Working with Nancy was incredible from the first email she sent me through my entire wedding. Nancy made me feel at ease throughout the planning process and made it so I could be completely relaxed on my wedding day, knowing the day would run smoothly thanks to her. Her documents during the planning process were so helpful and she was always there if I had any questions, big or random/small. The weather showed rain for my completely outside wedding and Nancy made me feel at ease and prepped for whatever the weather had in store by sending an entire floor & game plan B. I entrusted Nancy’s team to decorate my venue and everything turned out beautifully! They were on top of every detail and truly helped my wedding be the happiest day of my life. I couldn’t recommend Nancy enough!!

Thank you for making our big day stress-free and helping out with everything and anything under the sun. Your attention to every detail and checking on family members throughout the day was so kind and heartfelt. If anything popped up that could be remotely stressful, our first thought was, “it’s okay, we have Nancy!” Ultimately We were able to stay focused on each other which is the greatest gift we could ever ask for. You went above and beyond checking in with us consistently to make sure we didn’t need anything. you were on top of everything. It was so reassuring to have you and your daughter on our side. Nancy Cotto is a fairy-god-mother who works with a team of angels. I cannot recommend she & her team enough, they are MAGICAL. They made all of mine and my husband’s dreams come true and gave us a fairytale wedding better than we could’ve ever hoped. Her services were recommended to us by our venue, the St. Pete Museum of Fine Art, where Nancy used to work. Nancy has earned quite a glowing reputation in the Tampa/St. Pete area and every one of our vendors knew her name and/or had worked with her many times in the past & had nothing but golden shining reviews to share with us. So from the start we were excited to be meeting with her, but after our first conversation with Nancy, there was no hiring anyone else. Nancy is the warmest, most kind-hearted, and calming person I’ve ever met. Her enthusiasm and passion can be felt in her every word and her charm made my husband and I feel instantly sure we were going to be in the best hands in her care. And boy oh boy, we couldn’t have dreamt up a better experience. Nancy provides the most insanely comprehensive service. Our every need or desire was taken care of before we could even ask. My husband, our families, our friends, our bridal and groomsmen parties, and myself were waited on hand and foot. The doting and pampering felt like something out of a movie. Brittany, who was the angel with me every step of the way on my wedding day, could not have been more kind, caring, attentive, supportive, generous, selfless, conscientious, or more perfect in anyway. My every need was handled before I could even ask for it. Brittany hustled ALL day and night to make sure neither my husband or myself would go without something we wanted. At one point, I had forgotten my change of shoes for the reception up in my bridal suite & Brittany ran faster than I’ve ever seen someone move to get upstairs, find my shoes, and run them back down to me before I could even notice she was gone… but she went even further to crawl under my sweetheart table, take my heels off, and slip my flats onto my feet FOR ME, so I could have more time to eat! Each time I would step off the dance floor, my drink of choice was freshly served and waiting for me on my sweetheart table, or Brittany would be waiting to hand me a water or whatever else I ever needed. It’s like she was reading my mind & anticipating my every need. And when my horrible florist dropped the ball & didn’t deliver what was promised, Brittany with her magic somehow got the perfect flowers & decorated the cake as it was supposed to be done, without even really being given any direction and without anyone noticing. As soon as I mentioned the florist’s failure, without even a moment of hesitation or thought about how to solve a problem she had no part in, Brittany had it handled. I could go on and on forever about how much I love and appreciate Brittany and Nancy’s whole crew. I feel so lucky that we got to work with Nancy & Brittany & the whole team. Nancy and her band of angels go so far above and beyond the typical duties of “month-of coordinator”. They are selfless, heavily experienced professionals. It’s no wonder Nancy has earned such a perfect reputation. When we hired Nancy, we hoped for a great wedding, but what we got was something out of a movie, a true dream come true. We feel so fortunate to know Nancy, Brittany, and all the angels they surrounds themselves with. We hope to stay in touch with them for the rest of our lives❤️

If you are debating about getting a wedding planner, don’t! If you’re worried about one that fits your wants and needs LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Nancy and her team go above and beyond expectations in ways that I didn’t think were possible! I was initially worried about planning because I am in physician assistant school and was crazy and decided to plan a wedding in the middle of it. However, once I met Nancy everything was a breeze and the wedding planning was something I looked forward to. Once the big day came around, Nancy and her team were able to take my husband and I’s vision and turn it into something I couldn’t even believe. She ensured that all we needed to do was just show up and every detail was perfect and accounted for. I don’t have enough words to praise the job that was done so I’ll leave it with this: during the wedding my husband and I were constantly asked how it was tht we were so calm and enjoying ourselves and I simple would reply, “go ask my wedding planner!”

