As both professional planners and a couple that planned our own March 2026 wedding, we understand firsthand how exciting—and overwhelming—the process can be. That’s why our goal is to walk alongside you every step of the way, offering personalized planning, expert coordination, and steady encouragement.
Riley handles the business operations and event rentals, while Natalie leads planning and coordination with over three years of experience. We launched NGE in 2024 to do what we love most: serve couples by turning their vision into reality while taking as much stress off their shoulders as possible. Riley thrives behind the scenes, making sure every detail runs smoothly and every plan falls perfectly into place. He takes pride in being the steady hand that keeps things on track, especially when it comes to organizing event rentals and logistics. One of his favorite moments is watching brides and grooms let loose on the dance floor, knowing he helped make it all happen. A proud military veteran, Riley now enjoys a slower pace in his free time—playing golf, spending time with family, and hanging out with his and Natalie’s dogs, Maya and Luna.

I am beyond grateful for Natalie and how she handled everything during the day with such grace and professionalism. At one point, our timeline shifted during the day, but she seamlessly coordinated any changes with all the vendors and ensured everything still ran smoothly. I could not recommend her more!!

It was evident that she had worked hard not only on designing each little detail but planning in such a way that she could coordinate set up well with the short amount of time the venue allowed for it! Together Natalie and Rylie took all the parts and pieces of our planning and executed a fantastic day. Guests complimented us on their thoughtfulness and ways they went above and beyond to make guest experiences outstanding. If there were any wrinkles or hitches in our day we never knew about them because they took care of it all behind the scenes.
These two worked very hard beforehand to be organized and prepared for the day. They were flexible when vendors were running late or the schedule needed revising on the fly.
We were especially grateful for their calm, peaceful, and joyful demeanor. That helped keep the bride, the groom, all the attendants and the family members on point in the most relaxed way.
I would 100% recommend Natalie Grace Events for your wedding.
