Hands down amazing! Large selection and great pricing. I got my bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses and all of the tuxes. The staff is wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a fun place to pick the dress of your dreams I would highly recommend.

I was so disappointed in my experience at Natalie M’s- I was on the verge of tears when I left. My sister had gotten her dress there a few years ago and had a great experience so I was eager to make that one of my first appointments. When I got there, it felt like I was “putting out” the person helping me. I had described a few ideas and shown a few pictures from their website. She just had me look for them on my own with no guidance and impossible to know details with them in the bag. They had a limited selection for anyone in “larger” sizes (and by that I mean people who wear size large steer clothes) Most of the dresses were too small for me to try on so she just “paper doll” them to my body. I’m sorry, do you really expect someone to buy a wedding dress they can’t try on any sort of sample before they purchase?! Unless you are a small size, save your time and look somewhere else.

So personal and helped me find my perfect dress while taking care of my every need and respecting my very modest budget. Amazing staff!

Can I wear my wedding dress again?? I am absolutely in love with the dress I found at Natalie M and am so amazed at how beautiful and nice quality the dress was. The employees at Natalie M were very supportive, not pushy, and willing to help me find the perfect dress - no matter how many I tried on!

Bridal Gown shopping is one of the toughest jobs for a bride when getting married. I live in Kansas and went to multiple gown shops, and every shop was all about sell sell sell, but Natalie M was different. Not only were they respectful about my budget, but had the dress I wanted with the budget I gave them. You will never spend over 3 grand at this place. They're not only accommodating but did everything in their power to make me look beautiful for my special day. I also bought my bridesmaid dresses there too. My bridesmaid dresses and wedding dress was an Alfred Angelo dress and bought it when the bankruptcy happened. Natalie M handled the situation and made sure everything was not affected. I received the same exact wedding dress from a different company, and my bridesmaid dresses were purchased as well looking exactly the same. This had to of been a stressful time for Natalie M and not easy. They deserve an award for helping brides stay calm and doing everything they can during this hard time. I absolutely felt like a princess in my dress and I have them to thank for it.

Natalie M. has a huge selection of wedding dresses, so you'll be sure to find something in your style. But more importantly, they have great service and are really pleasant to work with. My entire wedding party felt attended to, and we had a great time!

The ladies that work here are great. They were the only dress store I went to where the consultant was able understand my vision that I was having trouble getting across, it's like she read my mind! I loved my dress from Natalie M!

I had the worst experience at Natalie M. When I arrived, I was told to wait, which was fine, except for the reasoning. The lady that was to help us wanted to touch up her lipstick and grab a drink before she helped us so my appointment started about 10 minutes late. It was very unprofessional. We were then told to look at dresses ourselves. Once I had picked out a few, we started trying on. The consultant didn't talk with me the whole time, and when a dress was too snug she told me it didn't look that great, maybe if it was bigger. After I had tried on the last dress we had, she just started to put them back in the bags, said "have a nice day" and didn't offer to help me look for more so I got dressed and left. Very unprofessional and rude, very disappointed in my service.

This place is great! The bridesmaids’ dresses are affordable and looked amazing on all of our girls. They had the color I was envisioning and different styles for each of my bridesmaids as well. The ladies there were so helpful as well! A great place to find your bridesmaids dresses!

Wonderful staff. We didn't feel pressured to find a dress. The staff made sure we got THE dress, not a dress. Comfortable space with a good selection across price ranges.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to take the time to do so today. I affected by the Alfred Angelo fiasco. I ordered my dress through Natalie M Bridal, and unfortunately my dress DID NOT arrive in time for me to pack it for my trip to Virgina. MYRA was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I walked in to the store she had every navy dress pulled for me. I found one, she had her seamstress there, Libby who is also AMAZING. I found a dress and will have it in hand to board my plane in the morning. She offered my money back also to send the other dress overnight. I am absolutely grateful for the whole team, this was no way their fault, but they stepped up and handled this amazingly. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS! YOU ROCK

I had such a wonderful experience at Natalie M. My consultant, Gail, was super helpful. I loved that she let us browse the dresses before I tried anything on. She and the shop owner (Natalie's daughter) were both so friendly. They both chatted for a bit with my family and me after we had purchased everything. This shop happened to have the dress of my dreams that I have wanted for years. When Gail paired it with a belt and veil, I knew I had found the perfect fit. I am so glad I went to Natalie M for my dress.

