Founded in Gilbert, AZ, Nando’s Mexican Cafe is a locally owned restaurant offering wedding and special event catering services. We specialize in Sonoran-style Mexican cuisine and offer a wide range of appetizers, dishes, salads, and more.
Nando's was established over 20 years ago by two friends, Fernando and Tim. With their 17 years of industry experience, they created a wonderful local family joint that values both quality food and community support. Fernando's use of family recipes passed down from both his mother and step father reflect his appreciation for culinary heritage. Since our founding, we have expanded with help from our third owner, Sean, and now have five thriving locations across Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Maricopa.
We are committed to culinary quality and excellent service with our buffet style catering options, serving food from our family to yours.

We have been to Nando's Mexican Restaurants many times and decided to try them out for catering our event. We were so happy that we did! Everyone loved the food! Absolutely no issues! We truly felt like we got an amazing deal. We would highly recommend Nando's to anyone!

We have always loved Nando's food when we have dined in restaurant and gotten to go so it was a no-brainer to cater from them for our wedding. The food was a hit with even our pickiest eaters and was delivered promptly at out location. I would highly recommend the food and their professional staff.!

The food at Nandos is always consistently excellent, with top quality ingredients and presentation. They provide excellent service, all of the servers are very professional, and attentive to the table. You always receive plenty of chips and salsa and they’re happy hour. Venues are great too. Our favorite is the happy hour nachos with chicken added. You can get them at any time, not just during happy hour. The reason you want to get the happier ones as they have the awesome spinach queso dip on them. Delicious!! You can’t go wrong with Nando’s if you like Mexican food.
The food was amazing! The service was great overall. They were very accommodating and maintained professionalism, You won't be sorry if you choose this place to meet your food needs for your event. I totally recommend them.

We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Nando's in March of 2024. We eat at Nando's all the time and think it is great, but they really made our special night shine. We sat on the outdoor patio. It was a cold, rainy night, but the heaters were sufficient to make it toasty. The lighting added a beautiful, warm touch. And as usual, the service was great. We had a lot of orders and checks and everything was perfect!

We had 6 people for a birthday celebration and service and food were excellent. This is my favorite restaurant.
Nandos is a great restaurant. My wife and I go there at least once a month and we never had bad service. It is very much recommended.
There are many things to like about Nando’s—the quality of the food; the terrific service; and their responsiveness to questions or concerns. But the thing that ties it all together, for me, is the consistency of each of these. The food, service, and attentiveness is ALWAYS high level. To be able to count on a restaurant every time is a valuable feature for a guest.
