Nashville Party Authority was a great choice for our wedding! They kept our guests and us dancing throughout the entire night. It was also extremely easy to keep in contact with them throughout the wedding planning process.

I would say that this DJ experience was nothing special. When looking for a DJ we were just looking for the basics. In terms of that, they met the expectation. Communication was a bit challenging leading up to the wedding. We only communicated with someone who worked for NPA ahead of time and didn't have the opportunity to meet with the actual DJs at all before the wedding. At the wedding these were a few instances where things could have been better. Anytime someone was on the microphone during the reception, no one could hear because the music was not turned down first. Overall if you are looking for a basic DJ who can get the job done without breaking the bank, then I would use NPA.

We hired NPA based on the fast communication, fair pricing, and great reviews. Blair (the events coordinator) was an absolute pleasure. His email responses seemed instant. He was very easygoing and professional to work with. About a month prior to the wedding, NPA had given me a proposed reception timeline along with the key moments they would need for the specific songs we wanted. They had also accepted my "must-play" and "do-not" play lists, in addition to any changes we wanted based on the timeline that was provided. We had very specific timestamps of two different songs for the mother-son dance and they accomplished it seamlessly. As for the rest of the wedding songs, there were quite a few hiccups. Instead of playing dinner music, the DJ we had played songs off our must-play list (which was for the party music after cake). I never mentioned it to Blair, so this may have been my wrongdoing. I thought looking at the list, it would have been implied the songs I added were for more of the party-scene. The DJ also said he didn't know the song for our mock send-off, but it was confirmed in the email threads. He did find it and played it very quickly right after it was mentioned. There were also quite a few songs I wanted that never got played that I specified on my "must-play" list. Overall, I would still recommend NPA even though there were some issues. The pricing was very fair and they were extremely reliable which gave me peace of mind throughout the whole planning process!

Nashville Party Authority did an amazing job at our wedding!! Communication with them in the months leading up the wedding was clear and very prompt. They gave us the option of providing our own playlists, which we very much appreciated so that we could have our favorite songs played. Brandon was our DJ, and he did such a great job introducing the various speakers at dinner and pacing everything else the whole night. Highly highly recommend this company!!

NPA was wonderful to work with. Blair was extremely responsive and his communication really put us at ease. Brandon was our DJ and he did an incredible job. Our only regret is that we didn't hire him to DJ longer! Everyone was dancing the entire time, he took my playlist into consideration and was great with MC'ing as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENED. Search no further if you are on the hunt for a DJ for your wedding.

This was my first wedding happening out of state and Blair made it so easy to plan!! We were extremely happy with Blair's service, as well as Preston’s service, at the wedding!!!! I am not sure how we got connected with Blair and Nashville Party Authority, as we are not from TN, but I truly believe that God had a hand in it!!! Blair was so accommodating to my extra requests and through this whole journey he was very present, his response time was immediate, and his experience was very helpful! We have to say that Blair and Preston nailed it!!! Not ONE complaint did we have. Give yourselves a huge pat on the back!!!! We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Blair and Preston!!!! They both did an AMAZING job!! I would highly recommend this DJ company to anyone who is looking for an easy person to communicate with. We ran into a tiny hiccup during our planning process and Blair had it fixed within the day. Brandon was our DJ for the night. He did an absolutely incredible job understanding the vibe we were looking for and playing songs that we would all love. He was nothing but professional and nice throughout the entire night.

Really easy DJ service to work with, they had great communication, customer service, and made our event a fun hit with guests. We initially booked Nashville Party Authority for our wedding in 2021 but had to delay a few days before because we got COVID! We worked with Blair, who accommodated our emergency, helped us to rebook, and kept us involved as the new date approached! Day of the reception NPA was on time, professional, and fun! The music was great, the reception was awesome, and they were responsive to announcements, changes in event order, and anything else we needed. This is a great DJ service I’d recommend to anyone, we had a small wedding but they made it a blast.

Our DJ from Nashville Party Authority did a great job. He was engaging, but not overly so. He kept the show about the bride and groom. He kept the party rolling, but also was able to gauge the energy of the room and played games when the young folk were needing a dancing break. We were very happy with him.

