommodating- we cannot suggest them any stronger. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable as well. Thank you!