Recently I had a friend get engaged and we were going over places to potentially dress shop. I remembered my terrible experience at Natalie M. I thought I had written a review but can't find it, so thought I'd write about it again to help people avoid the same experience. I brought my dad to this store, along with my mom and best friend. My dad has always been a part of my dress shopping experiences my entire life. When I made the appointment weeks ahead of time, I specifically told them my dad was coming. They were very nice and said that would be wonderful. When we got there, they made us wait around and started our appointment 20 minutes late. They were busy with prom appointments as well and made that known to me. My budget was $4000, and I had no issue staying within that when picking out gowns. When I finally found a few I started trying them on, and my family sat on chairs outside of my changing area. Everytime I walked out my dad had moved from the chairs by me, to the front of the store. I was frustrated with him because I felt like he wasn't paying attention and I thought it was going to be a special moment. My best friend then informed me that the manager asked my dad to stand away from my fitting room and at the front of the store, since there were so many girls trying on dresses. I WAS LIVID. I immediately got dressed and we left. Not only did this store know ahead of time that my dad was coming, but before I even looked around they made me wait 20 minutes and could have told me then that my dad wouldn't be able to be by the dressing room with me. I would have gladly left without wasting over an hour of my day. My dad instead was embarrassed and treated like a creepy guy, instead of the amazing father of the bride he was! Ironically I had 14 different ladies who would have been buying dresses from there, so not only did they miss out on my purchase, but also 14 others. I truly hope treating my father like that was worth it. I hope no other bride ever has to experience that type of situation again, because it was horrible and could have been avoided! Luckily we went elsewhere and got amazing service to make up for this horrible experience.

I decided to go to Natalie M for bridesmaid dresses. We had an appointment and everything went well. All 3 bridesmaids were measured by an employee and the dresses were ordered. It took 2 months to get the dresses in, which was fine. When we picked up the dresses we found that all 3 were a size too small. Natalie M told us there wasn't enough time to get new dresses ordered in the correct size. They also tried to convince us that it usually takes 2 people to zip up a dress and they are supposed to be that tight. They also told one bridesmaid to "go braless and walk around to loosen the dress up" Really?! Natalie M did not admit fault even though they measured everyone. Each bridesmaid was measured wearing the correct undergarments. Since they do not do alterations we have to go somewhere else. Needless to say, all 3 dresses ($200 each) need to be altered. One requires a corset back since there isn't enough material to let out. I will never shop here again. Natalie M only offered excuses and didn't try to help fix their mistake.

The staff is warm and welcoming. They understood my vision and stuck to it. I found my dream gown here! They had a champagne toast ready for us after saying "yes" to the dress. Not to mention the dress was here in a little over a week. Highly recommended!

I had shopped with Natalie M for various events before, so when it came time for my wedding I knew just where to turn! I had picked out a dress online from a designer that Natalie M carries and though they didn't have the dress in stock, they were able to order it for me. It arrived quickly and the staff were very timely with their communications. I had a wonderful experience, as always!

Amazing service! The ladies truely care and the whole vibe right when you walk in is wonderful. They treat you like family, and make you feel very special. There's also a great selection of wedding dresses. The girls took the time to help me find something that I loved, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Great family owned bridal shop!!

Hannah was amazing! She helped me and calmed my insecurities about being over weight. I found the perfect dress that fit perfectly. It was a floor model! They have dresses in all sizes and treat all brides with the same respect. They also have dresses for any budget. This is the best bridal salon I have been to. Thank you ladies!!

My experience at Natalie M was not a good one. We were greeted with a "one sec" and then eventually told to start looking on our own. We had no consistent service throughout and towards the end of our appointment when we found a dress that was decent, one of the three gals in the store came by with silly deals like "a free pearl necklace" and "$15 off if we purchased today." It felt very unprofessional and unorganized.

I was looking for a gown (not too old and not too young!!) - they were GREAT!! I found a wonderful dress... can't wait to wear it on Saturday night!

I have nothing but great things to say about the selection and the employees! I went to Natalie M. multiple times as I made additional decisions in regard to what items I wanted for my wedding. So I purchased not only my wedding dress from them, but jewelry and items for my flower girl as well. I preferred their selection over other stores I had considered purchasing from. Each time I was there the employees were very kind and helpful. If I were to do it all over again I would definitely go back to them!