Brandon was my DJ, but I did a lot of talking to Blair as well when setting things up. Both were awesome and I could not be more thankful for how smoothly everything went with them! Super prompt with everything, answered the phone when I called, getting the timeline set up was a breeze. Would highly recommend!!!!

Our dj was AMAZING!!!! He did such a good job, I’ve actually had a few people ask for the playlist during cocktail hour. We did not provide specific music to be played during cocktail hour nor the reception and I can tell you we were blown away! Our dj kept the party going all night!! Everyone had a blast and he really knew what type of music to play to keep the dance floor packed! I HIGHLY recommend.

NPA was AWESOME! So easy to communicate with. Our guests had a blast and the dance floor was packed all night. Our DJ was so accommodating to our playlist wants and some guest requests. We truly had so much fun and they kept the party going!

Kevin, our DJ, and Blair, our coordinator, were both AMAZING to work with. Blair helped me build our timeline and made sure we had songs selected for all the most important moments and also allowed me to put in some song requests. They were easily the best/most organized vendor we hired. They were also very accommodating when we needed to move our date due to COVID. Kevin was very nice and professional but also knew how to get the party started. I ended up on the dance floor for almost the whole night which is exactly how I hoped to spend my wedding reception (he also did a great job with the ceremony music). All of this amazing service was also very reasonably priced. I'll be recommending this company (and especially Kevin) for all future couples!

What a freaking party!!! DJing is a lot of pressure to keep the dance floor energetic and moving; they definitely lived up to the pressure! My husband and I were most excited to celebrate and dance with all of our guests and Nashville Party Authority had EVERYONE on the dance floor!

We are so happy we chose Nashville Party Authority to be our wedding DJ! Blair was very attentive during the planning process and answered all of our questions right away. Kevin was our wedding night DJ and he was fantastic. Due to covid restrictions we weren't allowed to have a dance floor but Kevin adapted so well and still played music that we and our guests absolutely loved, going so far as to take requests from our guests as the night went on. We had an amazing experience with Nashville Party Authority, I highly recommend!

Nashville Party Authority definitely lived up to its name. Our DJ played the right songs and accommodated the festivities with the right mix of rock, pop, hip-hop, and slow love songs that characterized our relationship and our party. He was efficient and played our requests first, and was a crucial part of the success that had everyone singing, smiling, dancing, and having a night to remember.

They DJ my wedding last weekend and did an excellent job! There were no screw ups with specific songs for the ceremony and the reception songs were awesome! The DJ also was great with introductions and just being all around funny and making the night memorable!

Our DJ, Kevin, kept everyone moving and grooving! He listened to my wants and needs as a bride (no unedited music prior to 7pm) and if someone requested a song that didn't fit that need, he always checked first. Loved them and would recommend to any and every one!!!

songs didn’t fade in on time half the time so there were awkward moments of silence. DJ said a prayer for the food without asking permission, and would only play half the song people requested and go back to a generic top 50 playlist. Not very enthusiastic either, just kind of stood in the corner and didn’t do a good job of getting people dancing or playing music to get them dancing. overall wouldn’t recommend.

We had the best experience with NPA! They were our DJ for both the ceremony and the reception. They were extremely responsive, professional, and did a wonderful job of selecting music that kept everyone on the dance floor. We had Nashville Party Authority DJ our wedding and we had a wonderful experience! You want to get the party started? These are your people! We had Kevin as our DJ and he did the ceremony music and reception music. Our only instructions were to get people moving and dancing for the whole time, and he definitely did that! People have been talking about the DJ and dance floor atmosphere since our wedding. We attended a wedding that used NPA as their DJ last fall and pretty much knew that's who we wanted at our wedding. Fast forward to last week when we got married, and it confirmed we made the best decision. Kevin, our DJ, had the dance floor filled all night long. There was never an awkward moment where people didn't know the song or the dance floor emptied out, which is amazing. He also did a wonderful job with the ceremony, announcing, and interacting with guests. Truly a great value for the best service! Would highly recommend!

It was great to work with Nashville Party Authority. Meeting ahead of time to go over all of our songs and then being able to send them a suggested song list was a relief. The ceremony and reception music was perfect throughout the night and we danced our butts off!
