Nashoba Valley Winery was originally a suggestion by my mother but we are so happy it ended up being our venue. Grace, the event coordinator, was thoughtful and organized all throu...
ghout the planing stages (during COVID, no less) and on the day of. We had a few snufs (everyone does) but none of them were a disaster because Grace was so helpful, flexible, and thoughtful. It was perfect both for our ceremony and reception on a warm but beautiful June day. We were so thankful to have stuck it out through COVID to be able to have such an amazing wedding: ceremony was great, the venue was simply beautiful all around, and the food and beverages were beyond amazing. My husband and I often say that we would do it all over again, not only to be able to enjoy the day again, but to eat more!
We are so beyond happy that we booked Nashoba Valley for our wedding location!! We had a noon ceremony immediately followed by the reception. I can’t even begin to say how perfect ...
it was. Grace was amazing to work with and helped us make sure every little detail fell into place exactly how we wanted it. I’m definitely a type-a personality, but I felt so comfortable to have Grace handle everything- and she did amazing!!! The whole day went so perfectly. Everyone complimented how delicious the food was, how amazing the wine and beer selections were, how addictive the specialty drink was, how beautiful the whole location and decorations were.... the list goes on and on!! Even during the ceremony, there were people at the picnic tables, but everyone stopped to watch the procession and were all super respectful of the wedding and so complementary when we walked by! It was so nice to have the pavilion all to ourselves, with the indoor and outdoor spaces so everyone could enjoy the fall weather. We are honestly just so so happy we booked Nashoba Valley, and would 1000% recommend for your wedding!!

Working with Susan was fabulous! She updated me every step of the way and reminded me of things I didn't even think about doing. The day ran seamlessly and everyone is still talkin...
g about how much fun they had. We will remember it for the rest of our lives. Thanks so much!
We got married here in September. Working with Wendy made planning so easy! The food was amazing, everyone had a blast. It was everything we could have hoped for and more!
Working with Wendy hardly felt like work at all, and we all shared the same level of joy and enthusiasm for our big day! My husband and I felt incredibly supported by Wendy and he...
r amazing team. Our wedding day was absolute perfection! Everyone keeps raving about the winery as well as the food and beer/wine selections. Don't forget to add cider donuts for dessert! We wouldn't change a thing, and very much look forward to return to the winery for years to come.

