as thoughtfully designed and exceeded our expectations. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly complemented our venue and color palette! Nancy is so talented!! The entire process was seamless and so smooth from the start. From initial conversations to planning and design discussions, she was always so responsive and kind. The team’s setup on the wedding day was also amazing and they did such an amazing job. We received so many compliments from our guests on the floral decor. We couldn't have been happier with the results and highly recommend their services for any special event!

gave her inspiration photos and Nancy asked us a lot of questions throughout the process to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We literally could not be happier with how everything turned out!!!

very beginning, Nancy was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly collaborative. She spent countless phone calls with us helping bring our wedding vision to life — even when we were starting with something as broad as colors, mood, and a general feeling. She helped us think through not just the florals, but how everything would work together, from linens to design elements to the personal touches we wanted to bring in. What we appreciated most was that Nancy never made us feel like she was trying to nickel and dime us. She listened to what mattered to us, worked within our budget, and helped us find creative ways to make the overall design feel beautiful and cohesive. She was also so accommodating with last-minute changes, many of which truly helped the day come together. On top of all of that, Nancy is just warm, personable, and kind. Meeting her in person only confirmed what we already felt throughout the planning process — that we were in great hands. Thank you, Nancy, for helping design such a beautiful and meaningful wedding for us. We were over the moon with how everything turned out and would recommend you wholeheartedly.

And Nancy was an impeccable communicator … and so much fun!!! Highly recommend.

ther lead to some location changes. Her knowledge of flowers and the venue itself made choosing everything from bridesmaid bouquets to cocktail table arrangements incredibly easy. Everything looked stunning and was exactly what we had envisioned for our day! We love Nancy and her team, they are truly the best!

ngements for the wedding were perfect. She was wonderful to work with and we could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Nancy!

agined. She and her team worked hard to repurpose the flowers from our church at our reception and brunch the next day. She is so kind and took the time to come over to me on our wedding day, introduce herself and make us feel special. She is so talented and you will be in incredible hands with her.

her incredible creativity and innovative ideas. From our very first call, she just got it, and she made the entire process feel fun, collaborative, and stress-free. When we walked into the venue, we were absolutely blown away. Everything was sooo perfect thanks to Nancy! The flowers, the candles, the décor, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and absolutely stunning. Our chuppah was breathtaking and felt so personal and special. We received endless compliments from guests who couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything looked. Nancy truly cares and it shows in her work. She listened closely, offered inspired suggestions, and executed every element with artistry and precision. She’s professional, responsive, warm, and incredibly talented which is the exact type of person we wanted to be planning with. great recommendations for us. She never bogged us down with a ton of questions which was so nice! She told us what she thought would look best and we completely trusted her and her work was STUNNING! My. bouquet was exactly like the inspiration photo I showed her and she worked hard to get fresh lavender for us. She also came by on Friday to say hi and made sure things were set. I would absolutely work with her again in a heartbeat!

cy perfectly understood my vision and brought it to life with so much talent and care. She regularly checked in throughout the planning process, always asking how I was doing and if there was anything she could do to help. On the day of our wedding, despite the unusually cold and rainy weather, Nancy didn’t let anything get in the way—she made our tent look absolutely stunning. You will not find a better florist than Nancy!

xpertise with The Meadow Tent at the Equinox made everything seamless. The flowers were stunning and brought so much life to our wedding day. I’m so grateful for her and highly recommend her to any couple looking for a florist!

/elegant bouquets of sweet peas, hellebores, lilly of the valley and delphiniums… we could not have been happier!!

her and hope I have another reason to work together again in the future!

ed with Nancy on so many levels making our experience with her positive and wonderful at every turn. We got complements on many aspects of my daughter's wedding but the most plentiful were about the flowers. Nancy took the time to fully understand our vision, and her ability to bring it to life was nothing short of magical. We 100% recommend Nancy for your wedding! We will miss our connection with her.

and at ease!

