e hosting our wedding there simple. Everything was accessible with hotel rooms on site. Guests could walk to the beach, restaurants, and so much more. We would highly recommend NBR!

plaint is that they required us to work with one caterer who was incredibly slow at serving guests. We'd had concerns about the caterer in advance because our first tasting hadn't gone well, and would have preferred to shop around for a different caterer.

ds raved about the venue- from the simplicity and easiness of it all, to the gorgeous ocean views. It could not have been better. To top it all off- working with Meaghan was a dream! She was so attentive, helpful, kind, and responsive to everything during the planning process. If you’re looking for a one stop shop/hotel/beachy wedding location then I promise, this is a hidden gem and greatest spot to get married. Meaghan makes the whole thing better and wedding planning enjoyable. Our wedding went off without a hitch because of her!!

vent planner…at no extra cost and was also there in the back ground when we met with the DJ and florist. Meghan was a dream to work with and easy to reach. If we had questions, she had the answers. Our wedding was mid-February…an iffy time to have a wedding in New England. We were lucky. The weather was stellar…by 4pm it was 34 degrees and sunny. The reception was on the second floor of NBR. All you can see from there is the sparkling ocean. We happened to have the wedding during the Snow Moon. By 7pm we could see the Moon coming up over the ocean…a spectacular sight.

ocean views were beautiful! It was so convenient for our guests to be able to stay at the hotel and they were all very happy with their rooms. It was amazing to have everything for the weekend (including the beach and spots for the rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks) in walking distance! Working with Meaghan made the whole process so easy! She answered all of our questions very quickly and was so helpful throughout the entire process! We couldn’t be happier with our whole experience and would absolutely recommend!!

e’d be celebrating with over 200 of our closest family and friends while we danced the night away. The venue would accommodate all our guests so no one would have to worry about driving anywhere and all could enjoy the night to the fullest. The event would be elegant, classy, and comfortable at the same time. Everyone would have one of the most fun nights of their lives. Our dream came true at Nantasket Beach Resort on August 5th, 2023, where we had the absolute best day of our entire lives. Ask the staff…it was an epic event filled with tears, laughter, smiles and so much love that all involved with the resort played a part in. The staff was unbelievable. They made us feel so special from the second we walked through the door until the moment we left. Everyone was friendly and attentive to every need and made the entire time spent at the resort worry free for our dream weekend. The resort accommodated our guests with a 50-room block. The property was immaculate, and our guests enjoyed the beautiful views from the hotel, the stunning Nantasket Beach, the pool, and all the local establishments, especially Shoreline, the on-site restaurant. Our guests all came away praising the resort, the staff and the entire Nantasket community. While everyone at the resort was wonderful, Meaghan was truly amazing. From our first meeting a year prior to the wedding, right until the end she was our champion. Meaghan sought perfection for our requests down to the last detail and consistently considered what we would want as well as ensuring that our guests had everything they needed to be comfortable. Meaghan, we are so grateful for everything you did for us and hope you know how highly we think of you and how much we appreciate you. We’ll have a very special place in our hearts for the resort and especially for you for the rest of our lives and we will to be back again and again…especially on August 5th. e wedding planning process, we were introduced to Meaghan to help us coordinate all the details of our wedding day. Meaghan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, always available to answer our countless questions, coordinate with all of our vendors, and help make our wedding weekend everything we could have ever dreamed it would be. Meaghan helped us to quickly organize a fun and creative wedding party entrance, organize a wedding day 5k table in the lobby, rearrange tables to make more room for the dance floor during the reception, and displayed all of our decorations perfectly! The Nantasket Beach Resort was the perfect destination for a wedding. It had everything you needed in one location with nearby restaurants for rehearsal dinner and after party!! We would highly recommend Meaghan and the team at Nantasket Beach Resort for the perfect wedding venue!!

