or 25 years and take great pride in our awesome communication leading up to, and on the day of our Trolley service. We use email to correspond so that there are never any questions about anything discussed because putting things in writing can be referenced at any time (phone calls are followed up with an email summary so that it is in the email chain). This is good for our customers, and for our company so there are no questions about anything that has been discussed as it's right there, in writing. Our contracts are professional and very fair. Our engagement fee is not a deposit. It's the fee to hold your Happy Wedding Day Trolley for you on your wedding date, that is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has always been a part of our contract. I know that we have done everything in a kind, honest, and caring way with you and with all of our Happy couples! My guess is that you never read your contract. Reading your contracts from ALL of your vendors before you sign them and return any engagement fee's is very important for all couples. To any couples reading this review, please know that we are a very reputable company, and take great pride in our service, our procedures, and our contract. You have two weeks from receiving your contract to review them before you sign them and return them to us. These comments from Katrina are not the norm. a planner or a family member helping you on the day of would have been a great thing to have at your Happy Wedding Day. I must respond to almost every comment: You don't need your entire day's plans to book a Naperville Trolley. We need the wedding date, names, mailing address, emails, etc, but as for the day of plans, NT&T gives you until the Monday before your wedding (5 days before the big day) to adjust the timing, add time, new photo locations, whatever you need. We only have a three hour minimum, and that can be moved or added to however you like. When you book, NT&T blocks out two additional hours before your estimated start time and two additional hours after your estimated end time in our schedule book "just in case" you want to move timing around. We have been doing this for 24 years. We are very easy to work with and very flexible. Before your wedding day, you are sent a "day of" email with suggestions what to bring and what not to bring, etc. It also says, and I quote "It is not our driver's responsibility to announce what time it is or how much time is left on your contract. Please keep track of time, or ask someone in your group to do that. We never want to go past the scheduled end time, but it does happen. If it does, we will invoice you next week for the overage." It is NT&T's job to drive you safely to and from all of your locations, not be the timer. You stated you had to "cut off the wedding party photos so you could all rush to the reception" Your ceremony did not start on time. This most likely threw a kink in the entire day, making the day run late from that moment on. All of our drivers are there for your comfort and to make your day stress free. My pre-wedding emails to confirm every detail are to help make the day stress free. NT&T is not in charge of the ceremony starting on time, and we can not predict traffic (and in your contract is a lot of information about traffic). We always do our best to stay ON schedule, but things like ceremonies starting late make that difficult. Running 7 minutes late/over in time, yes, per contract we could have invoiced you for that, but we didn't. You're welcome! : ) As for our email address, it is on my business card, on my letterhead, and all over the website that it is annette@napervilletrolley.com. Somewhere a "gmail address" got mixed into our conversations, but I have not changed my NT&T email address ever. We have been in business since 1995 and take great pride in our wonderful service and our awesome drivers.