We had our ceremony and reception at the Winery on July 31 and it was such a wonderful and memorable day! It's a lovely location and Wendy and the entire team there were so great...
(and easy!) to work with. The food is incredible (as are the drinks) and everyone complimented us on choosing such a great venue. We highly recommend them!
First of all, Wendy is a god send! I cannot say enough good things about that woman. She made sure everything went perfectly and seamless. She is a very experienced and talented we...
dding planner. Beyond that, the venue is gorgeous. Our day was sunny and perfect weather. We chose to have our ceremony overlooking the town and it was gorgeous. We did a first look in the orchard as well and it was perfect! The pavilion looks so beautiful after all of the renovations (new hardwood floor and glass walls). Such a beautiful place for a fall wedding. Food was delicious! Everything was fabulous. Look at this place and at least give it a chance if you're looking at the area!
Nashoba was the best choice we could make for a venue! The grounds were gorgeous, the staff and Wendy are so friendly and helpful, and the food is fantastic - exceeds typical weddi...
ng food.
The Pavilion was a great size and so bright, we had our own little corner of the Winery. Go for the day wedding - you are paying for the view and beautiful grounds, so enjoy being able to see them! Just fantastic!
I was the first bride this year to have to have her entire wedding and reception inside the Pavilion, rather than on the hill as originally planned. Thanks, Mother Nature! The food...
was amazing, the venue was gorgeous and everything worked out in the end, thanks to the staff and Wendy. Wendy not only takes every effort to get back to you as soon as possible, but can handle the bridezilla moments like a pro! Our personal waitress was so attentive during our reception that she was there almost every time I turned around. It was great. They do all of your set up for you and they take all of your little details into consideration. I will say this...be prepared to breakdown your stuff! Not tables or anything, but you do have to bring home everything you brought when you leave. Make sure someone stays that can help with the removal! We did have some lawn games (by then the rain stopped) that we didn't have room to take with us, but Wendy let us store them in her office for the night. Our friends and family on the way out, made it a point to compliment us on what an amazing venue it was. If you want the perfect place for a wedding...you'll find it here.
This is a marvelous place. Period.
After my now-husband and I got engaged and started researching wedding venues, my father suggested we take a look at Nashoba Valley Winery. He...
recommended it after having had a business dinner there recently and loved the food. His opinion mattered a lot to us so we checked it out. There we met Penny Sullivan, the onsite wedding coordinator, and we were so blown away with everything the winery had to offer: from the scenery which includes rows of apple orchards and lush vineyards, to the awesome spirits which are made right on the premises, to the fact that it is family-run by Cindy and Richard Pelletier, we were smitten. Our main criteria was that we wanted a friendly, local, honest place that we would want to return to even after our wedding for other occasions. And at Nashoba Valley Winery, you can! Whether to eat at their restaurant or bring a picnic and eat outdoors, or to do a beer and wine tasting in the shoppe, or to pick seasonal fruits and climb their trees, Nashoba provides plenty of opportunities to vary up your visits there. It is also under-the-radar and a hidden gem of central Massachusetts, which made it a great discovery for us!
If you are considering having a wedding there, I must say our experience was more than we could have hoped for. We had a June wedding, a month which is considered off-season which meant a sizeable discount, so we could have our late-spring/early summer wedding at an affordable price. Peak season is during the fall when the apple orchards and pumpkins are in full-swing. Our wedding was held in front of 99 guests outdoors on the hilltop, and had our reception inside the pavilion. Penny was a dream coordinator: organized, sweet, and helped us along in the planning process. She was also good at directing the guests (as well as ourselves in the wedding party!) on the day of the wedding as to where they should go and keeping a schedule in mind, while being flexible with it at the same time. We also got to meet Cindy and Richard, the owners of the winery, who were likewise very welcoming and eager to work the logistics of planning the wedding. The waitstaff who took care of us were equally hardworking, friendly and helpful as well. It was such a wonderful day, and Nashoba Valley Winery served as the inspiration of the tone of our day beautifully...our theme was "Wine and Roses" after all!
And, in case you're wondering which spirits we served at our wedding, we went with Dry Blueberry and Renaissance for our two red wines, Vidal Blanc and Vignoles for our two white wines, and the IPA and Bolt 117 for our two beers. We had quite a time sampling the drinks throughout our engagement and narrowing our choices down!
Bottom line: We love the place and it holds a very special meaning for us. We have done the fun winery tours, ate dinner with my family at J's Restaurant for our combined three-month anniversary as well as my 30th birthday weekend, and have taken our friends out to do tastings and eat their caramel apple cider donuts in the fall. It is the Napa of central Massachusetts!

edding coordinator at the Winery. The Pavilion where we had our reception had a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. The food was so delicious - the absolute best! It was great to feature the winery's wines and beer on the bar - something unique to the reception site. We loved being able to use the picturesque orchard grounds for our photography. They have a lovely bridal suite located in the Winery's Shoppe. The staff were so accomodating and wonderful to work with.;Since the Pavilion is not heated you have to rent heaters plus pay for the propane if the forecast is calls for damp or chilly weather. Nashoba's staff assists with putting you in contact with the rental company; however it is an added fee. Also if you choose not to use the chairs in the Nashoba Valley Winery's Pavilion you are required to pay a $3/chair removal fee. The chairs at the Winery are large bulky wooden chairs. They are rustic and fit in with the environment; however they are not very elegant. These points are not so much warnings because everything was wonderful at the Nashoba Valley Winery. They are more of a heads-up.