ely were one of those couples affected by the unpredictability of the pandemic and our wedding reception was postponed by a full 2 years due to circumstances beyond our control. By the time we had reached out to Nantasket, we were a little beaten down and defeated by illness and business closures having already impacted so many aspects of our big day and we just were hoping for something simple to allow us to finally celebrate our marriage with loved ones. The entire team met us where we were at and totally exceeded our expectations. Over the course of our planning process, we got to work with Carol, Emily, Rachelle, and Meaghan, who we have to give a special shout-out to as our day-of coordinator for being so incredibly gracious and flexible, not to mention attentive and creative as she completely re-designed her signage once she noticed the décor we had brought in. Everyone was able to reassure us that we could have exactly what we were looking for out of our non-traditional celebration and handled every concern we had with kindness and grace, whether it was wheelchair accessibility, finding local vendors, or just having a sewing kit available that saved a day-of dress snafu that threatened to derail the entire day’s schedule. Thank you to the entire Nantasket Beach Resort team; the day truly would not have happened without you!

date. The food vendors didn’t even provide the correct beef meal my husband and I selected at our tasting. Staff members went in and out of my bridal suite and concierge gave out my room key without prior approval. This resulted items going missing, like the 3 foot bow to my wedding dress and my outfit I got ready in, which the hotel refused to take any responsibility for. Not only did items go missing from my room, but another one of my guest’s rooms too. We called within 36 hours to report the missing items but was told the hotel claims no responsibility for ‘lost items.’ Clearly there’s a security issue within this establishment. My night itself was fun but I credit that to the people we invited and the outside vendors we hired. The location is nice and photos came out beautifully, but I would not let that be your selling point to choose this venue.

our planner left when our emails and phone calls weren't being answered. It was a mess for awhile. Chelsey took over though and she did an incredible job with what must have been a very stressful return. I can't say enough great things about Chelsey and how she made sure to go over all of our questions and accommodate anything that we needed. She is someone to look forward to working with if choosing this venue. The staff were all amazing the entire weekend. My guests and family all had nothing but great things to say about everyone. The food was incredible and the drinks were made quick. They're on top of everything for you. Work closely with Chelsey and this venue will make sure your day is perfect!

The banquet captain was very punctual, maybe a little too punctual as there wasn't very much wiggle room on things such as formal photos but she did a great job at keeping everything organized and corralling the crowd. The hotel staff was great and very accommodating with early check-ins for guests. We had such a great day and I would highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful view, with everything all in one place!!

the hotel changed management which was nerve wracking for a but then Chelsey stepped up and handled everything perfectly. She is extremely responsive and organized and helped to lower my planning anxiety. Madeline kept the timeline on track and was very helpful during the wedding weekend. The event staff was all very kind and professional. It was so convenient being able to have all of our events at one place and the view was amazing. We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding at NBR!

Though we were familiar with the setting but not with the venue, we were greatly surprised by the quality of the hotel rooms, ballrooms, delicious food, amenities for our guests, and exceptionally helpful, supportive staff. We and our many out of town guests enjoyed every minute at the hotel. The scenic views are breathtaking, and being across the street from the ocean had a calming effect on everyone! The rooms and all areas of the hotel were clean and inviting. When my daughter first got engaged and was looking at venues, my husband and I gave her three conditions that we needed satisfied. They were that the venue be convenient for us, for our guests, and that the cost be reasonable. The Nantasket Beach Resort Hotel fulfilled each of those conditions at a level that surpassed all of our expectations! It is a hidden gem on the south shore of Boston!!!

wedding has always seemed stressful for me, but everyone at this resort made it so easy. They had a list of recommended vendors to start the process for us because we did not know where to start. We even had our own wedding planner the day of the event who was there to assist with the details and to help pack up our belongings at the end of the night. I would recommend this resort to any engaged couple looking for an ocean front venue for their wedding! Thank you again!

the crowd very pleased all night long. Our guests continue to send us messages telling us what a wonderful time they had and how the food was amazing and service was the best they had ever seen! Definitely check this place out when you are looking for a venue and you will NOT be disappointed! They also have a roof top deck for photographs....this is awesome because the hotel sits on the shore of Nantasket Beach - one of the best beaches in Massachusetts. The hotel has a great wedding package and it included a champagne toast and the cake which we ordered from Konditor Meister in Braintree but they have four cake vendors to try. Also, we had guests who needed rooms and they had a wonderful room block set up. The bridal suite is stunning and HUGE. Plenty of room for your bridesmaids to come and get ready and have hair and makeup done during the day. They also have a lounge on site that held space for our guests for an after hours party. I can't believe my wedding day has come and gone but the memories will last a lifetime. The Nantasket Beach Resort was absolutely amazing in every way!

