Hi, I'm Emma, and I'm the owner of Napping Cat Floral Studio.
If you're a bride who LOVES flowers and doesn't want a "traditional florist look" for your wedding, I'm your gal!
My mission is to provide stunning wedding florals that are 100% locally/regionally grown. I source the majority of my flowers from Napping Cat Flower Farm, my parents' flower farm, in addition to other flower farmers in the area.
I choose to design with #nofloralfoam and instead opt for reusable materials. All organic matter is composted after events.

Emma was awesome. I was worried that no one would be able to fulfill the vision I had in my head. But she fulfilled it with the wildflowers she and her family grow, and it was everything I wanted:)
I had the most beautiful florals ever! I had three bud vases for each table, boutonnières, a bouquet for everyone in the bridal part as well as my husband and a beautiful bridal bouquet. I couldn’t have been happier with it. I wasn’t planning on preserving it, but after seeing it I had to! Emma as great to work with. I sent her all sorts of flowers I saw and liked on Instagram, and never felt like I was bothering her.
I am so glad to have used Napping Cat Floral Studio for my wedding bouquet and husband's boutonniere! As someone who was coming from out of state and having a micro-wedding, initially I had debated if I should even have a bouquet. I'm so glad that we decided to go with Napping Cat! I love Emma's commitment to sustainability and using local florals, plus Emma is incredibly sweet and has a great eye for florals and design. We were able to work with her to do a small a la carte order which fit the needs of our small wedding perfectly and she was even able to drop them off out our lodging before our wedding. I didn't give her much in the way of instructions but was stunned with how beautiful the flowers were! I'd highly recommend Napping Cat Floral Studio to other couples looking for beautiful flowers for their wedding!
When showing people photos of our wedding, people ALWAYS mention how beautiful our florals were. We gave Emma a lot of freedom when designing our florals, and she knocked it out of the park. She both completely captured our vision while bringing her own creativity and ideas to the finished product. There aren't many florists who are willing to FORAGE wildflowers for their clients. Thanks to Emma's philosophy of using local blooms, your florals will be completely unique to the time and place you were married, which I think is beautiful. Emma was flexible and committed to giving us a service completely catered to us, making sure we didn't need to worry about a thing come the big day.
Emma was excellent and showed up early to help make sure the flowers were set up beautifully. She helped us overcome some unforeseen obstacles and went out of her way to make sure the flowers and decorations were perfect. We loved the flowers and would highly recommend Emma to others!
