About this vendor
Hi, I'm Emma, and I'm the owner of Napping Cat Floral Studio.
If you're a bride who LOVES flowers and doesn't want a "traditional florist look" for your wedding, I'm your gal!
My mission is to provide stunning wedding florals that are 100% locally/regionally grown. I source the majority of my flowers from Napping Cat Flower Farm, my parents' flower farm, in addition to other flower farmers in the area.
I choose to design with #nofloralfoam and instead opt for reusable materials. All organic matter is composted after events.
If you think we'd work well together, please head to my website, www.nappingcatfloralstudio.com, and fill out my wedding application to inquire! (I book weddings from March to October because I use exclusively seasonal flowers.)
Napping Cat Floral Studio is a bespoke wedding floral service based in Knoxville, TN.

Emma is fabulous. She is so intentional with every little detail and had a detailed proposal of what she envisioned before we even officially booked with her. Her attention to deta...
il is what sets her apart. I love that her work looks different than traditional wedding florals. If you love the look of wildflowers and a less “polished” arrangement of flowers Emma is perfect.

rowns. She went above and beyond with everything that she crafted for us. It was gorgeous, generous, fun, and totally heartwarming. I feel so fortunate that we connected and benefitted from her magic.

Emma did an amazing job with the florals for our wedding, and we couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out! When I met with Emma for our consultation meeting, I told her ho...
w I wanted a colorful, wildflower feel to my bouquet and the other florals. She went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I was imagining and more...we received so many compliments about our flowers at our wedding. I also really appreciated her commitment to sustainable practices, including her use of local flowers and her willingness to come back at the end of the wedding evening to compost any flowers we chose not to keep. We are so happy with our decision to work with Emma for our wedding and would recommend her to any couple getting married in East Tennessee!

uquet. I couldn’t have been happier with it. I wasn’t planning on preserving it, but after seeing it I had to! Emma as great to work with. I sent her all sorts of flowers I saw and liked on Instagram, and never felt like I was bothering her.

lly I had debated if I should even have a bouquet. I'm so glad that we decided to go with Napping Cat! I love Emma's commitment to sustainability and using local florals, plus Emma is incredibly sweet and has a great eye for florals and design. We were able to work with her to do a small a la carte order which fit the needs of our small wedding perfectly and she was even able to drop them off out our lodging before our wedding. I didn't give her much in the way of instructions but was stunned with how beautiful the flowers were! I'd highly recommend Napping Cat Floral Studio to other couples looking for beautiful flowers for their wedding!
When showing people photos of our wedding, people ALWAYS mention how beautiful our florals were. We gave Emma a lot of freedom when designing our florals, and she knocked it out of...
the park. She both completely captured our vision while bringing her own creativity and ideas to the finished product. There aren't many florists who are willing to FORAGE wildflowers for their clients. Thanks to Emma's philosophy of using local blooms, your florals will be completely unique to the time and place you were married, which I think is beautiful. Emma was flexible and committed to giving us a service completely catered to us, making sure we didn't need to worry about a thing come the big day.
Emma was excellent and showed up early to help make sure the flowers were set up beautifully. She helped us overcome some unforeseen obstacles and went out of her way to make sure ...