I lived in Vermont (I live in Texas) so I could order flowers from her all the time.

k the time to understand our vision and what we liked and didn't like to come up with the perfect arrangement of florals for our wedding day! She not only understands florals, but she is also so easy to work with! I wish we could do it all over again just to have a reason to work with Nancy again!

was able to take our small vague pinterest board and create the wedding of my dreams and beyond. She is incredibly professional, but also so very caring and kind. With so many weddings happening in the Fall she made me feel like the only bride she was working with and remembered every detail about not only my wedding, but everything else going on in my life. She really was a huge rock for me during our wedding. I cannot recommend Nancy enough! If you are looking for a florist in VT look no further and watch your wildest dreams come true and more!

seamless. With just a few PowerPoint slides, a couple of meetings, and a clear understanding of our vision, she brought our dream wedding to life—creating floral arrangements that were even more beautiful than we had imagined. We wanted to blend traditional Indian elements with a more contemporary aesthetic, and Nancy did an extraordinary job of understanding and executing our vision. She worked with us patiently, taking the time to understand the nuances of our ideas and offering her own expert suggestions that truly elevated the overall look and feel of our wedding. One of the most important elements was the Mandap for our Hindu ceremony. Nancy created a stunning Mandap that was not only visually striking but also deeply meaningful. She blended vibrant colors and beautiful florals that honored our cultural heritage while also aligning with our overall aesthetic. It was the perfect setting for our ceremony and a focal point of the day. Additionally, the jaimalas (flower garlands) she designed were absolutely breathtaking. They were a perfect combination of beauty and symbolism, and our families were thrilled with them. The quality and detail of the floral arrangements were impeccable, and they added so much joy and color to the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better florist than Nancy Bishop Floral Design. She truly brought our vision to life in a way that was both beautiful and meaningful, and she did so with the utmost respect for our cultural traditions. If you’re looking for a florist who can create breathtaking arrangements and understand your unique vision, we highly recommend Nancy Bishop Floral Design. Thank you, Nancy, for making our wedding day even more special with your incredible work!

a true local with awesome knowledge about what blooms will be available and will arrange them beautifully.

exceeded our expectations. Her centerpieces were exquisite, and the chuppah she lent us was perfectly in accordance with our aesthetic. Nancy was kind and communicative throughout our process, and was extremely flexible and accommodating when we had to move our ceremony indoors at the last minute. We were so delighted with Nancy's designs, and cannot recommend her highly enough!

ed and this shows through her work. Not only did I enjoy all her floral designs for our wedding, I enjoyed our conversations leading up to our wedding. I had some ideas in mind for what our wedding vision was and we collaborated together to make them happen. We had a small issue come up on the wedding day and Nancy dropped everything to make sure it was all sorted out. True hospitality + class and we are forever grateful. Thank you to Nancy for making our vision come to life - it was a pleasure to have you part of our wedding team!!

able – she completely captured our vibe. All of our wedding decorations were gorgeous and perfectly complemented our venue!

rk and relationships with her brides! She really resonated with our values and in an effort to keep our florals sustainable she came up with the idea of sourcing potted plants from the local nursery - genius! She captured the spirit of Vermont when decorating the Equinox Pond for our wedding - from fresh fruits from Dutton's to herb-themed tables. She also did all of this while being mindful of our budget. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have on my team for my wedding florals and feel lucky the wedding planning process brought us together!

h me, my husband, and my family at her shop and it was like we've known Nancy for years. She took our ideas and elevated them to a whole new level, creating floral arrangements that were not only beautiful but also perfectly tailored to our venue. She has done many weddings at the Equinox Resort, so that was a huge plus! Every detail was flawless—from the bouquets to the centerpieces and ceremony decor. The colors and flower choices were beyond anything we could have imagined. They truly transformed the space! Not only is Nancy incredibly talented, but she was also such a joy to work with. She listened to every request, were attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a florist who will bring your wedding dreams to life, look no further than Nancy! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and we highly recommend them to any couple looking to add that extra touch to their special day!

not only patient and thoughtful, but an absolute pleasure to work with and to get to know over the weeks leading up to our wedding. We highly recommend Nancy for any Vermont wedding!

