From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for both us and our guests.
What stood out most was how far above and beyond Natalie went throughout the entire process. Coordinating travel for a group of that size is no small task, but she handled every detail with care and patience. She helped us with every step along the way and even stepped in to assist with things that weren’t technically her responsibility. That level of dedication meant so much to us during such an important time.
