Narrow Gauge is a country and rock band based out of Colorado Springs, CO that offers live music performances for weddings and other special events. This four-piece delivers hit after hit to get the party going at your big celebration and to keep it going for the night. You can call upon this band of tried-and-tested professionals to play music for your festivities! They also have a fantastic Covid-19 cancellation policy. Just in case! Band manager Jim Greer doubles as the lead guitar, and along with Gene, Ashley, and Mike, forms Narrow Gauge. These seasoned musicians have performed together for many years with over 300 weddings under their belt. Their focus is on country and rock favorites but their optional DJ set can deliver even more musical styles. This band plays at weddings across the state of Colorado as well as Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Wyoming, and California. If there’s an airport near your venue, you can get these musicians to come on over! This high-energy crew knows their instruments and songs, also making sure that they bring excellent equipment and a positive attitude. Their goal is to pack your dance floor with the hits that you seek. Upon prior request, these musicians can add your favorites to their repertoire or take on MC duties for your proceedings. My husband and I hired them to perform at our wedding and they were terrific. Jim was a huge help in keeping things on track and was very easy to work with. Our friends partied the whole night and everyone had a great time.

Absolutely wonderful. Hired them to play at our wedding. They were so helpful. By far the most accommodating / worry-free vendor we dealt with. Would hire them a million times over. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Perfect experience. Music was great and we danced all night.

Narrow Gauge made our wedding night complete! They are outstanding performers and sound amazing! They honestly are so good they should go on tour! I would listen to them live again and again. Everyone was so impressed by them. They are so personal and kind and professional. They really are the real deal and wound 100% recommend anyone hiring them for their event!

Jim and the band were an absolute blast, if I could give them more than a 5 start rating I would. They made our wedding and unforgettable evening. To this day people are still commenting on how much fun and interactive they were. From the get go Jim was very easy and professional to work with. He is very detail oriented and thought of absolutely everything to make sure our day went smoothly.

Jim and his group were very professional and thorough in helping our vision come to life for our reception!! Jim was so easy to get in contact with in the months before the wedding and planning and was so nice to work with. The music was absolutely perfect!!! Everyone had a wonderful time dancing and listening to live music again!!! 10/10 would hire Jim and his group again for our next event!!!!

There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful we are to have found Jim Greer and Narrow Gauge. Due to COVID 19 we had to make some adjustments, keeping our original date, we decided to have a small, intimate wedding surrounded by our immediate family. Unfortunately with our limited number of guests allowed, we weren’t able to enjoy the rest of the Narrow Gague Band for our reception. Jim was so understanding and worked so well with us in planning our new wedding day. I cant speak highly enough about Jim, he was amazing and so incredibly talented! He was organized, professional, had great time management and kept the overall flow throughout the ceremony. He played amazing music as everyone was arriving, as they were being seated and per my request learned a whole new song in just one month prior to our wedding day that he played during our ceremony. He went out of his way to learn a song we love to make our wedding feel that much more special, and for that I cant thank him enough. I highly recommend Jim Greer and Narrow Gauge to everyone! I will definitely be reaching out to him and the Narrow Gauge Band for events in our future!

First and foremost they are super responsive to every question I had. Get back with you same day or the next day at the latest. Have some good templates and layouts to time frames and what to think about during the event. They MC the event and do an excellent job at directing traffic. Big the biggest thing they Rock. They read the crowed and get everyone up and dancing. I've been to wedding where I was the only one dancing and I was afraid that would happen at my wedding. but they made sure everyone was up dancing and having a blast. my groomsmen said it was the best party they ever went too.

So many people have told us how great the party and the band were. Getting us both up to sing with the band was over the top and our friends loved it. That MADE the party! We definitely are sooooo happy we went with the suggestion of our venue. Thank you Narrow Gauge!

Absolutely wonderful! We hired them to play at our wedding. They were helpful and by far the most accommodating / worry free vendor we dealt with. I'd hire them a million times over and can not recommend them highly enough. It was a perfect experience. The music was great and we danced all night.

Jim & gang were absolutely perfect for our wedding, and were extremely professional to work with. We had multiple calls prior to the event to talk things over, and Jim was very organized throughout. This is obviously not their first rodeo - these guys are pros and they know how to throw a damn good party. Jim was great as our Emcee and the band kept our guests dancing all night long. Perfect blend of country and classic rock songs that are easy to dance too. Thanks so much Narrow Gauge! We hope to hear you guys around Colorado sometime soon.

We HIGHLY recommend this band for your wedding. They were amazing and kept the dance floor packed the entire night!! They are very interactive and their sound is great!! Jim is incredible throughout the entire wedding planning process. They are professional, flexible and really care about making their client's night the best. I highly, highly recommend these guys!!

Narrow Gauge was absolutely incredible! My husband and I got married out in a field on my parents' property, with the reception in a huge tent. Narrow Gauge did a great job figuring out how to set up out in the field for the ceremony and brought life to our reception. I've never seen so many people dancing at a wedding! We wanted our reception to be a fun celebration and Narrow Gauge made that happen! They're talented, fun, easy to work with and if you want a great live band at your wedding book them now!