She was always communicative and turned my vision into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Nancy is a true artist, passionate about her craft, and her creations are simply stunning. You won’t regret choosing her for your big day!

uquets, table settings, and arrangements that perfectly captured our vision. Her work was not only beautiful but also affordable, which was a huge plus. Nancy was able to bring our ideas to life based on just a swatch of the bridesmaids' dress color. She offered so many helpful suggestions that made the planning process so much easier. We also loved that she provided rentals for signs, table numbers, chargers, and votives, which added a cohesive and elegant touch to our decor. We would book Nancy again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and reliable wedding florist.

e were looking for both flowers and plants to be apart of our weddings, and Nancy MORE than delivered on our vision — I would HIGHLY recommend her and her team for any/all wedding services!! Doesn’t get better than them!

a wonderful human being. Speaking to just the flowers—she nailed my original vision, and the final arrangements surpassed my expectations. She is so gifted at what she does, and that's not only due to her creativity but also because she is a good listener. She takes the time to really get to know you. She spent hours on the phone with me, not only discussing my wedding but also giving me advice. She is personable, compassionate, and understanding. On my wedding day, I was getting ready in the bridal suite as the rain poured down on where my outdoor ceremony was supposed to take place. We had all hoped it would clear up in time, and Nancy was outside with her team, putting together my arbor without any shelter. She was soaked from head to toe. When it became clear we had to move the ceremony into the tent, she came up with a solution to move the arbor inside (which was very tricky). Again, her whole team was out in the rain making this happen for me. Talk about ABOVE and BEYOND! Then, as if that wasn't enough, she stayed through the ceremony, holding the umbrella for my wedding party as we made our entrance. Have you ever heard of a florist willing to do that?! It was unbelievable. I will forever be moved by her kindness. She gave me the flowers of my dreams and was integral to making my wedding day as perfect as it was. This isn't just a business for her - she puts her heart and soul into it. I'm so filled with gratitude and appreciation for all of her hard work.

edding experience. She took an incredible amount of care to listen to my vision, what I wanted and needed, and collaborated with me in such harmony to make my dreams a reality. She is so warm and brings so much excitement and passion to each wedding, treating you as your own person rather than just another job. But she's also just insanely talented - I did an all-greenery wedding, which is nonconventional but she knocked it out of the park, which is a testament to her creativity and talent. One of my favorite things about her was that she was able to tell me when my ideas didn't make sense, but at the end of each call would still ask me if she had talked me out of any ideas I loved because "weddings are about saying yes". When I told her that my grandmother wasn't able to attend for health reasons, she figured out how to ship a corsage all the way to California in time for my grandma to wear it on my wedding day. On the day, it absolutely poured rain, and she got soaked moving all the decor to a different location for the ceremony at the last second. She profoundly shaped my experience, and became a trusted advisor, source of stability and light, and a friend. I asked her to hold the train of my dress on the way into my ceremony. Nancy is something really really special, and I wish everyone could have a Nancy for their wedding!

owers and going so above and beyond what we could have imagined. Her exquisite taste and years of experience, are second only to her incredibly warm and delightful persona, making every interaction with her a real treat. She is a tirelessly dedicated professional, and the results were stunning. I cannot recommend her enough!

dream of she made happen, and all for an affordable price. She's someone I hope to have a connection with for the rest of time. If you are getting married in the area, the best option by far is Nancy and her team. We simply adore her and can't give her enough praise. Thank you Nancy for making our day as magical as it was. Thank you, Katie & Jake

with us as we worked through our early-Autumn color pallet, picked incredible seasonal blooms to bring our wedding to life (particularly the dahlias which were breathtaking), and really helped in threading special touches of sentimentality throughout our wedding (from the amber votive candles to the red ribbons tied around the bridesmaids' bouquets. Haley is an absolute professional - kind, funny, thoughtful, and extremely responsive. The wedding day went off without a hitch and we were blown away by the floral beauty we were surrounded by - all thanks to Haley. We could not recommend her more highly.