After visiting another shop that nearly ruined my dress shopping experience, I was so grateful to get to come in and work with the ladies at Natalie M. I had the most wonderful bridesmaid dress shopping experience! I had gone to other places to find bridesmaids dresses but had no luck finding a dress at a great price and color/material until I walked in Natalie M. The ladies at Natalie M's are beyond wonderful to work with! From the first moment we walked in they catered to our every need. We purchased bridesmaids dresses from them and another member of the wedding party in a coordinating color. They delivered everything on time and with such enthusiasm for our big day! One of the girls was out of town and called in a panic about it not fitting! Myra responded very calmly and told us not to panic and to come in when she got her for the wedding and she would take care of everything! We arrived 2 days before the wedding and to our surprise the dress did in fact fit. We were thrilled but also grateful that we hadn't had to worry about it for 2 months. They know what they are doing and made us feel like we were their only customers! We highly recommend Hannah, Myra, and all the ladies at Natalie M's!!!

I loved working with Natalie M! I purchased my dress as well as my five bridesmaid's dresses here and it was great! My consultant, Hannah, was so wonderful and helped me to pick the dress of my dreams. The store is small but has an amazing selection of dresses in all price ranges and I was able to find a gorgeous Sophia Tolli gown that was within my budget. Their selection of bridesmaid's dresses was great and I was able to find multiple gowns that suited all of my girls which made it very hard to pick. The long, navy Alfred Angelo dresses I went with were gorgeous and fit all of my ladies perfectly! They do not do alterations in store but they referred me to CiCi (sp?) who made my dress even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Natalie M is a great place for brides who want a designer dress at a good price, you will not be disappointed with choosing them!

They saved the day!!! We live in Florida and the vendor where we were getting our flower girl dresses told us to wait another 4mos to order because the girls(2) will grow, so we did. Then when we came back they had discontinued the dress! The vendor found one but I called all over the USA to find the other. Natalie's had it and shipped it the next morning to the flower girls home. They were sooooo nice and felt bad what had happened to us. If I lived in Kansas I would definitely shop there!

Natalie M. is the perfect place to find your dream gown! Huge variety and the staff is so warm and welcoming. If you want a real bridal gown experience, this is the place! They even take fun pictures and have a champagne toast!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This shop tried to bully the bride I was with into buying a dress by making pressure deals. The shop manager was standoffish and wouldn't answer our questions directly. She waited to tell us the "deal" she offered us was only good for the next 15 minutes and waited until the brides mom and grandma had left to break the news. Service was terrible and the last thing I want is to be pressured into a wedding dress. I would NEVER recommend this place

I loved my dress to pieces!! Initially, I felt the service was great. However, when I had questions I always received different answers from everyone. The ladies were all nice but not on the same page.

The staff was extremely nice and let me take my time when trying on dresses. They also let me try on a veil and hold flowers to get the entire picture. They also recommended an amazing seamstress for the gown.

My only concern is they recommended a specific dress for me based upon the fact I wanted sleeves added. I took it to their alteration person who refused to do the work.

I was really happy with the service at Natalie M. It was the only place that I was able to actually go through all the dresses and I'm the kind of person that I need to see all my options before buying. Myra is really sweet and willing to go the extra mile. I bought a Mon Cheri Gown and I'm still in love with my dress! I will say the layout of the shop doesn't have a "bridal salon" feel as they sell other gowns/clothing in addition to bridal. Overall, a great experience!

Natalie M. employees were very nice and helpful. I wasn't as impressed with their selection of styles. They were expensive for my taste.

I can't give fewer than 4 stars to the place I found The Dress ($900 price tag) that made me kick up my heels, but I will say that the service was not the best. They were not very professional, and I was glad when the dresses (I found the exact bridesmaids dresses there at a reasonable price) were all in and I no longer had to deal with their employees. Every time I went in, there was drama of some kind between the employees. That said, their selection and quality of dresses was the best that I found in the Kansas City/Overland Park area. If you can muster up the patience for its employees, it's still a great dress shop!

After I had picked out my first wedding dress I went to Natalie M's to choose BM dresses. We did buy the original BM dresses there, and my sister even used hers for homecoming court. They were so helpful and nice, it was amazing. I almost went with them when I had to get my 2nd wedding dress, but I didn't find "the one" there. Personal service was excellent - they helped me get in and out of the dresses. I did love their selection, and the prices were very reasonable. The ladies are all very friendly and nice.

Very helpful with selection.;They do not give you a copy of the order - just general information (cost, deposit, balance due.) I strongly believe they ordered the wrong size for me but I had no way of proving this. Get it in writing before you leave the store!