s reaching out and meeting a few specific requests we had concerning the reception too! She was also present for our ceremony which was very sweet as well! The executive suite that we were provided for the couple nights was really amazing, it was huge! The only thing it was missing was a balcony (it did have a sliding door but no where to step out onto). Plenty of windows with views of the water. We also had the ladies in our wedding get their hair and makeup done right in the suite and it was plenty large enough to do that while hosting other people as well during so. The bedroom/master bath had doors as well to separate from the rest of the suite, plus there was a half bath in the main area of the suite too! (So guests didn't have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom). We had the rehearsal dinner on-site in a separate area next to the bar and it was great, the food from the restaurant was very good! The server, Anna, we had taking care of us during the rehearsal dinner was very sweet and quick as well, provided great service. We did a "First Look" type deal since we didn't want to miss the entire cocktail hour and majority of the wedding party were allowed to take pictures on a higher up balcony on top of the resort which was stunning! We had the ceremony in the smaller side room, the Minot Room, which was the perfect size for 80 guests. It was nice but it was very hot in the front of the room of the ceremony, that was the only bummer thing. Although we obviously didn't pause the ceremony to complain about it therefore it was what it was. Guests sitting in the back said they were fine so it may've been hard to tell for the person in charge of that. The side room for the wedding party was nice but had no windows and was very stuffy and hot. Although, it was obviously nice to have with service in there too. (Although, they did provide us a bottle of champagne which was sweet!). The reception was amazing, the Nantasket Ballroom (first floor) was great, stunning view of the beach/ocean, a fenced in patio, and perfect for a smaller wedding. Being on the first floor you could easily go outside and take pictures or smoke. The food was fantastic, especially the filet, salad, and Mediterranean Station we had chosen. The hors d'oeuvres were very yummy especially the coconut shrimp! The bartender was super fast I was told, guests said they never really waited long for a drink (side note you're not allowed to order shots). The Banquet Captain, Madeline, was amazing. She was present the entire time, set the room perfectly, ran a tight ship, and packed up all our stuff after for us to bring up! We had a lot of decor and she did amazing, she also swiftly gave the boot to a few people who weren't guests. The only other couple complaints I can think of is first the service at the restaurant for breakfast could've been better, although the food was delicious. There was also some resistance to negotiation about the rehearsal dinner and not using their pre-fixed menu for it (the entrees are very similar to the reception menu hence why we didn't want to use it). But were able to meet in the middle. But otherwise overall, we highly recommend this resort for a wedding, especially for the location if you love the ocean like we do! :)

During the planning process we worked with Mary, and she was fabulous! She answered all emails in a timely fashion, and made sure each and every detail was perfect for the wedding. The day played out exactly as I had hoped! The ballroom was beautiful, especially with the uplighting. We had an after party in the Surf Lounge, and that also worked out great! Everyone at the hotel was on the same page, which made coordinating the entire event (after party, hotel stays, welcome bags, etc.) extremely easy! If you want the feel of a destination wedding without leaving MA, I strongly recommend the Nantasket Beach Resort!

eel right at home. Mary from day one answered any question or concerns by phone, email or even in person she truly was there every step of the way. We were very grateful for her time. The weekend of our wedding the staff were very helpful and if anything needed to be rearranged they were there to help. This venue has everything you would want and more for your special day. We got to take pictures on the beach, carousel, roof deck, bar, and on the stair case. Our beautiful pictures had such variety at this venue, not many venues could give you this option, especially in such a short distance. Our guests said it was by far the best wedding they have ever been to. They loved the hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, food at the reception and the wonderful atmosphere. Having hotel rooms connected to the main event made everything so accommodating. We also had a pizza party down in the restaurant after the reception. Let me tell you that was such a big hit with our family and friends. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more all thanks to this wonderful resort. We would highly recommend this venue for your special day!!

