Great bridal salon! Very personal, patient, and caring! The owners made it a point to make sure we were happy with everything throughout the alterations as well. I got a great deal on my dress too - 30% off a Sottero/Midgley brand new dress on Black Friday! The seamstress that they contract with was wonderful and very detailed. They helped add to the fun wedding process :) Highly recommended!

Nandels was wonderful to work with! Not only were they super friendly the day I bought the dress, but at all my fittings. I highly recommend them! Super great and professional people.

Buying a dress from Nandel's was the most amazing experience. The staff suggested a dress for me that I never would have picked based on what I said I liked and my body, and it ended up being the one. Even when I was being iffy about the price, they grabbed a catalog of lower cost dresses and started suggesting ways we could get me into the dress of my dreams within my budget. The seamstress is also the nicest lady I have ever met.

I left David's Bridal in tears, feeling so discouraged about dress shopping. thankfully someone recommended Nandel's. They have a great selection of gorgeous gowns, but it's really their customer service that sets them apart.

I purchased my dress from Nandels for our recent wedding. The selection they have is very good for a small, hometown shop. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The only problem I had was that my dress did need a lot of work, and the sole seamstress working for Nandels was not completely clear on the changes that needed to be made. There were a few additions that puckered and were not 100% flattering, but overall I was happy with my purchase and experience. I would definitely recommend Nandel's - one might want to consider going elsewhere for alterations.

Nandels is always a joy to work with. They made the whole process so seamless, and the alteration process was excellent. My mother had to order her dress through them, and they ensured that she looked absolutely gorgeous. They have a very large selection, wherein any bride can find a dress that will make them feel beautiful, and I love the personal aspect of my experience throughout the wedding gown process. I love my gown from Nandels, and couldn't be happier with my experience. We had tried several other boutiques before Nandels, and it was a truly magical moment when I found the dress of my dreams in their gown room upstairs. Lovely people and lovely bridal salon!

I went to two different wedding dress boutiques when searching for my dress. When I went to my appointment at David's Bridal, I felt rushed and pressured to hurry up and purchase a dress. I had the complete opposite experience at Nandels. Everyone was so kind and attentive making me feel special as a bride. They assisted me with trying on as many dresses as I wanted without feeling rushed and encouraged me to allow myself time to think on it before hastily buying a dress. I also loved that they remembered my name every single time I stopped by throughout the process of choosing my gown, having it altered, and taking it back post wedding for them to send it off to be preserved. It made me feel as if I was worth remembering and special. They were also always very prompt with returning calls. The have a variety of styles, sizes, and prices. The seamstress they recommend did a good job with altering my dress and charged a very decent price. She as well as the employees at Nandels prayed over my dress and for my marriage, I found this endearing as I am a Christian myself. My bridesmaids bought their dresses there and received a discount since I had bought my dress there. Thanks Nandels for being a very important part of my happily ever after!

Nandels was awesome. The staff is so friendly and patient. I think they would've let me try on every single dress in the store. Alterations were perfect. We also rented tuxes from Nandels. My wedding was on a holiday weekend so they even got the tuxes in early in case any adjustments needed madeI can't say enough good things about the store, selection, and staff! Wonderful!!! If you're looking for a wonderful wedding dress buying experience, Nandels is definitely the place to go.

I'd been dreading wedding dress shopping because I didn't want to spend $1000s on a dress, and I am happy to say that I found my perfect, simple, budget friendly dress at Nandel's. It's a hidden gem where the staff take the time to listen to your concerns, help you in and out of dresses and don't pressure you to purchase a dress unless you're 100% sure. I was extremely appreciative of their understanding that I'm a bride on a budget and that we were able to find what I was looking for without breaking the bank. I also loved there was a wide selection of wedding gowns in sizes 0-30. In a couple of places I'd shopped before, I found it difficult to find dress sizes to fit. I definitely recommend checking out Nandel's!

I purchased my dress during the first "White" Friday sale last November. My stylist was very helpful in gown selection and was able to help me truly feel like a bride. Since then, I have had alterations there and visited a few times over concerns/questions. Everyone there has been wonderful throughout the process and has constantly reassured me that I will have a beautiful day. They remember me when I come back in the store and have gone above and beyond to make me feel special! I would recommend them to ANY bride!

I wanted to purchase my gown from a local business and am so happy that I chose Nandels. This is a family owned and ran business that truly cares about each and every customer that walks through the door. The were very patient with me while I tried on countless dresses and were very efficient throughout the ordering process. Once my dress arrived, I decided to use the seamstress that they subcontract. She was excellent as well, and extremely affordable! I have several friends getting married next year - I have told all of them to shop here!

I can't say enough good things about Nandel's. Hands down - the best overall experience. The entire staff is so helpful and sweet. My bridal consultant, Melissa, was the icing on the cake. She gave me the consultation that every girl dreams of. We shopped other boutiques/stores, but none even came close to my appointment with Nandel's. But it doesn't stop there. The entire process was so smooth, easy and fun. The seamstress, Becky, was so patient, sweet and does an EXCELLENT job! Since my bridesmaids lived out of town, Nandel's not only ordered their dresses over the phone, but also shipped the dresses to them. My reception dress was also purchased at Nandel's - it was perfection. Look no further than Nandel's for any of your bridal needs - including having your dress preserved. I am so thankful for everything Nandel's did for my perfect day!

This bridal shop is everything a bride wants in her wedding attire shop. They have a wide selection of attire for all of the wedding party-- Bride, Groom, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Mothers and Fathers, etc. In my experience, they were extremely helpful, every single time I went in there. We got all of our wedding party's attire here and everybody looked wonderful, and for a great price!

Initially, we went to a "name brand" store. It felt cold, cold, loud and not very personal. A friend had told Miranda about Nandel's. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew we had made the best choice. They have a large supply of gowns. When my daughter felt overwhelmed with the choices. They just how to comfort her. I would rate them superior in service, knowledge, and price. Very pleased Mom Dee Ashworth.

I did not know about this business, but glad we were able to find it. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. We had many fittings and were there about 8 times before the actual wedding and they were all so very sweet to us and made us feel welcome each time we came. We purchased the dress of my daughter's dreams. The alterations were also done by someone who was very sweet and patient. I would recommend them to anyone getting married.

I love nandels! All of the ladies there are charming and very friendly! Nandels was the second dress shop I went to looking for my dress and honestly I really don't know why I didn't go to nandels first ! They will help in and out of every dress no matter how many you try on ( I think tried on 6-8 dress)! They make you feel very comfortable with the process picking the perfect dress.I loved that since I purchased my dress and veil here that they gave my bridesmaids, groomsmen and ring bearer a percentage off of their purchase! Everything was very affordable for my bridal party. My mother even got her dress here also so basically it's a one stop bridal store. I would recommend nandels to everyone I know that's getting married

I had always heard great things about Nandels, but I never knew what a hidden jewel we have here in Eleanor, WV! When I arrived for the first time, the staff welcomed me with kindness and patience! I wanted to try on everything and they allowed me to browse at my own speed, helping me in and out of every dress. Never once did I feel pressured; instead, I was encouraged to "sleep on it" and come back again. My experience with Nandels was so different from those I had with other local bridal stores. The wonderful ladies at Nandels always remembered my name and never failed to make me feel like a pampered bride. Another great thing about Nandels is the quality and quantity of dresses and other bridal accessories they have in the store.