Nancy helped make our wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts absolutely perfect! Extremely responsive and organized, she remembered every tiny detail and special request. She kept everything running on time and made sure we had an incredible day. Plus, her years of experience and positive attitude put us at ease. You will be so grateful for her on your wedding day!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Nancy is. We hired Nancy after our first wedding planner failed to follow through on major commitments to us. Before we even contracted with Nancy, she was willing to hop on a phone call with me to answer all of my questions and concerns, and alleviate the anxieties I had over our first wedding planner leading us astray. Throughout the planning process, Nancy was available to us when we needed her and happy to promptly answer any questions I had. On the day of our wedding, we had an abnormal amount of things go wrong with other vendors as well as rain on our wedding day, forcing us into a backup plan. Nancy advocated for us to have an alternate outdoor location under a tent at our venue instead of our indoor backup, and this made such a huge difference in our night. She also was there to address all of the other little hiccups that came up and made the night so much easier, despite the disappointments that were out of our/her control. In addition to being the best planner you will ever find, Nancy is honestly just an incredibly good human and it shows in her compassion for people and the work she does. We were so lucky to have found her and had her be a part of our special day.

We first started planning our 4/22/22 wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts in 2019 and Nancy was with us every step of the way. We used her as our day-of coordinator and she and her assistant were incredible. If there were any issues the day-of Nancy must've taken care of it because I didn't notice. As a couple that was affected by the pandemic we are incredibly appreciative of Nancy's kindness, professionalism, and flexibility. She is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the local wedding industry and her expertise is invaluable. Thank you Nancy!!!!!!

Nancy was an absolute dream to work with. Not only is she incredibly sweet and kind, but she is honest and very professional. We worked with her remotely up until our rehearsal. Being from out of town, we put all of our trust into Nancy. We went with all of her recommendations and were blown away as an end result! The whole process was seamless. Especially on the big day. Nancy and her team took charge and took care of everything. To be honest, I’m not sure if any hiccups happened during the evening- it they did she took care of it before I could even notice. We hired Nancy as a day of wedding coordinator but she went FAR beyond her contracted duties to ensure our day ran extremely smoothly. We got the dance floor kicked off ahead of schedule, every guest was tremendously happy, and she was able to scramble extra help when our design team canceled at the last minute. She is knowledgeable, funny, and understanding of all the ridiculous groomzilla requests I kept throwing at her throughout the lead up to the day and on the day of our wedding. Even during the Omicron surge, she always made sure we were having a great time and really helped us to remain calm. She was also on call for our Welcome Party which was a sprawling takeover of the St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club, so she spent quite a bit of time with us on our wedding weekend. We could not have made our weekend run smoothly without her help at the events and during calls the month before. When a few surprise emergency issues popped up with our setup team she was able to quickly squash/solve them. We were not in St. Pete until the week before the wedding so having her local knowledge was extremely clutch. We booked all our vendors ourselves, however she was able to recommend quite a few and has deep knowledge of the St. Pete/Tampa area. Nancy truly knows the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Pete where we had our reception inside and out, so she was a great help. Thank you Nancy for ensuring our wedding weekend was a true success!

Pick Nancy and her team if you want a stress free wedding day! I didn't have to worry about a thing! She has the experience you want but not a burnt out attitude of someone in the business for 20+ years!

We had Nancy as the Day of Coordinator for our wedding and she is amazing! Throughout the entire planning process (even a covid postponement), she was there for us and always provided quick responses to all of my questions. She had so many great ideas for little details that made our wedding day feel even more special. She walked us through our rehearsal when our officiant wasn't there and dealt with all of our nervous and annoying questions without ever losing her smile. On the day of our wedding, I had absolutely no worries because I knew Nancy had everything handled. Our day was perfect and everything went so smoothly thanks to Nancy!