mend her more highly.

idance on flower choices, colors, and arrangements. On our wedding day, the floral arrangements were nothing short of breathtaking. The bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony decor were simply beautiful. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure that every floral detail was flawless. Working with Nancy was an absolute pleasure. She was responsive, professional, and flexible, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. We highly recommend Nancy to anyone seeking exceptional floral design for their wedding!

for our wedding this past August. She helped pull our vision together in more ways than one. She listens to your ideas and suggestions, but comes up with great suggestions of her own based on local flowers and greenery. She is a very talented florist and her team is very professional. We can’t recommend Nancy enough for anyone else getting married in the area. She is the best & you will be so glad you picked to work with her!

y and she seriously went above and beyond to accomplish our vision! She also recommended how to set up our napkins/plates so the tables would look flawless. Nancy is so kind and our wedding looked absolutely perfect thanks to her! We are so incredibly grateful for Nancy and her team! Thank you! -Gabbi and AJ Raskin

urs and then all the subsequent planning calls after that. Nancy provided so much guidance along the way and her recommendations were helpful to stay within budget, but still make the day beautiful. Nancy truly made my vision board come to life from our crescent arch at the ceremony to the table flowers, everything was perfectly done. She is incredibly talented and also such a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend her enough!!!

nly an artist but also the kindest person and such a pleasure to work with.

and we had an introductory phone call that immediately put me at ease- I had no idea what I wanted yet! Once we got closer to the date, Nancy worked so thoughtfully about every floral aspect of the wedding- even parts I hadn't considered that she recommended. We rented other things from Nancy for the wedding day, such as a welcome board, table number holders, chargers for the tables, an easel for the seating list, etc. I also didn't have a massive flower budget- Nancy worked with me, meeting my budget exactly. On my wedding day, I was astounded at how beautiful Nancy's work turned out. She created exactly what I described and hoped for, and it was even better than I had imagined. She has impeccable taste and her arrangements, for both the ceremony and reception were breathtaking. I could not have asked for a more talented florist or a better person to provide the flowers for our wedding.

mmended by our wedding venue, Equinox Golf Resort & Spa. She also was the florist for my friends wedding in late 2021, so I knew she did great work! Nancy has an incredible eye for design. I gave her my vision board at the start of our wedding planning process and really leaned on her expertise to bring it to life. She makes great recommendations and will work with you to fit your budget! She just wants you to be happy, and we were OVER THE MOON! Nancy is the reason our wedding looked so great. Hire her now!

f and all of our guests), I reached out to Nancy for a quote. She got back to me within 24 hours with a detailed price breakdown, and a comprehensive summary of what her services would entail. Fast-forward 2 years, we met with her at her studio when we were in town for a tasting at our venue and she spent something like 4 hours with us, discussing every little detail of our wedding, who we are as a couple and what our vision was for the day to make sure she had the clearest possible sense of what we wanted. We even called Nancy our unofficial wedding planner, because she gave us so many great recommendations of other Vermont vendors to work with who we ended up hiring (and were so happy to have done so). The flowers themselves day of were gorgeous. If you’re getting married in Vermont, hire Nancy, you won’t regret it.

tely understood my vision and definitely exceeded my expectations! She was an absolute joy to work with and has such an eye for floral design.

re she takes in creating decor that truly brings to life the vision of her client. Art is, after all, a deeply personal experience, and Nancy was simply perfect at internalizing our vision and turning it into reality. She listened patiently and carefully as we rambled on about our tastes and style, our likes and dislikes, and the feel and ambience we envisioned for our reception. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is a bit of a chaotic affair, and so we more or less handed over the reigns to Nancy when it came to the final decisions about what to decorate with and where to put it. We essentially told her, "you know the feeling we want, do whatever you want with it!" and she knocked it out of the ballpark! We both understand the value of a professional's experience, and Nancy is as professional as it gets. We wouldn't have changed a thing about the decor for our wedding day and we'd recommend Nancy to anyone without reservation.