Everyone loved having the ocean views and many of our guests took advantage of being right on the water. The Paragon Grill for our rehearsal dinner, after party and Sunday morning breakfast was superb! Mary and her wedding coordinating team were fantastic - supportive, reliable and efficient! Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to go back to the resort for our 1 year anniversary!

The serving staff on the evening were without fault, professional and attentive at all times. The food was of the an exceptional restaurant quality, seriously delicious; with dietary issues a breeze to cater for. The space was a fantastic size for our gathering of 140 people, with lots of spaces for those wishing to rest there feet or to dance. Every guest we have spoken to has said it was one of the best receptions they had ever been to! Seriously consider this venue!

Lorraine, our wedding coordinator appointed by Mary was amazing, she covered every fine little detail and made sure we were taken care of all night. We were treated like royalty and it was the best experience of my life, from start to finish. Even the team at the front desk lead by Kathy made sure us and all of our overnight guests were taken care of. What a place...what a night! I'll never forget this experience as long as I live.

The ballroom can hold up to 300 people and we only had about 100 people at our wedding and the room didn't feel too big. Food was good. Nice ocean views especially at sunset. Lots of things included in the price of the wedding, especially if you have an off peak day. Free bridal suite hotel room the night of the wedding and another free stay on your 1 year anniversary. The room was beautiful and very big. Everyone tells me it was a beautiful wedding. I'm very happy with everything overall.

LLIONS of questions that I had (especially since my husband and I live in TX and were planning from afar). On the day OF the wedding, our banquet captain was Lorraine and she was an absolute doll and kept things moving right along coordinating with our DJ. In addition to having our wedding there, several friends and family (including us) stayed at the hotel and it's so pretty there! And the front desk (and really ALL the staff we interacted with) were all so friendly and nice! I highly recommend Nantasket Beach Resort, you won't regret it!

enue fit with our needs. We worked with Mary to arrange most of the wedding- Mary is awesome! Mai helped us work out our room blocks and was great in helping us add more rooms to meet all our guests's needs. Ashley in the Paragon Grill helped us work out our rehearsal lunch, and Corey was with us the day of the rehearsal, being so helpful and considerate towards us and our guests. The waitstaff on the wedding day were friendly and attentive to all of us, making sure we ate, which my husband and I both really appreciated! Our Day-of Captain Lorraine was great, helping us keep track of the time and making sure the flow of the day went smoothly. She seemed a little flustered with us when we tried to sneak out to take a sunset beach photo, but it ended up not being a problem whatsoever and she was cheerful and helpful the whole night. I absolutely recommend this venue as a wonderful place to get married.

The bridal suite is amazing, it was large enough for all my bridesmaids, mom, hair stylists and visitors that came in and out. Our wedding was so much fun and we're actually going back for our 1 year anniversary! (Also - Mary is Mai are AMAZING to work with, they are so helpful and responsive!)

hat they could do a room block for our guests, and that they have a bar downstairs that all the guests go to for an after-party with free music on Saturday nights. Sounds appealing to have all your guests in one place for the whole weekend, right? We soon found out that the bar downstairs has a max capacity of 40 people and that it is not always music, sometimes it is a comedy show - so why they would have told us that they could do an after party for us, knowing we had a 200 person wedding, is beyond me. Our coordinator, Mary, was not proactive at all in making us feel comfortable. For several months we had to ask her questions about details of our wedding instead of her offering them to us. When we asked to sit down with her about the cost & details, she told us that our questions should be saved until our details meeting which was several months away. Our final straw was when we found out they booked multiple other room blocks during our wedding weekend and therefore were completely sold out of hotel rooms NINE months before our wedding - without even giving us the heads up! We found out incidentally through one of our guests attempting to book a room. We ended up canceling our contract and they even gave us our deposit back because they admitted some serious flaws in their process. Until they realize that they need to treat their bride and groom, or ANYONE who will be spending a considerable amount of money with them, with more openness and respect - you should stay far away from this place!! You deserve attentive, open, respectful, and gratuitous staff members! This can not be found at Nantasket Beach Resort.