Nancy worked tirelessly for almost 2 years on our wedding! She helped us switch venues, multiple times, and worked endlessly for what we wanted! Nancy made the process run smoothly and she especially made our wedding day soo stress free! We are so thankful for Nancy, without her I know our wedding day would have been a disaster and she took care of things I would have never even thought about or knew I needed. Also without me having to do anything, she set up our venue for the day of so beautifully because she really knew what we wanted! 2 years and 3 plans later and here we are writing a review for a person in a box that could not possibly contain of the amount of praise that Nancy Cotto deserves. Amid all of the challenges we’ve faced to get our day done and all of the speculation of what kind of event that it would be, Nancy tied all the pieces together into the most beautiful evening that we could have asked for. Nancy is the bow to the knot you are tying and absolutely will not disappoint you on your special day. We recommend Nancy Cotto Events to everyone for any occasion!

If you want stress free wedding planning and a smooth day, you better go with Nancy! She is truly phenomenal. She fully captured what we were envisioning and everything was beautifully executed. Nancy is incredibly experienced and has an amazing eye. She helped guide us every step along the way - menus, linens, ambiance, etc. We trusted her with a lot of the details of our day and I am so glad we did. She was so patient with my endless questions and always responded to emails very timely. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I couldn't tell you. Everything went smoothly and was timely. I was never left wondering "What next?" or "What do I do?". She had everyone where they needed to be (on time) and was great at communicating. The whole day moved along perfect because of Nancy. Nancy was amazing! From our first consultation, Nancy was very responsive and helped make the entire planning process smooth and easy. On the day of, she helped set up all of the tables, which ended up looking beautiful. She also helped organize the procession line and everything went off without a hitch! I knew I wanted to hire Nancy before I even formally met her Prior to our first meeting, I watched Nancy setting up for another wedding and immediately became confident in her abilities to perfect our big day. We are just so happy that we went through Nancy Cotto Events and chose Staci as our wedding planner for our June 2019 wedding! I'm a teacher and didn't have a lot of extra time to figure out everything that needed to be done for our big day. My husband and I really had no clue where to even start. Staci made the entire process SO much easier and not to mention fun :) She was there for us EVERY time that we had a question and met with us countless times to go over details, deadlines and concerns. She helped recommend and contact vendors for us, tasted wedding cakes and food choices with us, created a timeline, made sure that everything was set up correctly the day of, passed out our tips to our vendors and SO much more. My husband and I had a picture in our minds of what we wanted our wedding to look like, and we were just blown away by how perfectly Staci brought our vision to life. We were able to breathe easy and really enjoy our day knowing that she had everything under control. She is super friendly, kind, patient and organized, and was quite simply a dream wedding planner who was always two steps ahead. She always seemed to know what we needed, right down to anticipating that the groom would be hungry for a quick snack in the middle of our pictures ;) If you're looking for help in any form, I simply cannot recommend Staci enough!

Nancy is THE best! I got married in November 2019 and only gave myself 4 months to plan 2 ceremonies and a reception... our “keep it simple” turned into a wedding weekend! I had hired another wedding planner who completely dropped the ball and took advantage of us (she ended up apologizing and admitting she had personal issues taking place at home AFTER taking our money). I only share this because Nancy had the heart to see what was happening and help me. Try LuLu God sent! Nancy stepped in and helped to pull off our wedding weekend. She has the best ideas, all the BEST vendor connections (which you need!) and actually picked up the phone to help call people for me... she did this because she is a good person who cares. She’s also an expert and the ultimate professional in a time that you need it most!

Nancy was absolutely wonderful! Her quick responses to my countless emails leading up to the wedding were key to helping me stay calm (at least as calm as I could be) throughout the entire planning process. So many people commented on how relaxed I seemed on my wedding and I owe it all to her. I highly recommend Nancy!

My husband and I live in NYC and got married in St. Pete, FL. Planning a wedding long distance is challenging, but Nancy was amazing throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive to any questions, emails, calls etc. and walked us through the process every step of the way. I cannot praise her enough!
