The historic 1809 Meeting House on Orange Street is the island’s premier location for destination weddings, with two venues from which to choose. Recently restored to its original nineteenth-century splendor, the large, light-filled Sanctuary accommodates 400 guests. The 1830 Goodrich organ and Steinway grand piano fill the hall with beautiful music. Hendrix Hall, our smaller chapel on the first floor, was renovated over the winter with new carpeting and cushions, and accommodates 150 guests. We welcome couples of all religious backgrounds, interfaith and same-sex couples, as well as blended families.