YOU HAVE TO USE THESE GUYS! Jim and his band were great from beginning to end. Jim got on multiple calls with us to walk through every detail of our wedding (not even just the details to do with the band specifically). He coordinated with our venue on a tent and location for the band as well as power supply. And of course our guests loved them. The dance floor was full the entire night. I highly highly recommend these guys!

We could not have been more thrilled with Narrow Gauge at our wedding! I looked at dozens of CO wedding bands and I just kept coming back to these guys. When I finally called Jim, he was incredibly friendly and excited, and totally willing to make all our live music dreams come true! They're extremely professional and organized, and very easy to get ahold of at any point with questions, concerns, or changes. Most importantly, the music was truly fantastic! Our dance floor was packed the ENTIRE time and we put the rental company's recommendation for the dance floor size (they select based on attendance numbers) to shame... the floor could have been twice the size and it still would have been full! Even when they took their scheduled breaks, the music they played kept everyone moving. We started late due to rain, and Jim and the guys made up for lost time, and I'm eternally grateful for that. We knew as soon as we got engaged that live music would be a must, and I wouldn't change a thing if we did it over again. I'll recommend Narrow Gauge to ANYONE looking to make their wedding extra amazing, and I assure you, many, many of our guests said our wedding was the best they'd ever been too. Endless thanks to these incredibly guys, we'll never forget how wonderful our night was!

Narrow Gauge was one of the hits of our wedding! They had the dance floor packed the entire night! In addition, Jim was organized and easy to get ahold of during the planning process. The band was open to feedback and able to judge the crowd after the first set. Thank you for an amazing wedding!

Narrow Guage is amazing. They played at my cousins wedding 10 years ago and when I got engaged last September I knew I had to have them also. Jim knows all of the right questions to ask and makes planning so easy. The wedding day was perfect and our guests are still talking about how good the band was.

The most memorable day of our lives! We wanted to have a fun and exciting wedding celebration that all our guests would enjoy and remember! So, we decided to book Narrow Gauge about a year in advance of our wedding. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with Jim's professionalism throughout the entire process. He gives you 110% prior to and during the event. He was always available to help us plan our party and give us knowledgeable suggestions about the entertainment, even months ahead of the wedding! Talk about superb customer service! Even after we had booked Narrow Gauge, he was eager to tailor the Narrow Gauge experience to our specific crowd and they did just that. A big concern we had was that our celebration would not be fun, exciting, or memorable. One of the best things about Narrow Gauge is that they are expert entertainers and the dance floor was packed throughout the night. Our fears ended up being unwarranted, because everyone had a great time. We received numerous compliments about how fantastic Narrow Gauge was and even had some of our guest talk to the band about playing at their party. Narrow Gauge helped us have the most unforgettable day of our lives, and our guests will always remember how great our wedding was. Thank you Narrow Gauge!

Jim and the band made our day so special! We have gotten numerous compliments since our wedding on how fun it was, and that it was the best wedding people had been to! This was LARGELY due to you Narrow Gauge! I have to be honest and admit that I was a tad nervous booking a country/rock band, but after reading probably every review on Narrow Gauge and after speaking with Jim, I knew that they had it covered. I knew that the band we chose could make or break the party, and boy did they make it! I was also nervous about having a vacant dance floor, but this NEVER happened once they started playing--even on their breaks, the dance floor was packed! Everyone loved you guys and I just want to thank you again for making our night so special! Lastly, because I was planning a destination wedding and had never seen or met the band, I wanted to emphasize how much their organization and attention to detail was appreciated. You can't go wrong booking these guys!

Words cannot describe how incredible Narrow Gauge is! They traveled all the way to Santa Fe for our wedding and I can honestly say, they MADE our wedding. My husband and I couldn't stop dancing and nor could any of our guests (including those who I've never seen dance in my life)! In addition to being performers of the highest quality, they are also delightful to work with. Jim Greer was beyond helpful to us throughout the process, helping us not only with the night's entertainment, but also giving us a wealth of practical advice from his many years of wedding experience that proved invaluable on the day. In the weeks since the wedding, every one of our guests has reached out to say how much fun they had and how fantastic the band was. Hiring Narrow Gauge will be the best money you spend on your wedding--hands down!

Such an amazing band! These guys were fantastic!! The dance floor was over flowing the whole night, never empty! It was a perfect country/rock band for dancing all night on Snowmass Mountain! We had so many compliments on the band from all the guests! Even the local sheriff liked the music!!! Definitely would recommend this band to anyone wanting country/rock music at their reception!

They rocked! I loved having a live band at my wedding! They're manager was very professional and took care of business. They were there, set up by the time I entered the reception room. They are a reasonable rate but do require you pay gas. pay for hotel rooms, etc. on top of what they already charge. My only complaint was I filled out a section in their paperwork that was a list of "Must Play Songs" and they did not honor my request. This was very frustrating because none of the traditional wedding songs got played at my wedding: shout, YMCA, chicken dance, electric slide, etc. During their breaks they plaid boring old background music that no one wanted to dance to...aggravating
