ding coordinators, and at first, everything seemed promising. Natalie was enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated to making the day special. Unfortunately, as the day approached, several issues arose that left me disappointed. The day before the wedding, Natalie informed me that her mother wouldn’t be able to assist, which was a surprise since we had already paid for her vendor meal. Given the tasks at hand, I believe an additional assistant could have been beneficial. During setup, my mother and sister mentioned that Natalie often expressed frustration about the number of decorations, which was disheartening. Additionally, two very unique and custom pieces of décor were broken due to Natalie’s careless handling, which was quite upsetting. For one of the broken items, she took it upon herself to use hot glue to try and fix it. She never bothered to ask if she could do so and took it upon herself to fix them. Essentially, ruining the frame entirely. Natalie also promised to manage the music throughout the evening, but there were times when she was nowhere to be found, and the playlists weren’t being changed as needed. She assured us that leftover vendor meals, unused guest meals, and the cake would be boxed up, but unfortunately, these were either thrown away or served to others. There were also moments where Natalie’s attention to detail fell short. For example, when the florist needed to be paid, she was unavailable, leaving my mom and sister to handle it while we were taking photos. I had also asked her to trim the rose stems, but she only did mine and had to be reminded to do the rest. The package I selected was meant to accommodate weddings with up to 100 guests, so I’m concerned about how she would have managed a larger event. After the wedding, I never heard from Natalie—no apology for the broken decorations or even a follow-up email to acknowledge that things could have been handled better. Overall, we were quite dissatisfied with the services provided and felt that Natalie’s services didn’t live up to the expectations we initially had. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for wedding planner services!

ur family members, Natalie was fantastic. Her attention to detail, tasteful suggestions, and consistent advocacy on our behalf all helped make our special day a truly magical experience. We could not have had a better time and Natalie was a huge part of it all! We were especially impressed how quickly Natalie ramped up on the details of our big day. After a quick 30-40 min review of our wedding schedule and planning documents, she was off to the races and knew our event as well as we did! On the big day, Natalie is especially focused on making sure the wedding couple is enjoying their day and not worried about details, which was a huge relief for my type-A personality. Throughout the planning process, Natalie also had great recommendations and all of our vendors were featured on her recommendations list. Thank you Natalie for all that you do!

I needed and despite not meeting in person until the day before my wedding, she exceeded my expectations (and her services were very clear in our contract). I can't recommend Natalie enough. Her level of professionalism and dedication is absolutely out of this world. She repeatedly told me "I got this!", every time I stressed or got concerned about any little detail. She's funny, energetic, and an absolute joy. She is amazing. If you're reading reviews in search of a day-of coordinator in the Santa Barbara area- stop here! Natalie is your girl.

fully present with each other and with our loved ones who traveled far and wide to be with us on our special day. Natalie was the PERFECT person for the job! We cannot sing Natalie's praises enough. She is a major factor in making our dream wedding come to life! From the moment we had our initial video call, Natalie's personality shined and she instantly put all of my worries at ease. (I am not an events planner, so deciding to plan our wedding ourselves felt like a big challenge!) She was receptive of our vision and was completely on our team when it came to the ideas we wanted to make happen. She helped walk us through what to expect timeline-wise, she spoke confidently about her role and what she was responsible for and how she would take care of us on the day, and knowing that we were going to DIY this wedding she even had suggestions on how to DIY some of the elements we were bringing in. Did I mention her personality? Natalie is warm, friendly, bubbly, confident, and gets the job DONE. She is a joy to work with. We all had fun at our rehearsal the day before because Natalie facilitated the whole thing smoothly and efficiently with her big voice and effective command of our wedding party. We had given Natalie all of the elements, decor, and florals the day before. Being a DIY wedding, we knew that we had a vision that we communicated and that at the end of the day, we could only hope that it would come together the way we had seen in our minds. When we approached our wedding celebration venue, we were blown away! Natalie delivered the wedding look we had envisioned. We wouldn't change a thing! She went above and beyond to even remember small details I had mentioned (which I even forgot about myself!) and executed the event beautifully. Natalie truly cares about her clients, and it shows in how much energy she puts into making these big events happen. My husband and I did not worry about a single thing. We felt so taken care of, and our guests were too, that we were able to really enjoy the whole day and be with our favorite people. At one point, she gestured that it was time to change into my comfier dancing shoes and I had completely forgotten I even had them because I was having such a good time! We would not have had the wedding of our dreams, the best day ever, had it not been for our hard-working and talented day-of coordinator. Natalie is awesome!
